The lady Pharmacist at the Superstore in Pahrump NV is very unethical and disrespectful to others. I witnessed her virtually yelling at a disabled person in front of others stating that she thinks the customer looks like a drug attic to her, taunting him uttereing that she controls all the drugs. This went on for 30 minutes. Way out of line.

This WalMart pharmacy is straight up bussin', no cap! Was lowkey sus about sending my script here 'cause of those other reviews, but did it 'cause of the low $$, fr. Turns out, those reviews were trippin'. This WalMart was on point with the transfer, and their texting game? Fire. Anytime I was confused, I just hit 'em up and they responded ASAP. That automated phone tree thing was kinda a vibe killer at first, but once I figured out the cheat code, I got to talk to real peeps fast. And yo, they knew how to work my GoodRX card, so I saved mad cash. The crew at the counter? Speedy af. Don't sleep on this place based on other reviews – it's straight heat! 🔥

I have NEVER been to a better pharmacy! I have never had my medications filled at a Walmart Pharmacy until I moved to Pahrump and I of course wouldn't know if they are all as wonderful as this one, but all the people that work there are friendly, helpful, and SO On Top of their Job!

I have used this Walmart for over 5 years. Never have they been rude, incompetent, or anything negative. They have been fast and through. The counter staff, for the most part, have been fast and competent. The pharmacists, have on many occasions, answered any and all my questions, no matter whether they are related to a prescription I am picking up, an over the counter medication, or just general medical question. They are, in a word, terrific! I have nothing but glowing remarks for everyone there. If you feel so poorly treated by their staff, I suggest you try another pharmacy. There are 4 others in town. I won't even begin to tell you the stories of waiting more than 1 week to get a medication filled! Calling these other pharmacies are a joke. You wait on hold forever, and then get disconnected. It's not the staff's fault, it's the lack of staff at all. Even trying to actually pick up your filled order, is an exercise in frustration.As to the elderly folks trying to pay with change, in the future, there is a Coin Star machine 10 feet from the counter at the pharmacy. If you use that, you could have avoided all this grief. I know you loose a small percentage of the total amount you put in, but is it really worth the incredible anguish some of you are speaking of. I seriously doubt it.

The Chinese man at the Pharmacy injected the flu shot too low on the arm and towards the front causing muscle injury. The pain is intense sometimes and keeps me awake at night. The same person also botched two prescriptions.

Well, I’m a nomad, so being able to get my meds on the road is usually fairly painless by transferring it from Walmart to Walmart. Well, this pharmacy is just incompetent. They didn’t fill all my prescriptions. They didn’t bill my insurance. They gave a local doctor I saw such a hard time he insisted I get it filled elsewhere. I wish I had just had everything transferred to the Pahrump Walgreens. They had everything I needed finished it 10 minutes. Even though I hadn’t used Walgreens in 4 years they have kept my information and insurance updated in their system. I’m praying Walmart will have my inhalers ready for pickup today, a week after I originally phoned for my refill. I’m not feeling good about it and have been totally out for 3 days. I can barely breathe, and couldn’t sleep last night because of it.

Went to urgent care on Friday, they sent prescription to Walmart. I'm suffering and in pain waiting Saturday for the prescription to be filled, but no word. Finally I called and both medicines were over the counter. She said she was too busy to call me? Now there's real concern for your customer!! NOT!!!!

Intrusive nosiness by pharmacists who insist they are mandated by law, yet fail to cite the statute, that permits them to make you stand in front of them like a child and answer their questions about whether you understand the medications you take and "how are things going?" in front of other customers in clear violation of HIPAA and privacy in general. I discuss my meds with my doctors, and that's it. I know of others who get their RXs filled at other pharmacies in town and they are never interrogated over their use of their medications, and these are medications for chronic pain, so no, this is not a "mandated law", this is Wal-mart being a nanny, and I am done with it. There is a new pharmacy in Parhump AND they deliver, so maybe I'll just move everything over them. Seriously, he lined up my thyroid meds and said, do you have any questions about these? I've been taking them for years! If I hadn't been so annoyed, I would have noticed that HE failed to fill the correct dosage.

Appreciative to be able to walk in and receive a vaccine w/o an appt. Call ahead to confirm availability, but usually not a problem. As long as product in stock all good.

I was using walgreens before I switched to Walmart pharmacy. They took an hour to answer their phones and half the time I got disconnected before they answered. The lines also take an hour on average. I'm glad I switched to this pharmacy.

The pharmacist told me on the phone that I could pay for my prescription out of pocket. The next day, a tech in training insisted that I must go through my insurance. He refused to let me talk with the pharmacist. Smith’s pharmacy will allow me to pay out of pocket for this prescription, so I will use Smith’s instead. You lost my business, Walmart.

Walmart pharmacy turned me away because I was only 25 days since 1st covid shot said I needed to wait 28daysI told her I was leaving town she said get it when you get back so now I have to travel across the u.s. and won’t be back for 60days .maybe the people giving the shots need more education in math and learn a bit more about vaccines. I feel bad for anyone who deals with Walmart they can’t even run there stores and now we are trusting them with vaccinations.SCARY

I just called to fill a prescription for needles I need to inject medication. She told me the price, but that I’d need to call back after four to check if they were in stock? I said, so you’re not even going to look at it until four o’clock? No, I can’t tell you until four o’clock we have 100’s of prescriptions to fill today. Call me back at four and I can tell you if we have them in stock? So, I just called it in to have her tell me to call back to call it in? It would have taken her a minute to check the stock. Really?

So to confirm as a pharmacist you have a training in the medical profession, access to unlimited gloves, lysol, hand sanitizer and masks at Wal-Mart but you couldn't take a senior citizen's payment format and sanitize it for their life saving medication. Apparently making a good living providing medication at walmart allows you to pick how the customer pays for their medication. SHOCKING IS THE ONLY WORD THAT COMES TO MIND.

the pharmacists like to turn down elderly customers at this location who need their medication because the customers tried to use coins to pay, which is illegal. so definitely don’t come to this pharmacy because they’re not for the people.

My mother, who is in her 70's gets her scripts here and they are always short with her and kind of rude. Everyone has a bad day, but every time she comes in? I keep telling her to complain, but she is too tired to. Get some customer skills or get a different job.

I did not go to this pharmacy myself. I did however see the treatment of an elderly gentleman trying to pay with change. I will no longer use any Walmart pharmacy because of this action. I can only imagine the humiliation this poor man felt because he only had change and you wouldn’t take it.

Every one I have dealt with has been very polite. They don't always have the medication I need in stock. It is very frustrating.
