My daughter purchased several candy bars from this store and the snickers she bought me was opened.I asked the cashier for a new bar and she accused me of opening it.I said if I'd opened it I would just eat it not come back to complain that the candy bars they're selling are not being checked for damaged packages. Clearly hasn't been trained in customer service no need to be rude.

Sold me a broken crackpipe and refused to exchange it. Make sure to thoroughly inspect any crackpipes that they sell you, before leaving the store

Where is the negative star rating. The owner/manager Lucky is a thief. Plain and simple!The lack of customer service and onus to do the right thing is beyond non existent.After charging my husband and I twice for a purchase (the first time the transaction "didn't go through") to which we discovered upon checking our banking app within the hour, we then notified the store. We ended up speaking to the same clerk who did the transactions who said that we'd have to wait until the manager is in the next day to come in to discuss as he'd want to see proof. I mean really you don't recall this interaction that occurred not an hour earlier in the booming metropolis of Pahrump?! And on top of it, you don't balance your business at the end of each day, the double transaction of the same amount, minutes apart on the same card would absolutely show itself.She would not even entertain looking into it for us. After going BACK to the store as we were instructed, Lucky was not there. We left a message with our contact info to get in touch with us.Now almost 24 hours later since we left the store for a 2nd time do we get a phone call from Lucky who says that this wasn't the case that they were short on their balance, they only show one receipt, asking why we didn't come when he was in the store for an hour yesterday between 1-2pm2 (uhm check with your clerk who said between 1-7pm). Wow, I'm so sorry that we inconvenienced you.My thinking is that the skimming operation just got busted wide open and unfortunately for these two clowns they can't do simple math.I am highly encouraging everyone to stay away from this front of a business who is clearly operating by illegal practices. And hope that my report to the BBB and every outlet will produce a further look into this crooked business.And yes, we are disputing the charge on our card.Lucky maybe you'll find the charge back!

Didn't go into the liquor store. However the surrounding area needs a little bit of resurfacing on the buildings all the way around and decided the buildings could be cleaned up a little better. But not too bad a place to go to. I do know the people in the liquor store are very friendly.

Got dry tobacco there and they wouldn't take it back because it was opened. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was dry!!! How was I supposed to know but to open it !!!
