I really felt bad about a week ago my 2 fury babies colt got so matted and out of control. Well, I called Alice's Pet Parlor I got in 20 minutes! normally she likes you to make an appointment ahead of time but she did see me on the spot I really thought that was professional she's so courteous and takes good care of your pets, she has on display all types of pet paraphernalia coats, leashes, treats chains you name it she has it and the prices of anything is so reasonable I strongly recommend anyone to go to Alice's pet parlor.

Love Jamie! I’ve tried 3 other places while my little Shih Tzu was a pup and finally found Jamie and her team. They are amazing. People ask me all the time who my groomer is. I am out of town at a hotel right now and someone who was walking her dog just asked-you are not from here are you-I was hoping you were local-as I wanted to ask who your groomer is. What a compliment to Alice’s Pet Parlor. All I do is shampoo her with whitening shampoo between grooming.

I have a very fluffy cat and dog that I take here. They are always so kind and my pets like going there. They always look so cute, clean, and healthier after leaving. They put up with my cat that is very vocal and a little difficult.

Jamie is so kind and great at customer service. My first time here with my Standard Poodle, Theo. Great atmosphere. Very good grooming. I scheduled Theo's grooming appointments for the next year. I highly recommend Alice's Pet Parlor.

So impressed. She did a great job with my skittish cat and gave me advice so I could do subsequent grooms at home. I can't believe my cat loved it and now really likes when I brush her with the comb. THANK YOU!

I made an appointment about 5 weeks in advance. Brought Gabby (our dog) to the Pet Parlor. We left her there.for grooming. We picked her up about 3 hours later. She was all cleaned and fluffy. Cost was$75.00 plus tip. They do a very good job.Phil

"We" had an excellent first visit at Alice's Pet Parlor! Lucy looks adorable - her Wilford Brimley mustache trimmed up beautifully, clean ears, tail perfect. So pleased I took my son's advise to have Lucy go to Alice's Pet Parlor. 🐾💕🐾

Wonderful experience! Our dog went in looking the dirtiest she had been in a while, we picked her up looking the most clean we have ever seen her! Soft paws and clean ears! She also seemed very happy about the whole experience! Very pleased with this place and will definitely be bringing her back!

My two pups and I are new to Alice's Pet Parlor and Midtown Mutts and I couldn't have found a better place to bring them! First, I brought in my Husky whose coat was dying for a little TLC. I dropped her off and when I picked her up, she looked like a new dog. Her coat was so white, fluffy, and soft: You could also tell she was very comfortable with the groomers. Next, I brought in my American Pitbull Terrier who also came out smelling and looking so beautiful! Thank you guys! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable, fast, quality, trustworthy groomers!

I took my Golden Retriever in for his summer cut. The Groomer’s at Alice’s were excellent- my dog looks great, he came out happy and unstressed, their prices are reasonable and it’s very clean. It was our first experience here and I’ll definitely be taking him here again. I highly recommend this Groomer.

I took my 10 month old Whoodle in for a teddy bear trim and got a shaved rat looking creature back. This was my puppies first trim and she looks awful. Only one of the staff members was pleasant and greeted us. We explained our puppies condition to the person whom we scheduled the appointment with and even told the gal when we left our puppy with that we wanted a teddy bear cut. I am so sad and don't want to think how my puppy was treated to get such a drastic look. It was like they didn't even bother to try to trim her just shaved her. These two ladies are shameful and uncaring. I will never go back to them again, and will continue to give them bad reviews. Disgraceful how my puppy looked when she was finished.

I adopted my 17 year old cat from the humane society and her fur was in terrible condition. While attempting to cut some knots out of her hair, I accidentally cut her. I took her to pet smart and pet co where she was refused because of the small cut. When I called Alice's they were so concerned about it becoming infected and took her in immediately to clean her up. They did an excellent job and were so gentle with her. ( i will not attempt doing anything myself again) I love Alice's and will only take my pets there.

I have been taking my dog to Alice's for over 2 years, and never had a problem. I will continue to take my furbaby there. My baby doesn't come home traumatized, which is very important to me. She always comes out looking so adorable, and if she is having allergies and itching from them they bath her in a medicated shampoo. Best place.

My dog is blind and suffers from anxiety. Jamie is always so good with her, and does a great job with my nervous pup. Jamie is also extremely flexible with last-minute changes. Boo loves Jamie, and so do we!

My little Chihuahuas Peanut and Lupita are deathly afraid of groomers, nail clippers, the vet etc.What a blessing to be able to run into Alice’s pet parlor and get their nails clipped in literally three minutes. The best pet grooming services in town! I've taken my pekingese to several other places in town and 8 times out of 10 he would end up with cuts that would get inflamed. That never happens at Alice's! We've been going there for over 2 years and couldn't be happier! I even got my neighbor to take her dog there! The ladies at the parlor are always so sweet and do the most excellent job!

We were able to get a fairly last minute appointment to have our cat groomed. He looks like a miniature lion and is so adorable. He prances around and knows he's quite handsome. They did a great job!

In my opinion this place is horrible. I had a horrible experience here with the owner! I took my cat in for a trim and wash and they literally trimmed only half of my cat. I went in to try to chat with her about it and to also see what could be done now about him. I was basically pushed to the side of the store and told to wait because she was "very busy." She was sweeping the floor because it was 10 minutes to closing.While I was talking to her about this, she was constantly checking her watch. She basically told me that there was nothing more she was going to do for my little guy and there were no refunds. I was literally just asking for half of my money back because they only did half of the job. I don't think that is very unreasonable.I flat out told her I am going to call the BBB about this because this is not right. At this point she actually started to yell at me. This shocked me because I have never seen the owner of a local business treat a paying customer like this. She actually said to me that I am a horrible pet owner and that I should not own a cat. Keep in mind that this cat was a rescue and all I was trying to do was clean him up so he could look good while he is checking out his new home.I could literally go on and on about this place and the owner, but I won't. I just suggest to at least check out all of the other local businesses that do pet grooming before having to go here and possibly endure the horrible experience that my cat and I had to experience. One star, and that's only because the other girl working there kept saying that she was sorry for how the owner was acting.

At both places, they acted unimpressed about my being a new customer; didn't tell me an assistant, not they, will do my dog. At Midtown they cut her foot a little - why?At Alice's they gave no haircut, 'cause I'd said, not too short.

Thank you for taking Henry in on a last minute drop off. You were one of only a few amongst the many groomers in town that actually answered the phone and gained a customer because of it!! Businesses forget how important this simple step is in attracting customers. Thank you, and we will be back!!
