I have shopped here many times since it opened here in Pahrump. I was a frequent user of various Goodwill stores in Las Vegas and Henderson over the past 45 years or so. I am familiar with the types of second-hand items available at the stores. The Pahrump location is typically stocked well with the majority of articles of clothing. For men, women, and children. Shoe selection for men is less than desirable. Kitchen and housewares are about equal to the rest of their locations. Definitely a valuable resource for saving money on family attire and other household items. Staff is generally friendly. The store is cleaner than many second-hand stores.

My rating is solely based on the level of customer service i experienced in the store while checking out. I asked a question about the return policy for an inflatable snowman and simply asked “what is the return policy in case this snowman does not inflate?” I was given the answer that “it depends how pleasant you are” Is that really how this place handles business? Can anyone verify that the camera that is clearly seen from the dressing rooms isn't actually pointed towards the dressing rooms? And yes, the door was closed.

In General I like to go to Goodwill its one my favorite stores and companies to do business with. The fact that there's a Goodwill right across the street from where I'm staying for the next month made me want to walk over&check out Pahrump's Goodwill store however Google you gave me the wrong information and guess what? I'm standing here at 7ish p.m. and they're closed! Thanks Google good thing I'm a local guide and I can actively update your information for you and here's a picture.

I love this goodwill store. While I have some issues with the company itself, I just have a great time shopping here. The employees are awesome for the most part, and this store is kept pretty clean and well stocked. I can find things just as cool and unique as in the Vegas goodwill locations. I recommend this store.

Jessa is the one who graces this store!!! She represents this Good Will with a friendly and most kind position. She greets everyone with kindness and treats you like you "matter"! A constant smile on her face and a listening ear to help with any questions you might have. This store needs to recognize this employee as this one is your star!!!

I wish these people would stop complaining!! about every little thing!! this Goodwill store provides jobs & merchandise at reasonable prices. Go 2 Vegas or garage sales if you're not happy stop crying over spilt milk!!!. The only way this store can pay it's, rent, power, taxes, payroll, ECT. Be happy we have this store in this out of control town that only has 3 traffic lights!!! there's other problems such as putting water meters on your well!!! which means "no more free water" without u paying more taxes.

Found some really neat clothes here! Our cashier was very helpful, letting us know about all the discounts available to us. All kinds of things to buy here, from printers to coffee mugs and bedding. Everything here is affordable! Definitely recommend Goodwill.

I'm not from around here but we've visited here this year and last year around the same time. Their clothing selection is lacking in comparison to the ones in CA. Sadly a lot of the women section is Shein like products. Their plush section is priced super high too. I'm used to seeing small plush for $.50 and larger than 12" plush for $.99. all of the plushies were at least $2.99 or more. Luckily the day we went this time was black Friday so most things in the store were 50% off. Most of the good wills near me sell stuff even when there isn't a tag or price written on it but this one you have to have a tag on it or they won't sell it to ya. They have to make a tag up on the spot. Which is fine, but I just wanted to make note of it. It does make check out longer.

I found a nice stand for my avacado tree that I have in the kitchen window. More space there now. Not cluttered looking. Some nice stainless steel pans and a pair of brand new work boots for my brother. Very nice indeed

This place remains true to it's bloody awfulness! I decide to give it another chance considering its been a while since my last visit. All I did this time was try to purchase a shirt. It's a blue tag so 50% off right? Wrong! No where in any of the advertising does it state that a customer HAS to be on their "list" and must provide a phone number to avail themselves of the weekly color tag discount! BOYCOTT Goodwill! These stores charge MORE for donated items than you would pay to purchase the items new in the actual retail store! I saw furniture that was in very bad shape and the price tag.....$175! For a sofa I can purchase at the store it came from NEW for only $89.00! Are you freaking kidding me?! If the consistant overcharged monies actually went to the people and the programs they say they went to, I may not have this reaction. Goodwill has NO goodwill to anyone but their own pockets!

I used to love the goodwill Here in pahrump... guaranteed I was one of the first few that was at the beginning of the crowd...Senior day Wednesdays was a favorite of mine until I started noticing discrepancies on the prices . I asked an employee about it and was told that Tuesday nights they come in and replace the tags with higher prices....ok, so I thought they were just messing with me..A few months later I asked another employee and they also confirmed that the prices are changed for senior day..... Now come on People, all those items are DONATED!!! When I asked the first employee why they said they do that because the goodwill gives people jobs, NO , what's happening is WE THE SENIORS ARE ONCE AGAIN GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!!!!! How can they get away with this.... IS THIS ONLY HAPPENING IN PAHRUMP? Or is this a company POLICY . .. I WANT TO KNOW....

Huge selection. Good prices on most things. Lots of clothing. Designer brands at very low prices. Nice staff. They get new trucks in from Vegas daily I was told so it would be good to go often. If you’re a senior citizen go on Wednesday’s and get an additional discount!

The prices were a little much. So go on a day that everything is half off or a tag day on stuff you want. Today was grey tag day which I was able to find a lot of dresses around 8 dollars that were grey tag and made them actually 4 bucks a piece. The service was okay. Not many people to help but when i could find someone, they were very helpful. Plan on spending some time here to weed out a bunch to find the one.

I did my CHRISTmas shopping for this year! The pricing of some items are not such a good deal, you have to be committed to the hunt. To get the right items for the right person & still get a good deal. Season's greetings all!! Keep "Christ" in Christmas, after all, it is His birthday!

Good thrift shop. Decent quality and selection of items. Affordable with added bonus of 1/2 off the tags with the color of the day you are there which you can find at the top of a large sign in the front of the store. Gets busy at times but clears up quickly usually.

Over price items at time they cost more then wallmart or the same price for a donation items at times very disappointed but the staff is very nice 👌 👍 😀

Mangers are rude and disrespectful none of them are on the same page about anything 😤 if you work there you can't shop everyday they won't tell u when shop day is they'll randomly change the schedule on you and won't tell you there way over price for second hand they ruin clothes and items by writing on them

If i could give the 0 stars i would have. Prices are too high for used, not cleaned items that are donated, and just thrown anywhere in the store. Items have been donated and you shouldnt charge more for items then what they cost for NEW. Items are dirty and look old and worn down. Items are priced higher than then they are elsewhere for newer items. This store is taking advantage of their customers. Greedy and ridiculous. Customer service also needs improvement.

Had a great time shopping there. Some of the things I wouldn't pay that much for, but the quality of the products were very good. I'm happy and satisfied. The really sad part was that I didn't have alot of money to spend. 😥 Go down there and have a great time spending.

Went there they're having a 50% sale when at the register I get asked do you have a good will VIP card club number to which I respond no and fallow with the question do I have to have a card club number to get any discounts and I just got a yes... What type of stupid customer service is this where you don't get asked if you want to join their stupid club???... Like if I'm asking about it is because I want it why would you even ask if I have it and then don't get it offered I would haved done it but now jajajajjaa never going there!!!! crapy service!!!
