I've been in the store off and on for about 20 years but really only bought just a few things. Today I went in because I have a toy poodle that has gastric digestive issues and wanted to check into some specialty foods. The store manager James came and helped me. First of all, what a nice gentleman. I would be glad to have him as an employee in my business. Very professional, gave me some samples to try before I bought. He made me feel very comfortable and wanting to return as a regular customer. These days customer service is so lacking in just about every business. I'm so glad to see it hasn't left this store. Great job!

This is such a great store! They carry a lot of hard to find foods that regular pet stores don’t carry. They have an amazing selection of treats, toys, and accessories! James is super knowledgeable and has always been really helpful.

Wonderful store at a perfect location. A hawk flew into the store and was badly injured; the staff were INCREDIBLY compassionate and helpful to the poor thing, which eventually safely made it out. They even have Jewish-themed pet clothes, which is a rarity here in Nevada. Excellent place with awesome staff.

My FAVORITE pet store in town. Every time I have gone in I have been greeted by the friendly staff. They have SO many options for treats, food, toys, etc. but my favorite thing about this place is that they have samples of some of their treats. My dog is super picky when it comes to his treats so it is so helpful knowing which ones he likes and which ones he doesn’t.

What an awesome store. Truly everything you need for your dog, plus everything you didn't know you needed! Got my dog a marrow filled Ostrich bone today! For being a local shop they're not overpriced either. While I was shopping 3 different staff members made sure I was doing alright - customer service was amazing! Makes me feel really good to spend my money at Natural Paws because I get to support a local business while getting the best treats/accessories for my dog that are available.

Everyone is always so nice when I come in here and I love that they carry our favorite dog food. They also have a good selection of dog treats which is super fun to look through every time I get dog food, overall, it's my favorite place to get dog toys, treats and food in town.

Great place to get raw and natural foods as well asost of your standard/necessary pet supplies. Customer service is great and they offer helpful advice if you're just starting out in the raw/natural pet food arena. They also carry supplements and treats that cater to specialized diets.

I highly recommend Natural Paws Reno. They are family owned, very knowledgeable and always put your pets first. They won't try and sell you something you don't need. Just a good all around local pet store that puts back into the community.

If you live in South Reno and you have pets you probably already have been to Natural Paws and already know Rob & Lori. If not and you have pets put it on your list, or perhaps you should seriously get in your car and just go now. Absolutely a Terrific Store, it literally has everything for your pets. Whether you're on a champagne or beer pocketbook they have much better quality dog and Cat foods dry can whatever for a better price than even your big box stores! And it's always better to shop local, so go on in and meet Rob and Lori and the several people that are kind enough to volunteer their expertise and work there to help you with your pets, gotcha no they're not volunteers but ask for Blake for sure and I'll see you on the trail I'll be the one with the golden... you can thank me there...
