Update! 11.4.23: Business means money! Great job to 7-Eleven who fixed their parking lot in less than a week!! Also with the Sev rewards, their brand pies are $1 right now.This is 1 of 3 local 7-Elevens near my home. Heads up, right now the parking lot is under construction and there are only 4 parking spaces available. I stopped by for some coffee and mini donuts. This sev didn't have mini marshmallows, but they had fall themed sprinkles as a coffee or hot chocolate topper. They also have a cinnamon shaker and a couple flavored syrups and the creamers we're stocked. I took a pic of the current flavors of the coffee machine--I like to use these as my creamer. If you belong to the Sev rewards, right now their brand of mini-donuts are $1 and this deal goes through the end of October. They were soft and not stale, so that's a positive! For being early morning on a Saturday, they had a decent selection of dogs and taquitos on the rollers. The other hot foods window just had a pepperoni pizza available and no breakfast items like their menu offers. Chips, candy, and drinks seemed to be stocked. Ambience-wise, I've noticed whenever I come in this store, the employees usually don't interact with you and engage as little as possible.

Ice cold Drinks? Not here. Drinks are always warm here. Especially the beer. Every time I've been, the drinks, all of them are always warm, slight cool. After 12 or more times noticing this, its not because I got freshly re-stock drink. We should get a discount if the drink is cool/warm and not ice cold. Never had this issue at another 7-11

I have had nothing but good experiences at this store. I work until late at night, so usually stop there around 11pm, and the gentleman working there is always very friendly and provides great service. He is always cleaning or stocking, but immediately stops to help me.

Cashier was extremely rude and said, "WAIT!" so he could patiently wipe down a random counter for 5 minutes. I interrupted and asked if he had any disposable ecigs for sale.. he said NO with a short attitude so I walked around the counter and stared at the display full of them... I then said what are these? and gave him a look... LYING and being LAZY is the fastest way to lose your job and end up with a negative review so good job!

Don't come here if you want to enjoy a few moments of relaxing gambling. The crazy owner will sit at home watching you on camera then call his staff and have them relay instructions to you telling you how you need to spend your money and how you need to look while putting your money into his machines. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Truly sad. This man needs some serious psychiatric help after hearing what he's willing to say to his own loyal patrons spending their hard earned dollars ($300 to be exact) at his store. Shame on him.

I only go TO 7-11when I absolutely have no other choice because it don't matter time or place it is guaranteed that someone is going to be standing outside asking for my spare change, don't get me wrong I understand d hard times I really do but when they are standing there with gold jewelry and better clothes then I have and you can smell their cologne and it smells like it could be$100 AN ounce then they should stop buying designer attire they can't afford and start taking care of their needs not bumbing from ME. I WORK VERY HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I DON'T HAVE THE LUXURY OF SPENDING A DOLLAR RIGHT NOW LET ALONE GIVE MONEY TO THEM.BUT YOU WILL NOT SEE ME PAN HANDLE I WORK FOR EVERYTHING I HAVE. 7-11 should take care of this problem I would be a better customer if they did.

BEWARE. This 7-11advertises false prices.I made a purchase for an item, the price on shelf was 6.15 and a had a .25 coupon, but instead I was charged 7.72 plus tax. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he said that the display prices are only if you buy 2, and that they do not accept coupons ( which is not true...). Then I was told no refunds, even though I never left the store. Avoid these scam artists, there are too many other options around, to get scammed by the likes of them.

Good business bad management. No matter your history with the store and no matter how much money you spend at this location you will still be treated like garbage when it comes down to it. Avoid this business they may call the cops on you just pulling in their parking lot

There are only certain 7-11's I will go to and this is one of them, just based on the employees. They are ALWAYS kind and caring. They make a point to know the regulars and even remember your name and that goes so far in my book when it comes to customer service.

All the price tags are in the wrong place or out of date, so you don't get to know how much anything costs. Also the cashiers all skip past the "Save $1" screen when you enter your number.

Great service, very clean store, always convenient. A good choice to pull into for whatever items you may need. Cashier tonight was HONEST, HUMBLE and KIND. Traits often forgotten in the Worlds Biggest Little City. Oh Thank Heaven for Reno Keystone 7 Eleven!!

What’s up with the guy who works in the evenings? When I arrive at the register with stuff I need to get to work he acknowledges me but makes me wait to pay. He’s usually at the soda machine area. He comes over irritated at my existence. you are a business proprietor!can I get some customer service? he never gives me a total...how much do I owe dude? Is it $2.75? Or is it $4.50?

These guys are great! Always a smile and a joke from the guys behind the counter and the new cookies are good. Best place for Redbox. Just watch the drivers on Keystone, the parking area gets tight.
