Walgreens is tied for the worst pharmacy with CVS in Pahrump. The one taller tech is nasty and unprofessional. She arrived late. The pharmacist refused to help the only tech that made it in to work on time. She had a line at the window and a line inside. She was very nice and attentive. After I asked the nasty one if it was too early for her, she started to be nice to the other customers behind me. There will be a part 2 to my review bc now I have to sit and wait 30 minutes for my prescriptions. Let's see how she treats me then.

I had a FedEx package shipped overnight. Walgreens takes the deliveries. Even though I received a text that my package was there he insisted they had not come yet. I had everyone scrambling at my end looking for it. I heard him tell someone on the phone the same thing. Fed ex had not come yet.But they had. He never checked..... terrible service

So I went in there to make 2 $500 deposits to my chime card. Maria the cashier in an arrogant tone and manor refused to make he second transaction claiming they are only allowed to process one. I left and went somewhere else. Then I called corporate and indeed you are allowed two $500 transactions per day per person. So obviously management at this store has failed to inform staff and themselves of Walgreens money policies.Please be advised. So you donā€™t waste time gas and money with the ignorant rude staffAnd have a great dayšŸ˜Š

I have to give a great review for the awesome customer service I received from two amazing pharmacy technicians today at Walgreens. Laura & Machael helped my daughter and me when we went in for a vaccine before school starts this week. They were very courteous and went above and beyond their duties by looking up her shot records. They let us know that she already had it and didn't need another one. Then went further to discuss print my & husbands records as well. Laura let me know which vaccines we needed updated & which ones she recommended for our ages & medical conditions. Two very valuable employees. Thank you for amazing service.

The worst pharmacy I have ever went to. The staff in there pharmacy are horrible except the actual pharmacist. I have been belittled through the drive through by a female employee who would not get the manager. I'm very upset. The medication I had prescribed they told me they are no longer taking new patients for. I have had them fill medication refills that I never even requested that would cost me allot out of pocket if i didn't catch it. They don't communicate to reach other one will say one thing another something else. I always loved this pharmacy and how did they fall so hard. I would never recommend anyone to Pahrump Walgreens Pharmacy.

Extremely rude customer service and false accusations.(Chelsea and Trevor) They are in the health care profession taking care of patients.I am sympatric to the fact that pharmacies are quite busy. Suggest additional training to learn and hone proper customer service skills. If any employees are untrainable they need to move on.

Use Walgreens for my prescriptions for about a year. I always express pay. Today, I went to drive through to pick up 4 rx. My checking account already showed my 4 payments. I was told without some code I would have to be charged again! So in addition to the $28 already charged, I had to pay another $28, and they promised me the first charge would cancel out. The only problem is Iā€™m $28 short until someone fixes it! I guess I wonā€™t eat today! Will switch my prescriptions to the other pharmacy in town once refills happen. They are too expensive and seemingly unprepared to resolve problems without charging the customer!

The pharmacy at Walgreens in Pahrump Nevada is the worst. I have been associated with Walgreens for 30+ years in different states and I have never seen a pharmacy so unorganized rude and the longest wait ever. Today for example I scheduled an online Covid test and went there , sat in line for 45 minutes for them to turn me away and said they couldnā€™t find my online schedule when I tried to call the number they told me to call to schedule it to talk to a real person you get disconnected. So as I sit here in CVS line which is going very fast and I was able to get an appointment like now I think back of how many years Iā€™ve been with Walgreens and what a shame. The last 2 yrs the poor service and long waits have now forced me to move on. I know they wonā€™t miss me as a loyal customer and for that reason Iā€™d rather pay a little more and get the great treatment in Pahrump Nv where they clearly want my Buisness

Just spoke to a very rude and very condescending and unhelpful individual in the pharmacy department at your store. The woman had no desire to help me book a Covid-19 travel test, as I only have passports for two countries including USA but no state ID or drivers license. Last time I called this location in February with the same issue, the person on the other end was helpful and compassionate. Today this woman at 11:15am choose to rush me off the phone and hung up on me. She lacks empathy, respect, and common courtesy for people. If she lacked the knowledge to help, she should of said so, if she just didnā€™t want to help me, well she made that obvious. I truly hope she learns how to treat people with the hat of a clinical worker rather then an attitude of an exotic dancer from Vegas who hasnā€™t received any tips all night .

I am a doctor, and I have interacted with this pharmacy when sorting out medications for my patients. They are lazy, slow, and do not communicate effectively with patients and providers. I recommend other pharmacies in the community to my patients. This place is terrible.

This Pharmacy goes ā€œoff scriptā€ and fills with generic medications, disregarding ā€œBrand Medically necessaryā€. Sadly I canā€™t take their substitution as Iā€™m allergic to that and they were told repeatedly. Surely doesnā€™t come across as them paying attention to filling prescriptions.Furthermore as of 9/1/22 Walgreens has announced they will usurp the phsycianā€™s prescriptions in regards to controlled substances. They will dispense the amount they decide is sufficient.Pahrump is a small community, however we still have the option to fill our prescriptions via mail-order, as at the very least some of them understand it is their job to dispense medications. NOT to make mandates that oppose the Dr decisions that are based on our full medical history.Their Pharmacy hires people who are rude, disrespectful and speak harshly to customers without provocation.Please be aware so your health is not negatively impacted.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been involved with. The staff is friendly and they actually care. They take the time to know your face and your name after you become a regular customer. All other pharmacy's should model after this one. I will never do business with any other pharmacy . I want to say thank you to all the staff and pharmacist there. Thank you all so very much.

Pharmacy is by far the worst I've dealt with. They take forever to fill prescriptions (as in more than 5 hours to even days). They do not communicate with their clients - Wouldn't it be standard procedure to call or text if there is a problem filling a prescription? Or they are out of a medication? Or if the prescription is ready? Just waited on hold for 30 mins to check on the status of a prescription and the automated line hung up at 31 minutes. I'm not calling back or using them ever again.

This Walgreens at the Pahrump location, the most of the staff have NO customers service skills. Very rude and lackluster unless they're accusing customers of things that didn't happen. They will hang up on you when you try to explain something to them and one pharmacy employee accused me of picking up my prescription then trying to get a second supply. He swore I picked it up the same day it was submitted by my doctor, when I was 2 hours away. He also said he was going to check the cameras, as a kind of "gotcha" but he never called back because surprise, I didn't pick up my prescription. This guy was so rude in his insistence that I did. A staff member called today and said it was shipped out to my home, therefore I was right.

Worst pharmacy Iā€™ve ever had to work with. They pretty much do the bare minimum. Iā€™ve seen them pick up the phone, then press hold and leave people on it. Iā€™ve also had to go back numerous times because they said they didnā€™t get all the prescriptions. Call the drā€™s office and they confirm they send them all at once. Call the pharmacy, wait for 25 minutes on hold to get someone fairly disconnected and half paying attention to say, ā€œoh yeah, we got those, we just have to enter themā€. Have to go back later and get them. This pharmacy is a joke. Highly suggest going elsewhere. Still on holdā€¦ 22 minutes and countingā€¦ ended up with 35 minutes. What do you know, they were out and wonā€™t have the meds until Monday. Would have been nice to know when we picked up the meds.

They kept saying my fathers medicine was ready, he went down there and they said it was still being processed, he called later after 4 pm and they said they couldn't get any until the end of December? Were they just lying or so incredibly incompetent? I noticed all of the pharmacies in town are having problems keeping certain medications in stock, but don't lie to the customer and say it is there and make people drive down there for no reason. Pharmacy offices are small and there shouldn't be such a communication problem between employees. This is an update, later that day my dad called back and talked to the pharmacist. They had the meds in stock the whole time. ??????

The incompetence of their pharmacy staff is unequaled. You give them a paper prescription (as they are incapable of processing an over the phone one) and they tell you "90 minutes" several hours later you get a text saying your prescription is "delayed" due to insurance reasons. I actually got a pharmacist on the phone ONCE and was advised that there is a "diagnosis code" that the tech didn't enter in the computer, because their system doesn't recognize the cide when they scan it. Instead of TRAINING their techs and staff to enter this, they just ignore it. I started telling whomever I gave a prescription to to enter the code, the pharmacist just last month said "you don't need to do that, our people will remember" so today I dropped off my wife's prescription, was told "6 hours" SEVEN hours later she called to check on progress, low and behold it's delayed due to insurance reasons, the arrogance and condescension of the person on the phone (I heard as it was on speaker) was insulting at best. And they told her if she wanted it today, now 630pm, you'll have to wait about 2 1/2 hr but you have to be here 1/2hr before we close. Why my wife has loyalty to theses fools is beyond me, but I have to share and I truly hope a member of corporate management reads this and feels free to contact me!

I went in to fill a prescription using a SingleCare coupon. The coupon said it would be $3.34, but when they gave me the cost is was over $17. This was the third time (third prescription - all different meds) that they gave me a significantly higher price than the coupon price. I have used the SingleCare and GoodRX coupons at other pharmacies and the coupon price was exactly what I was charged. In addition the person checking the price was extremely rude to me when I questioned why the price was so much higher. Walgreens is not honoring the coupons, my suggestion is to spend your money elsewhere. They clearly don't want business.

Omg... where do I begin? Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I cannot transfer my prescriptions fast enough. Long lines ALL THE TIME. No urgency from mgmt or pharmacy to add employees to assist. Automated system says prescriptions are ready, and when you go in and wait in line for 30 minutes to pick them up, NOPE. Not there. This happened on too many different occasions to count. Prescriptions sent to other Walgreens pharmacy w/o my approval. Again, on too many occasions to count. šŸ™Œ

I phoned in my refill prescriptions on Monday morning and robot told me it would be ready Tuesday after 11 AM. I went to pick it up on Wednesday afternoon and they said it wasn't ready and that it would be ready in 2 hours so I left and came back the next day and only 1 was filled. I belong to the Walgreen card system and the prescription has always been $ 30 but this time it was priced at $ 168. I am a retired pharmacist who was a district manager and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I told them to return the pills to stock and I'd have the Rx transferred to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a joke!! They do not LISTEN to what the customer shares. I have a couple of RX's that must be verified be a call to my Dr. in another state. I have told them repeatedly that my Dr. in not in the office on Friday. I take the RX's in several days early so they can call.Did it happen? NO! I have had to do w/o over a weekend and a holiday due to their incompetence. In two years of coming down here, this is the third time they have not called in a timely manner.If any of Walgreen's competitors were an option, this Walgreen s would never have gotten a call. I had another rx that the Pharmacist admitted he didn't even know what it was. So I a lay person told him what it was. He probably makes $30. + an hour. Shame, shame, shame!Do you know what the call the person who graduates last in pharmacy school and medical school? Easy...it's Pharmacist and Doctor!The rest of the story is...they finally called me Dr. and didn't like what he had to say. They refused to fill as "didn't fit company guidelines.". The good old CYA!i will never spend another fine in a Walgreens. Cool me once shame on you....cool me twice, shame on me!

This is the WORST Walgreens we've ever dealt with. We call in prescriptions, and when we go to pick them up, they "Haven't been called in"! Also we are told that they need refills, and then that our insurance is having trouble.... the list goes on and on for excuses. Glad we are leaving the area. Hopefully the next Walgreens will be more competent!

Most unhelpful. I am 61 years old and I called to see if they had cough syrup because the governor said if you are sick "STAY HOME". I had to cough up a lung to get the girl "Janice" to look on the shelf to see if they had any cough syrup. After she rudely announced "she didnt have time to keep track of what they had in stock and she would have to stop what she was doing to go look on the shelf. And she was busy helping other people so I would just have to wait." They did have cough syrup and refused to hold it, so I jumped in my car and ran down there. I live 5 mins from the store. And the store was empty. One person was leaving when I got there and 2 were milling around the store. So who was she TOO busy helping to help me or could she just not be bothered. Either way she would rather me come to the store "SICK" and look around myself, than help me over the phone.

This pharmacy is the worst we have ever had to deal with! We full time RV & fill our scripts at different Walgreens as we travel. This place was a nightmare! I was hung up on, told we were asking to do something illegal even though our situation was explained to them. Such poor customer service.
