I visited in the hopes of being able to purchase a kennel, however, they needed the ones they had. I had discussed what problems I was having with a dog I got from a different rescue. The lady I spoke with was very happy to give me insight and ideas how to deal with my pups issues. I will be back.

This group is amazing! It is all volunteer based and they work hard. My husband and I went there because we really want a large breed puppy. They did not have any this week, but helped us pick a puppy that is right for our family. We are getting her next week. I can’t wait!

Recently adopted 2 kittens from this place and the state I got my kittens in were terrible.. my kittens are only 8 weeks old and they have skin lesions all over their bodies.. i was told it was “sun damage” but I didn’t believe so I took them both to the vet right after I got them and was told they had ring worm.. mind you this was never mentioned to me and I’ve had these kittens on hold for a month. Tresa Wok (who I’ve been communicating with) advised me the reason I had to wait until they were 8 weeks was bc they were still feeding off the mom, then when I called to let them know about the ring worm and asked why it was never brought to my attention she said “I did tell you it was in the email” after I proved to her she did not mention that she back tracked and said “oh I’m thinking of the wrong kitten those kittens don’t have ring worm” but my kittens very much do. One of my kittens are also sick.. sneezing, green junk coming from his eyes and he cries. Also, when I inquired about these kittens I was told they were 2 males. when I went to pick them up and got the paperwork from “Flo” the manager there it stated one was a girl and one a boy. I was kinda upset because I wanted two boys but I ended up getting them anyways when I took them to the vet It was confirmed that they’re both BOYS. But all the paper work for my kitten says he’s female. This place is poorly run and they don’t deserve to raise kittens! I have contacted the animal police regarding this place. Hopefully they don’t raise any more kittens!!! And the inside is disgusting… people hanging out not working.. just there to hang out with the manager Flo and everything is dirty. Don’t get your babies from here!

We got our beloved Michi from here. Michi is a very sweet healthy cat. It is obvious that she was in the hands of caring people here.The first couple days she arrived at our home she was scared of the change of environment. We isolated her in a quiet room. Michi’s veterinarian recommended we use a Feliway diffuser. She is now playful at dusk time.

I have emailed so many times with no response. Meanwhile all the puppies we were interested in seem to be going away. We have so much love to give. It is sad we will have to go out of Pahrump to find a puppy.

Paws is an amazing place who's donations goes straight to the animals. Staff is awesome and they are ran by Volunteers!!!! They have everything from dogs to cats to even small mammals and even chickens at times.

I watched a rescue happen on site just by chance. I also adopted an animal. Loved and taken care of!! That's what these guys do. Good spot to support for you extra money having folks.

Everyone was so nice. They helped me pick out a kitty, gave me some food for him, made up a folder with all his information and even took a picture of us.My new babis has all his shots, a micro chip, and already neutered.Can't wait to go back and look at all the goodies in the store.

No animals on site so you have to make appointments. Decent deals at store last time I went. The store is donated items which they sell for animal care. Donations are always welcome.
