Over the past year, I have been very exposed to the four major pharmacies located here in Pahrump. I can honestly say that CVS is always the most customer friendly. All four seem overly busy. I guess a sign of the overall growing pains we commonly see here in the valley. This one does not tell me again and again "we are out of that", "delivery came but we did not get it" or some other excuse for why it takes weeks to get a prescription filled. The personnel are polite and responsive as they can be hoped for post Covid.

Thank you to Kayla , Sarah, and ALL the staff at the Pahrump CVS for your kindness and always working so hard to do what you do everyday. Even when you have rude and impatient customers you maintain your professionalism and integrity. I have seen it many times. Thank you so much for troubleshooting for us when the doctors don’t do their job correctly and taking the extra steps to make it right. I see how had you work and I appreciate it. Thank you!

Kayla- Pharmacist, Sara-staff member are both an Amazing assets to CVS. They go above and beyond. So grateful they are staffing our pharmacy in Pahrump. Actually they are all great and deserve recognition. Thanks Guys!Have a Great Day!

This is anecdotal, but, I certainly warn against having CVS Pharmacy Hwy 160 in Pahrump handling important meds.The new Pharmacist agreed he'd handle pain meds for my wife (who has painful stage 4 cancer) after we scheduled a call between him and my wife's Oncologist.However, when my wife went to pick up her meds the Pharmacy Manager began speaking to my wife in a rude and aggressive tone, loudly in front of other customers. My wife was baffled.The Pharmacy Manager told my wife she'd have to wait for her pain script to be filled because of CVS policies (which is fine).However, the Manager's conduct towards my wife was embarrassingly rude and unprofessional. My wife was particuarly upset by the fact that the Pharmacy Manager was openly blurting out my wife's medical details for all to hear.My wife told the manager she didn't appreciate her unprofessionalism.The conversation wasn't productive, because the Pharmacy Manager was speaking over my wife.We left and my wife called and spoke with the Pharmacist to try and figure out what exactly was happening and when she could pick up her pain meds.The Pharmacist told my wife that they had CHANGED THEIR MINDS, they would not handle my wife's prescriptions. It put my wife into tears. He hung up.Objectively, it was apparent that the Pharmacist changing his mind was purely a petty response to my wife getting upset at the Pharmacy Manager's unprofessionalism.When it comes to your important medications, think twice before entrusting them to this unprofessional pharmacy staff.Again --- this is an anecdotal account, but, I would say; If CVS Pharmacy staff is this thoughtless and petty in handling the pain meds for a stage 4 cancer patient, it should give you pause before entrusting them with your important meds.

I love the multi locations. And if there's a need to pick up a prescription. It can be done. Quickly. Without fear of being without medications. I like this about this Store Pharmacy. And all the extras you could need are at a finger tip away from the pharmacy and on shelves. I've never not found the product I needed to add to my prescriptions. It's a great help... Fast friendly and honest.

Went to get Covid test. Easy online appts rate 5 stars. -5 Stars because Product swab contains EO - Ethylene Oxide. HIGHLY CANCEROUS! Even tho it's a dried swab, it's still a danger putting it in the nostril. Oh and PKG says it's made in China. Geesh! Creapy, they do want Americans dead. Makes me sad CVS supports this

Great service great staff, but to name one staff member in particular "Beverly for her on point professionalism and helpfulness with an honest smile that makes the drive thru a better place lol. but true. Thank you Beverly and excellent staff.
