Nice little store but stay clear of the Rottweiler in the front. She reared up and scared the heck out of me!! Very little concern by staff after it happened… “she’s still in training”… is the explanation I received. Okay. Cashier then tried to advise me on the flavor of food I was buying. I’ll be ordering on line from here on out, just a more relaxing (and safer) experience that way!!

We have gone here for years and gotten treats and toys for our dogs, but recently one of our pups started having signs of allergies so we went in for some advice. We left with an allergy test and received quick results. As you can see both dogs were allergic to many things. We were very stressed when we saw the crazy results. We went in and the staff was already familiar with both dogs results and immediately started looking at the labels on different bags that she had already preselected and explaining the differences to us and why one option may be better. Both ladies took their time educating us and making sure our kiddos are happy and healthy. Thank you so much! The entire staff here is always amazing.

Wonderful staff, so welcoming and ready to help and assist you in anyway. I really enjoyed wandering and looking through the store and seeing all that they had to offer. Great customer service and individualized attention for your breed. I love that I can bring my giant Malamute in and wander around. He loves it, too! If I can’t find something, they can quickly order it.

My first time visiting this neighborhood store was to support local businesses. Unfortunately my first impression was not as pleasant as I hoped it to be. I found the specific product I was looking for with a price tag of $5.99 on it but when I took it to the register it rang at $9.99. When I insisted that it wasn't the correct price on the package the nice clerk called a manager (owner?) who at the time was on the phone and seemed more annoyed at my questioning than anything. The manager finally gets off the phone by sighing to the person on the other end of the phone just to come tell me 'I can't do that because I will be taking a loss, it was totally our bad but there is nothing I can do" with a smirk/ smile on her face. I proceeded to inform her that other stores usually honor the price if it's "their bad", but she stood firm on her decision and I ended up paying the higher price. The young lady at the register was nice and I could tell was embarrassed by the whole ordeal. I will never go back to this store and I will tell all of my family and friends about what happened to me. All of this for $4 bucks. I hope next time you are more friendly and take better measures to resolve a simple situation.Take care,J

Very helpful suggestions for our little guy. They are only one of two stores in all of Reno who carry OC Raw. Great raw, wet, and dry food selection as well as tons of toys and supplements. Will visit frequently.

Nice little local pet store. Not too many options for cats, but they have high quality tuna that I feed my cat. The staff is helpful and they have cute doggies running around sometimes ^ _ ^

My new favorite pet store. They are wonderful and friendly and gave me great advice on switching to a new dog food that my dog loves. They are an independent pet store and I much prefer to shop there compared to the big box pet store.

My wife bought expensive 25.00 goat milk for our cat and the milk was old. It was frozen in a spoiled state and my wife thawed it according to the instructions on the carton. Our cat would not drink it.We poured a little bit in a clear glass and it looked gross, watery and particultes floating in it. She brought it back and they refused to pay a refund.We try to spend our money and small business but not this one anymore.If they dont take care of their products and customers, they will not be around long.Bye.

Today was one of the hardest days ever, My dog was diagnosed with terminal cancer and an amazing gentlemen, gave great words and extra kindness to me its was sook appreciated I can't explain how amzing Donovan was thank you for him !!! I recommend this plave to anyome who loves there pets!!!!
