The cashiers just about throw your groceries back to the baggers. I tried slowing down my loading the belt so my wife could bag using our bags. The cashier almost grabbed the groceries out of my hand. The pickers for online orders are very rude. They don't even notice actual customers. They reach in front of you without an excuse me. Customers in the store are just as important as online customers. Management, don't forget that.

I shop here a few times every week for the deals, but the customer service is not the friendliest unless you go through self-check-out. However, the produce seems to be the freshest in town most days and the produce department seems to have incredible employees that are proud of the job they do. They are constantly smiling and say hello. They care that you have a good experience. They are the reason I enjoy shopping here. The meat department is good quality, and friendly, but they seem to have trouble keeping up with product supply and demand.The store is kept clean on the main floor, the bathrooms could use a little more love as there always seems to be someone trashing the ada stall and throwing trash on the ground. Maybe a few more walks through would be warranted.I'm thankful to have a nice place to shop. More smiles in the front of the store would be more desired.

I usually go to Smith's early mornings like 8 am or before, like on Fridays (for the $8 dozen assorted donuts) any way getting back to today. It was afternoon and I'm telling you it was so crowded with customers and hardly any parking, I was surprised however that checking out was easy only had a few items, A young lady from self-service came and got me otherwise I'd still have stood in line don't care much for the self-service but she did everything for me. So with that, my trip to Smiths was OK, I got everything I needed and some 😁☆☆☆☆☆

One of two of the major grocery chains here in Pahrump. Both have been here for more than 20 years. Smith's offers fresh produce at competitive prices on a regular basis. The meat selection is moderately large. Large frozen food section. The deli counter is not my personal favorite in town, but the fried chicken is the best anywhere here in Pahrump. The price, although higher than it was not very long ago, It's still very affordable. If you have not tried it yet, it is definitely worthwhile. The staff is full of familiar faces, always friendly fast service.The store brand of most items is as good of quality as the name brands and will save you money over time.

Smith's home delivery is always nice. They are on time, you get what you order or are contacted to see if you want a replacement item. The tip is optional in case you're low on money that month.I've been disabled for awhile and it is a life saver to have such a reliable and affordable community service.

Smith's is a good market w the Actual US Bank branch.More expensive than the Wal-Mart down the road... but also a smaller experience... and lots of good deals make it a welcome xhange.

This is the worst store and unfortunately they know you don’t really have many options. You always have to bag your own food even after spending $300 a week or more there. Every single time the bagger walks away when my order starts getting scanned leaving me to do it myself. Every. Single. Time!! The meat is constantly bad upon opening the seal, the vegetables mold quickly, and the service is awful. We started doing grocery pickup to avoid the awful experience inside, but that also got to be a poor experience and now it’s just aggravating getting groceries each week. Pick it up this is absolutely atrocious and getting more expensive every week, with service going down every week!

Got to find another place to grocery shop tired of coming here and there out of stuff. Came here today to get 32 items and there out of 12 of the items18 pk eggs, yoke noodles and 10 other items. This is an every week problem. Wife says start going to Costco buy bulk then we don't have to go through this always

I get very frustrated with the Smith's app that I have on my phone. Cannot get in to the digital coupons. And most of the time the clerks have no idea how to fix this. Very frustrating. Other than that everything else is good.

Shelves are very empty, 4 out of the 5 items I needed were out of stock. This isn’t the first time and isn’t only vendor stocked items that are out. It’s throughout the store.

There's a woman about 50 years of age that wears glasses & is roughly 5'3" with blonde hair that's shoulder length who usually works the self checkout nearest to the pharmacy that is very unpleasant & always gives myself & service dog an incredibly hard time. She seems to think that she can dictate who's allowed to have a service animal & where they're allowed to shop. Everyone else is an absolute pleasure but this woman needs to develope social skills & learn the laws. What a walking migrain of a Karen this one is.

Had to pick up a medical prescription so went through the drive-thru. Nice to have that available so you can just sit in your car in quiet misery and not have to go inside and dodge the crowds. Always find the pharmacists polite and helpful even when running like crazy. Much appreciated!

The self check out hostess was awesome. Every time I moved too fast, the silly thing would lock up. She agrees with me that it is too sensitive. It's still a wonderful experience.

I went grocery shopping and it was just like one would expect from a grocery store, it had groceries and dairy section and even had a butcher in store so I could get a specific cut of meat, cut to my own specified thickness. Overall, it's a good clean store to shop.

There is a very rude and unpleasant older woman working at the deli. She is very oppositional on a regular basis. Because of her I have decided to buy my meats at Walmart. She makes you feel like taking a bath when you deal with her. I truly feel sorry for her. You can only express what you are feeling inside.😭

Last Friday morning, the 8th, I had a very frustrating experience when I was ready to checkout. Around 7am, I entered the store, gathered my groceries, and about 20 minutes later, it was time to checkout, only to find, NO cashiers on duty. There were only self-checkout lanes open. REALLY?! I was in a bit of a hurry for an appointment in Vegas, and, I had lots of fruits and vegetables, so it was going take additional time for ME, to checkout that I wasn't expecting. Shame on you Smith's for sticking it to the senior community in Pahrump.

Stunning redesign of the produce department. Every piece of fruit has a spot, so no bumps and bruises. Really fantastic, actually. Nice selection of organic produce as well.
