I am so thrilled!! Haley and Nick were amazing with our 2 rescue pups, Eddie Van Halen-2 yo maltese/poodle mix, and Valerie Bertinelli, our 4 month old heeler. Imagine how overjoyed we were to discover rescues get their first grooming free! Our little Eddie had to wait to be groomed due to stitches he received from abuse, so he was a hot mess. Wish I could give them more stars. Great to deal with, very knowledgeable. We found our furever groomers!

We had a ten o'clock appointment and the people did not show up until 10:15. There was only one person taking care of 4 dogs at one time (which I did not know until we went to pick up our dog). My dog was there until 1:45 (3-1/2 hrs). The groomer also gave my dog a lions tail, which I did not like. I was supposed to have my other dog groomed, but I did not leave her. I was very, very disappointed 😞.

It was horrible. They offered free grooming to make up for it but I refused due to the trauma my dog went through. He now has a skin fungal infection causing hair loss. So I paid for them to cause me to have a high vet bill and medications. DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR PET TO THEM! 😒 😑

She was so nice nice and gentle with our dog. Plus she took us as a last minute appointment. I would definitely recommend 👌 👍 ☺️. Plus so reasonable .

I made appointmemt for large golden doodle and bernedoodle to get full grooming the person who quoted price personally saw both dogs. She quoted $85 for each dog and scheduled our dogs for 10 am the following day. We brought dogs back the following day and they took golden doodle first and after 2 hours all they got done was bath and brush. They pulled a bait and switch and said they want $120 to do the grooming when we were told $85.00. The dark haired lady was rude and yelling at us that she washed dog 3 times. We gave them $40 for the bath and brush since that was all they did. I will nevee go back there again. They also didnt seem to know how to cut doodles hair due to how many questiins they asked. I had to give 1 star to write this review otherwise I wouldnt give any. Be careful going here, they arent as nice as they first seem to be.

They literally took such amazing care of my sweet Moo....got her in same day and she looks absolutely beautiful. Price was great we are extremely happy.

Very nervous with how scared my 13yr old shorkiepoo gets in unknown places/people, I always took him to vet for his groom needs... Heather did so amazing my fears are all gone and will be going with her for future. Truly amazing, my boy looks so handsome!!!I couldn't be more happy and pleased with how my boy looks, and he seems so much happier/playful!!!!Highly recommend and I don't normally leave reviews 🤷🏻‍♀️

Fostering a little cutie with separation anxiety and she needed to be groomed (URGENTLY!). I tried to get into contact with a mobile groomer in Pahrump because of her anxiety but didn’t feel comfortable with them. I found this little shop through a google search and after reading their reviews I knew my little friend would be well taken care of. She took the time to talk to me and to the dog to get used to her. Clean shop, friendly people, and just take a look at this transformation! Talk about magic. Thanks y’all!

They did such a fantastic job with my dog! I rescued her not long ago and she was really neglected! They made her look like a different dog! They even put little bows on her. I recommend this company for all your grooming needs! I called and they got me in the same day!!! They are now my Lexi's groomer for good!! Thank you guys! I have before and after pictures but I don't see an option to add them :(

Let me say, I hardly ever give a five star rating. Today, my little Stevie had an appointment for a haircit and I was worried that he wouldn't behave and I would get a call to pick him up early. However, I was overjoyed when I got a text that Stevie was all ready to be picked up. Destiny did an excellent job and Stevie looked so good. I will definitely go back and have Destiny take care of my little Stevie. She is amazing. Not only are they fabulous but their pricing is totally affordable. Thank you!

My dog came home scared, wouldn't leave my lap for hours, when I got up, she wasclawing & chewing at herself. The young lady told me what she was going to do, it didn't matter what I said. She didn't seem to care. No offense to the young lady, I'm only reporting what happened.

We took our Chihuahua mix and our Corgi in. They were AMAZING!!! This was the Corgi's first time ever to be groomed and I was very scared that it would be traumatizing for him. He came out so handsome and super happy. I wish we lived here and could take him all the time. If we're ever back, we're stopping. Thank you so much!!!!!

I've been bringing my dogs here over the last 2 yrs. I like the owner, I liked the service (until recently), and it was convenient. But the care for my pets has declined, while each time I go back the price increases. But the current front desk help is the nail that won't bring me back.

I have a very senior cat and had a hard time finding a groomer who would see her to take care of some matting in her fur. The folks here were very kind and reassuring and did a great job with her. I know she's much more comfortable now, thanks to them :)

We are SO particular about leaving our dogs with anyone, which is why I've been doing my best at grooming them myself the last few years. I simply can't bring myself to leave them with a stranger. That's why I was thrilled when I found out Ann is here! Her love for the pups shows in her work, and my doggos look and smell amazing! She even made them little bandanas which are so cute its ridiculous! Thank you Ann! You're the best!

Took our border collie in and I will own that since it was his first visit I should have asked what a “short cut” meant to them. After 14 years of grooming him at various groomers in Nevada, Texas and Washington, a short cut for summer had always left atleast 4-5 inches, since he has a double coat. They literally shaved him 🤦‍♀️ Poor guy is in hiding and who knows how his hair will grow back out. I will offer the staff was friendly and courteous and would simply suggest ensuring there is a very clear understanding before you leave your pet.

This is the best nail trimmer in the state I would say. Layla (I’m sure I butchered her name) trims with a Dremel sanding wheel and knows what she’s doing. I’ve had Matilda done at other places and they use the pruning shear type nippers which is what Fred Flintstone use to use. Matilda’s nails look perfect.

Very professional. Worked quickly n calmed two Aussie Doodle puppies whom aren't used to being groomed. Took the extra time to comb out matted hair on the pups,so they didn't need to be shaved.Excellent job n a very fair price for all the work they did.Will only take the pups to them.

Heather has been grooming my dogs for over 5 years. I go where she goes. I have two large dogs who often get ignored by other groomers because they are not the little cutesy fur balls. My female dog was recently attacked by a pit bull at the vets and Heather made sure I brought her in when the least amount of dogs were there and had us pick her up as soon as she was done, not waiting for the other dog. This is professionalism. Actually caring about the stress that is put on the dogs.

"I took my Mini Pincher mixed small breed Ginger on 12-23-21....l was very disappointed!! I had the full service for$35.00...l asked for Ginger's ear to be done...toe nails clipped...& l heard her yelp as if pain!! I also asked for her anul glands to be done. I wanted an oatmeal bath & lots of brushing...combing. l sent them pictures today....12-26 of all the fur that came out today. I would have done this sooner but l knew it's was Christmas time. I don't mind paying the $35.00 plus a $15.00 tip...but Ginger's dog grooming is alot like all they did was rush service!! She was done in less than an hour!! I know what groomers are supposed to do as l have owned 5 pets stores in both Tustin & Cerritos CA. 3 of them had groomers too. The day that l brought her back home so was scratching at her right ear...along with going around in circles trying to clean her butt!! That tells me that her anul glands were NOT expressed. I am going to dispute my transaction now. I should have taken Ginger to to be done. Also...asked for an oatmeal bath with lots of brushing. I did sent pictures today too".

These people have no concept of common courtesy toward people let alone how to interact with dogs. The rude inexperienced and very immature twit who supposedly is a dog groomer demanded payment before I even got to see my dog up close. My dog has bald spots on her legs and bottom from being shaved down to her skin. This "groomer" did not clean her ears or groom her paws as I had requested. At first, she lied and said "I did the ears" but they were full of yellow stuff that wasn't there before I took her to this place. I asked if she pulled the ear hair and this person replied in an angry tone that she "shaved" them. The other individual working there was handling a big dog in a rough and aggressive way, got very huffy and said "I'll do her ears when I get done with him."The paws and toes still were very hairy and this incompetent woman said "well she doesnt like having her feet messed with." I guess she's never heard of a muzzle. My dog is a white Shih Tzu, but she doesn't look like one right now. This woman shaved her face flat, no inverted v, no eyebrows left to protect her eyes. She claimed she dremeled the dogs nails when I asked but they are still very sharp. My dog had black greasy stuff in her tail. I still don't know what really happened to my dog in that place.Worst of all my little dog, who is always everybody's friend, was very scared and stressed and this so called groomer, who never identified herself, acted like she hated my dog. This individual should not be allowed near pets at all. Ever.The woman who took the appointment the day before, and who gave me the impression that she would be doing the grooming, wasn't even there, and apparently didn't bother communicating to this knucklehead what my dog needed. Avoid this place. It was horrible. They'll let anybody off the street practice on your dog. I am certain that my dog was mistreated. After trying to talk to these two women, all I can say is that I am thankful that my dog wasn't seriously injured.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. I was not treated well and neither was my dog. I sought help from the owner, but he is just a blow hard in continual denial. He thinks his opinion is more valid than a Vet. Beware!!!!!

Excellent job. My dogs actually like going there. LOL! It is tucked away in the corner and it's not always easy to park and get there without running my dogs through traffic. But I will recommend them, and the work they do.
