I stopped here passing through town at about 9pm last Monday, the 30th. There was a tiny elderly lady that was there as well. The front door was locked and there was a sign saying closed, be back soon. I don't recall exactly what the sign said but that is the basic idea of the sign. The elderly lady was in front of me and she tried opening the door. No one pays attention to the signs on gas station doors. There are usually a lot. The door was locked. I asked her if she tried the other door, so she tried that one and then I saw the sign on the door. At that moment a female worker opened the door just enough to very rudely say to the older woman, "Is there a reason you felt the need to pull on the doors when I have a sign saying closed" she was incredibly hateful in her tone and facial expressions to this woman. After she was done berating the older woman she then dropped the door on her instead of holding it for her to come in. I was there with my 6 year old daughter and was in complete shock at how awful this worker acted. There was no need. I forgot about it until I just heard my 6 year old reanacting it while playing with her dolls. I had already explained to my daughter that she was very rude and shouldn't have acted that way. And her we are, 5 days later, and she not only remembered it but played it out again. This worker needs to be more mindful of others and kind.

Went in today and a lady had parked directly in front of the doors. While now line waiting to pay for the ice I was purchasing, the cashier refused to ring up the elderly woman in front of me unless she moved her car. Rightfully so. She said, “Dump it out and I will go somewhere else” referring to her fountain drink. As he was doing that he said, “I just hate people who think they are special”. Which was kind of harsh, in my opinion. But when it was my turn to pay the cashier was passive aggressive towards me. As I was trying to manage picking up 2 large bags of ice, I assumed he thought I was waiting forMy change as he scoffed and said, “Did you want your 2 cents?” I politely said no and told him to have a nice day, hoping to hear it back but nothing. Kinda bummedMe out is all. Won’t be returning to this location. Don’t want anyone fired or reprimanded. Just a reminder to be polite to each customer.

Had I known gas price was significantly higher than posted online and that they would also lie about an out of order bathroom, I would not have purchased gas here. It's also dishonest to not post prices for food items.

Usually good experiences with this store. Gas prices are good. Decent selection of product and reasonable prices. Staff is friendly, especially the larger guy(can't remember his name right now, sorry). The reason for 2 stars when it would usually be 5, is due to the middle aged olive skin black haired employee. Wow is he just about the rudest clerk ever. Example; went in to get smokes and had some personal trauma and grief I was dealing with atm and he very rudely asked me if I had been crying. Then another time told him $30 for gas and very quickly changed my mind to $25(limited income here) and in a very annoyed fashion rolled his eyes at me and rang me up for $35. Them another time I purchased a butterfinger and he innappropiately made the comment "wow that's a BIG butterfinger!". Like dude seriously? So I will continue to use this store but if he's on the clock I will be turning right around and taking my business somewhere else. I'm not paying to be treated like that.

Got off work stopped for smokes at 10:44 pm. Was paying with card when cashier whined about it because he had a bunch of reciepts all over the counter and said see this I'm doing end of day. So he would not do the sale. Well there will be no more sales to me from Rebel. I get my gas and smokes there everyday for work but will go somewhere else from now on!!! God forbid he actually has to make a sale and do his job!!!

Gas prices are usually comparable to the lowest in town. Roomy gas pumps no accidental collisions happening here. I can’t say for sure though but someone told me they don’t take credit cards for gas.

I told i had to leave my backpack *OUTSIDE* so not only out of sight of *me* but out of sight of the two clerks leaning against the back of the counter talking and making it much easier for my backpack, which might include things that are expensive or sentimental, to be stolen. Forcing this not only creates a situation where the customer feels like you're assuming they're going to steal something before entering but a lawsuit because it would be Rebel employees telling someone that to shop here they have to take that risk. Which makes it your responsibility it waa stolen. It also isn't easily noticible that there is this policy in place.I complied with the "policy" to the point I feel comfortable. I put my backpack near the door on the inside, went got the one thing I came in for and went the counter asking if I could pay for the item. One of the clerks, a blonde shorthaired woman, told me they wouldn't sell to me because of the policy. This is how you lose customers and develop a bad reputation. I don't appreciate being made to feel like a thief because I happened to not bring a car I can keep my belongings in.

Best gas prices in town at the time of this posting. The staff are very kind and store is well stocked and clean. The bathroom is located outside, behind the facility which makes for a long walk if you have been holding it for a while.

People there are very friendly. Right on the corner of basin and 160. Great location. And you can always find a ride when you need one. I would suggest visiting.
