First I would like to say that I DO NOT WORK FOR ALBERSTSONS. If I were an employee how much would I get paid for ringing up, price checking and bagging my own groceries? With this being said, self check out is the worst thing ever, especially when you have a cart full of groceries. What makes this even more of a sore point is that they pick and chose who they will actually ring up at register 1. Also, when requesting cash back and the machine gets stuck on stupid and you need assistance only to hear the employees say, it's above my pay grade is not reassuring nor does it inspire confidence that this issue will be resolved in a timely manner. I would like to thank the one employee who was able to help us but for future reference, perhaps a back up plan should be in place for when money gets stuck in the machine. That way people don't have to wait 20 minutes or more just to finish their transaction and leave with what is theirs.

The park itself is very well maintained it has many amenities The only downside is there is no Picnic table The RV sites are pretty tight together and there is no grass The staff is very friendly and the rates are very reasonable

Outstanding selection of cut flowers, potted plants and cacti. The store is clean and there is a Starbucks inside. If you see tour buses in the parking lot, expect a line. The staff are all friendly. Stock up on water and snacks here, before you head out to Death Valley!

At this point, I am not sure what to say about Albertsons the most positive person I am met, and most hopeful has been a woman by the name of Danielle she was quick on the spot and help me immediately without brushing me off, and I would give her more than five stars straight across-the-board however, the butcher is terrible. Thus far every time I’ve been in she has an extremely poor attitude, so either she needs a very nice vacation or just really doesn’t like her job much, or possibly I just caught her on a really bad day. I’m not saying she wasn’t working hard just think being a little kinder might go along way as my last experience in the meat department was so bad I elected to skip the deli next because I didn’t want to deal with anyone else. My ultimate decision was to leave and to shop elsewhere because I felt like my time and monies deserves to be better spent. I used to really like Albertsons this one, however, is leaving a bitter taste i’ll post again if things change as it’s a small town I’m sure I’ll be venturing back in.

Free samples of many deli department items today for the holidays including gourmet crackers, meats, cheeses, salads, spreads, etc. Really nice reps at each of the tables.

False advertising on their sale prices. Store associate said the price comes off at the end when I pay, and I paid full price. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to ring up their prices right.

*Update:*Apologies, I have been meaning to edit this for awhile. The parking lot lighting is much better than expected, and not only can I read the weekly circular, I could also easily read a complete book from within a car. It's fantastic. Walmart’s parking lot lighting _does_ appear substantially dimmer, good job Albertsons!...The store itself is great. The selections and quantities are wonderful, and the employees are supremely friendly, every time.My issue is the parking lot after dark, which is just after 17:00 at the moment. It's not much better than no light at all, and forget about reading much of anything with it, signage included . At first, I thought the store was closed from the highway, but nope, it wasn't even 19:00. I suggest; installing some high lumen 6500K lights, and make Walmart look dim for a change! I realise that complaining about parking area lighting is a lowly and de-prioritised complaint to deal with but do feel it projects a negative first impression image onto an otherwise rather well stocked and grand store. Fresh high colour temperature bright signage and lighting would certainly help make the store more inviting.

My rating is not for the entire store but only for the meat department. I asked for a whole tenderloin on Friday, June 9, which cost me about $130.00 ($19.99 p/pound). It’s a lot but I’ve never had a bad steak with tenderloin. The tenderloin came in two pieces when I started cutting into it and by the time I finished cutting it up I had about $50.00 worth of fat trimmed off! I buy these frequently but my first time at Albertsons. This was the worst tenderloin I’ve ever gotten! It was like the butcher threw two fatty pieces together that they didn’t want to mess with and gave it to me. So yes, I’m only rating the meat department but this experience has soured me on the whole store - never going there again.

Always clean and well stocked. They have delicious fresh sushi hamd rolled every day. Their produce and meat is always good quality as well as a good variety. The prices are a bit higher than other places in town but they always have competitive ads and bonus deals so it makes up for it. One of my favorite things about this store is the 3's a crowd checkout. 3 or more in line and they open another register.

The place is always clean, as well stocked as possible and by using the instore sales and just for u digital coupons/rewards the prices are close to Walmart's and well within my budget. The employees are always professional, helpful and friendly. I actually enjoy shopping here 😁.

I really enjoyed it here, the atmosphere was way better than Walmart's. Also a better selection of produce than in other places. Their Cinnamon Rolls are amazing. Overall better quality. The cashiers were nice and very helpful, and the staff stocking the shelves answered all the questions we had. The aisles were spaced better as well. Very good experience.

Good store- produce fresh- the store is a little confusing with the aisle that runs halfway through the store splitting all aisles ; the signage for the forward row of aisles is different than the back row- and the only way to read the signs is to navigate front to rear. I'm sure if you are a frequent visitor you learn the store layout- 3 was visiting the area, so I knew it would not be a quick trip.Overall, well stocked, and when I had trouble locating items the clerks were familiar with the store and always steered me right.

A gentleman on the swing shift totally effed this place off for me. This ginger warrior threatened me with a call to law enforcement because he believed a trashed "his" (his words) bathroom do your job you forever virgin and leave the bathrooms to the night crew.

I enjoy going to Albertsons for the portobello mushrooms, and definitely the shrimp!06/05/2023 update. Came in today to purchase shrimp. However the Hispanic lady working behind the seafood counter was kinda rude. Usually the service is impeccable, but not today.

Their pick up service is awesome BUT their IN store staff is RUDE AND SNOBBY! I'm disabled and their staff could care less! A customer helped me with reaching something and their associate at the self check acted completely annoyed she had to stop her conversation with a friend to help me. Never again. They need to re learn kindness. It doesn't cost a thing to be kind and helpful.

I just called Albertsons about a dog food product that was purchased from the store in Pahrump, NV earlier this week. The product was Fresh Select Multi-Protien Complete Meal. My sister feeds this food daily to her pug. Going on two days her dog has been sick. He has a overly healthy appetite so his food portions are monitored. He wouldn't eat anything which was very unusual. In addition he had difficulty doing to the bathroom. She tried getting him to eat tonight so she heated up his food for a few seconds since it is kept in the fridge and thought that might entise him. Sparks began popping out of the dog food. Trying to make very certain this was a problem with the pet food and not issue with something else she brought it to my place and she tested a new batch of the food in my microwave. Again the pet food started sparkling and became on fire. Clearly there is a metal containate in this Fresh Pet Dog food. No wonder he became ill. This is so upsetting because our pets are part of our family.I attempted to call the company however they are closed for the evening. I filed a complaint online with the better business bureau because truly I think this product needs recalled. However, not wanting another pet to suffer I also called Albertsons directly to make them aware of the situation. I chose the customer service option, however the attitude I received from the woman I talked to I the phone certainly wasn't of helpful service. I didn't appreciate the woman and her lack of politeness and assistance. She interrupted my explanation to tell me to look on the back of the product for help and that there is nothing she can do. If that is Albertsons store policy then at least I know never to shop there in the future. I would at a minimum they would offer a refund for the money spent on this product. Having been a long time Albertsons customer I shopped at the Eagle Idaho, the first store since childhood. I don't ever remember having someone be so unkind to that worked there. However, my biggest concern and my true intention for calling was to inform of a product issue. I would hate for another pet to unknowingly consume contaminated food. The fact that I had to explicitly explain that was my purpose for calling was alarming. The woman displayed no empathy for pet and appeared to find no issue for this product still being available for sale and the potential for possible harm. I am disappointed that this was response I received for a represented of Albertsons.

The pahrump Albertsons has a wonderful staff. They are always friendly and willing to help you. I am truly grateful for the people in produce. My rabbits would starve if they didn't order my cases of veggies for me. They haven't once forgotten or not had my veggies for me. Thank you so very much to everyone. I have to say the meat and seafood people are very helpful too. The store is clean and well stocked. There prices are not to bad and there weekly sales are usually very good. They have a point system that allows you to get items free it comes in handy when your low on money. So do yourself a favor and stop by our Albertsons if your in pahrump. You won't be disappointed.
