I had an appointment for oil change, new battery and wipers. My appointment was at 3 pm. I was there early. There was zero cars on the oil change side. They didn't start on my car until almost 3:40 pm. They didn't finish until 4:45 pm. The car behind me (which wasn't there when I left my car) was done before mine. The quote for time estimate was one hour. It doesn't take two hours or even one hour to do the job. After leaving I had to come back because two of the three wipers did not work right. Lucky I tried them while driving away. The next day we had a huge rain storm. Anyways, they also didn't recalibrate my compass on my car either. I had to do that myself because I was sick of returning to the auto center. Too much standing around chit chatting and giving favoritism to family and friends. This was after going there and being told that since I didn't have an appointment, if a cat came with an appointment came, they'd stop working on my car and work on the other car. So I declined, went home, made an appointment. I came to the appointment and got treated like crap. Savannah was the only professional there and unfortunately she's the cashier, not a oil changer. I'd give zero stars for this visit, if I could. Worst ever!!!!😤

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been in. It's dirty, the employees are rude and I have not ever experienced the nastiness that I have experienced here. I would rather pay a little more and have respectful employees and a clean establishment. Actually, I have found better deals at the Albertsons right next door. It's a shame that this Walmart is so very bad, in so many ways.

I did an online order today, which I have done many times - but today I got a message saying my order was delayed. No problem, I gave them an hour and went to the store. They couldn't find my order, then said it was probably because my credit card wasn't accepted. I told them that my bank had already put a hold on the funds, and if that was the case, why not let me know an hour ago instead of wasting my time?! "There was nothing they could do" even if I paid them in cash. I then had to spend more of my time getting my groceries - which I paid for with the same card. NOT IMPRESSED.(I order online because I don't like to leave my dog in the vehicle on hot days.)

I called to make an appointment to see my optometrist. I was just seen in person at this location less than two months ago. I get my inner eye pressure regularly monitored (yearly) because I am on a medication that can increase my eye pressure (I have been taking this medicine for longer than 10 years). I called because I wanted to check the results of my last test, my eye has been bothering me a little. The person I spoke to told me I needed to go to the ER and TOLD ME TO STOP TAKING MY MEDICATION and refused to put me in touch with the optometrist. They told me I needed to see "a real doctor." Amazing how no one at Walmart knows what an optometrist does or even the methods or instruments they employ to do their job. The person on the phone didn't identify themselves but they were incredibly rude. I wish they had so I could inquire to the manager as to why they were having such a bad day. Regardless, this does not excuse having an untrained, non licensed individual giving out dangerous medical advice.

In the optical center, we were in contact with James. He was very polite and interacted with us so positively. He adjusted my husbands glasses and was very professional. My husband says he did a great job. Would highly recommend James and will go back to order my glasses.

The products keep playing musical shelves to the point staff isn't even knowing of the product location & forget about the app, it's of no help locating items either. As for the staff interactions, I love the workers as well as my service baby. Absolutely pleseantly humble & a great sense of humor to boot.

Always a great place to shop. Large variety and expected quality. If they don't have it in the store, you can order it online. The yearly subscription allows you to use the Scan and Go feature which is an incredible time saver!

This has to be one of the nicest and cleanest Walmarts I have ever been in. People here are very polite and friendly. I was here on a visit and had to grab a few items and was really blown away by this location.

Your tire shop was supposed to be open til 7pm. I had a flat/nail in tire from Home Depot. I called more than once after 6pm to no one answering your phones. I drove there by 6:55pm to be told by young manager that it takes 20 minutes to fix a flat and they couldn't do it. I left upset & returned the next morning to speak with woman Manager and she listened but didn't even apologize for the poor Service from the night before. She got her top mechanic to look at my tire just for him to say the nail was too close to the edge of the tire to be repaired. Funny how I left there and went down the street & got it fixed.What happened to the "customer or service" in Customer Service now a days. Very disappointed with this Walmart 🤬

My worst nightmare and yet I have no choice but to shop here sometimes as it's the most affordable for our family. But seriously, need employees to help more and be nice about it. They make us check our own groceries and when their check out station fails they get mad at us. Sorry, but I'm not really sorry for inconvenience your employees to help us do their job! For goodness sakes stop hiring the folks just to have a body and hire those that want to work!

Best deal in oil changes...2022: wow! It's sure bright in here now!They've started remodeling the store and as a results the lighting is much better the vegetable area is all refreshed it looks very nice. The staff is doing a great job and I can honestly say it wasn't a bad shopping experience at all. In fact it was good.Now if they could just get shopping carts that don't pull the one side of the other when you push them with a heavy load in them I'd be happy. Maybe add a cup holder too like Albertsons does.Still no cup holders but at least most of the carts are in pretty good shape nowWas trying to take a photo of how well stocked and how clean the shelves are and some lady came out yelling at me for taking photos inside the store so, stores in great shape just don't try to take a photograph of it they're liable to throw you out in the parking lot. 11/2022Store still looks great the stock is even improved which is a challenge I'm sure in this town. I hate self-checkout however these have to be the best self checkout islands in the industry. Lots of staff on hand to assist if you get stuck during your checkout process.Sept 23, 2023. The Main place to get those Wal-Mart super shopping done of you live over the hill from Vegas.Self check out is the reality as they reduce the employees.Some of the people at customer service could use some training... in the essence of SERVICE.

Kinda blown away that in a town our size there is no maternity section! Lady tells me, it’s right here on this wall- she points to maternity bras. Unless I’m planning on going everywhere in my underwear, that doesn’t qualify as a maternity section. Yes I know I can order online but I would love to try everything on beforehand. Disappointed.

I don't know where Walmart gets its fruit but I will never buy it there ever again it's either sour or has a weird taste to it, I picked up some grapes they have a weird taste and burn the mouth like they are grown with hot peppers ,the plums are sour, the peel that I got are also sour, if I shop there again it will be dry goods only their vegies are not the greatest either.

I will NEVER EVER shop with Walmart or use Walmart appt for any purchases. The customer service out of store through app sucks and they are liars. I purchased something from the store to be delivered and cancelled it next day. I have waited for my refund and have been told through Walmart store, Walmart back office customer service that they can't even find my order! I had been a very loyal long standing customer since early 2000, but not EVER AGAIN! I feel completely frauded and lied to by what's supposed to be a Christian company. You have no morals or value your customers.

Overall friendly staff, clean and clear aisles. Four stars only because it is over 100 degrees (September) and generally is near that every year, but they put all swimsuits on clearance and is nearly completely out of men's and women's. Otherwise, nice location when stocked. Love the aisles being clear.

Love the ambiguity of this establishment, you never know what to expect. You might get groceries, you might meet a cute girl, you might get into an argument with someone, they have registers that ask if you want your receipt emailed to you and people checking receipts at the door at their own discretion but I've actually seen it stop theft before in the past so it does help.

Found what I needed and guy came right away to open cologne case put in box etc... When came to check out older Asian lady was rude. Kept trying to scam through box. Told her at register where teller does it, they always take it out and scan. Told me not tell her how to do her job. But ended up having to take it out to scan. Employees should never treat their customers like this I merely suggested what tellers do.

The girl who colored my roots was very nice and did a good job. But I feel Walmart is a rip off. I pay $85.00 to color my roots and they can't even dry my hair. This is extra plus, hair cuts are $25. Ridiculous. I don't mind paying my fair share but I'd like to think I also got a good deal. Plus I bet she doesn't get a good salary, so corporate is making a killing.

Its a supercenter. But its on the small side. Customer service has dropped dramatically. Tried to ask a associate stocking razors for 1 $7 package and she (karen or so her name tag said) snapped at me that helping customers is not her job. She only stocks the shelves. Odd for it being during the busiest time of the day. Overnights might be better? In any case I spoke to keka about this lady's attitude towards customers. And she seemed pretty dismissive about it. Saying she didn't have the keys. Well the case was open and she was actively stocking it. I'm seeing why this store has a 3 star rating. Stores back home do not treat customers this way.
