The best feed store in Pahrump. This has been the go-to feed store since Terry Byrd opened way back when. It has constantly provided first-rate customer service. Folks are friendly and helpful. They carry a large variety of tack and animal husbandry products. Great home town shopping.

I was introduced to the owners by a mutual friend who told me that they would be happy to help me with some things I was looking for or that they would point me in the right direction... he was absolutely correct... they went over and above what a normal store would do to help me out.. Love this feed store. I got three chicks back in February that were all healthy and are growing up perfectly. Today I picked up two turkey chicks. Their chick brooders are clean and all the chicks there look so healthy. Thanks to the kind man who brought my bag of shavings out to the truck for me and thank you to the owners. Everyone is very friendly here!

Nice feed store with pleasant people running it. I do wish they had more personally. However, a great selection for what shelf space they have. They also sell locally harvested honey and locally gathered eggs. Duck eggs, chicken eggs, etc.

It was my first time in the store. Wow everyone was so genuinely friendly. The store was neat but filled with just about everything you'd need to care for any animal as well as many other surprising finds for both the house and body. It's well worth a visit just to see what's there and soak up the friendliness and neighborly atmosphere.

I used to write this place of five because the prices were good and the workers and owners were great. I feel the same way about the family that owns the place. The problem is their prices have gone so high that I won't buy there anymore. I went there Thursday and the prices for chicken feedwas $4 more than tractor supply. So sorry Shadow mountain, I buy 4 50 lb bags of 16% chicken feed, four bags of scratch and two bales of alfalfa every three or four weeks. I save money and I save gas going to tractor supply.

I've always had wonderful help when I've been there! Today I bought nearly every Western cut, short sleeve, snap closure shirt they had & the help came from a young gentleman. The guys in there are wonderful at knowing where everything is! Thank you very much. Hope this business is around for a long time!

Everyone here has been knowledgeable and friendly. They're always well stocked and carry everything I've ever needed and more for my animals. When i was new to Pahrump i shopped around all the local feed stores for the best prices and value. Now i only visit Shadow Mountain. My kids always look forward to seeing what cute baby animals they have and they hope the owners are in so they can visit. It's by far the most family friendly store in town.

This feed and more store have everything! They carry the 5 in 1 shots for puppies along with the record cards. The have saddles and roping equipment and clothing...and live animals 🐎🐴 chicken 🐔 🕊️. The owners are beyond helpful and very nice.

I believe his name is Ron the owner of Shadow Mountain Feed this man was busy but he spent their time talking to me about getting shots for my dog and rub down a piece of paper to bring him back Saturday for his rabies shot and told me how to do the injections for his parvo distemper and some other medicine I forgot the name of it very happy always smiling fan is a very good person we'll definitely go there from now on and I definitely will post this very nice place on Facebook and YouTube and tell several of my Snowbird RV friends this is the only place to go God bless you Ron and have a very good day and I like your chicks that you were selling at the front door they kept staring and whistling at me I envy that man

We came for a quote on a RV cover. The staff was friendly and the owners really nice and knowledgeable. We didn’t purchase anything as far as feed and tack but he’s the place to go if you want an RV cover...lol
