It may be the area- but if services are offered and I come in to use them, don't lie and tell me you stop at 7. There are no posted policies on any Walgreens websites that say you can't reload cards after anytime. So provide the service-that literally takes 2 mins- possibly less to do.I stopped at this location and was told off, called another and still almost got denied. I don't get it. Safety issue fine, but your drawers are being counted and I have to wait 30 min? Or we stop doing that at 7-but all websites for any site say otherwise? And then proceed to do it in a fraction of a second because I persisted? Why lie!At least have the policy posted somewhere! Unless it's just laziness...I wouldn't be so bothered if my time wasn't wasted for no legitimate reason. I have a feeling these locations do it to everyone and get away with it. Waste your own time! People need the services whether you think it's valid or not.

The pharmacy staff is incredible. There is an error with my son's script and they are working SO hard to fix it. Nicole has been so kind and compassionate on the phone and the pharmacist Irene has gone above and beyond trying to contact our Doctor on base. She even waited on hold for 20 minutes for us. I know how busy they are and it means so much to me how much they are trying to help!!!

Tried calling and it says they are temporarily closed when I know they’re open. Went down to the store and the people in the pharmacy wouldn’t come to their drive thru so I could pick up my antibiotic.

It's a very popular pharmacy in the area and they're not very well stocked especially with good food.But I was able to get cash back and I guess it survives in the area that it's in . And serves them as good as they would like.

Trash, asked the woman at the counter for the restroom code. She tells me that it's closed & and is being cleaned. Asked another employee the same question & they opened it with no problem. I'm assuming I know who's next on cleaning duties. Just a little disrespectful, honestly. You're working at a pharmacy where your customer base is old people & possibly sick people. Access to a bathroom would be much appreciated. Not a fan of people lying straight to my face.

Went to pick up my prescription, showed my insurance card just to ask if I could use it, lady said no they don’t accept it, alright no problem I said I’ll just pay then. She denied me still and said I couldn’t pay for it because they don’t take my insurance. Was the most confusing interaction I’ve ever had at any Walgreens pharmacy. Called the clinic that sent them my prescription and even the lady was confused as to why she didn’t give it to me when I offered to pay full price. Now I’m just waiting for the clinic to call Walgreens and get sorted out but I can’t believe they won’t give me my medication when I had the money to pay for it. Stupid pharmacist, don’t get your prescriptions sent here, they have idiots working in the pharmacy.

There's bums in wheelchairs that sit at the door and beg for money.When I asked the Hispanic short lady the manager to do something about it, she said she has a family and that one of the men snapped at her. So she said she's not gonna say anything.Don't go here unless you don't mind the bums.I thought that's what cops were for.

I've been going here for years and never i had i encountered such rude peoole in the pharmacy. The blonde older lady with ponytail ( prob early 40's) cannot hate her job anymore. She is super rude. I went for prescription for my 2 girls (they were sick w fever and bronchitis), she made me wait 1 hrthen she tells me she doesn't have 1 prescription for 1 of my girls, I call urgent care who resends, just so she can tell me I have 2 wait another hr, almost 2 hrs. I left, 5 mins after it was ready, had to drive all the way back. I felt like she did it intentionally just to be a b!I went drive in for Allegra d again(she helped me), after 20 min wait in drive up window, tells me I have to go inside she can't sell it to me. Remind u it's in the pharmacy, not outside.Worst customer service ever, she honestly hates her job!

I went here to get my Covid vaccine, thinking it would be a better experience than waiting around some casino all grouped together. To my surprise the experience wasn't much different.They don't have a waiting room other than two chairs tucked into the corner normally used for people picking up their prescriptions. Oh, and yes there are still those customers also crammed into the same corner of the store. So it's a mad house of lines. With people trying to distance, while also staying close as they wait to hear their name. No, PA system in use in his cubicle island, just his tiny voice. So if you can't hear him... Too badEven though they have spaced out appointments it's doesn't matter because it's one guy giving the shot and he is batches them up, so I was waiting for an hour passed my appointment to get mine.Back to the cubicle they have set up for administering the shot. They didn't think about wheelchair users with this design. No one said in the middle of their obvious "last minute Home Depot run" - we need this big enough to accommodate a person in a scooter. I have a slim manual chair and it was embarrassing as hell to have this stranger to twist and cram himself around me and my chair to shut the door. So if you have anything bigger than my wheels you can kiss this idea goodbye..I don't expect the world to understand what it means to be excluded from the idea by size.. I am no way over weight and my disability was from birth. However, some day I dream of a world that considers the disabled when attempting to serve the community. I will never ever ever go back to that pharmacy. The staff there is so RUDE!! They don’t care at all for people who are sick. A girl with big eye lashes seems she hates her job.and who ever answer the calls.They lost a customer.

Irene was very rude and unprofessional. She is a pharmacist at this location. They do not communicate well with the doctors. If you are recently out the hospital or in need of your medications do not go there. I complained to store manager Joel. He wants to put me in my place by saying he can make me wait up to two days to get my medicine. Instead of him hearing me out. I’m trying to tell him that I was given misinformation by the staff of the pharmacist, this was his response. Where has customer service gone to. Neither Irene nor the store supervisor would give me the head pharmacist name. Her response was she won’t be here for a week.

This is the last time I shop here. I just got out of a urgent care and when I asked the doctor what's the best pharmacy to go to, he said walmart. I should've gone there but this store was on my way home. When I got called up to the window, I asked how much these meds were going to be. This first Latina woman told me about $54. She then said it was going to take about an hour and a half to get it filled. I ate at mcd's then came back and shopped around. When I got up to the counter, a new cashier, a heavy set Latina woman said that my meds would be $73 or it could be $44 if I bought a walgreens savings card for $20, which would bring my total to $64. I've been in sales for years and I know that this type of sales pitch is highly frowned up, in some cases illegal. It goes along with bait and switch. I was tired and now didn't have time to shop anywhere else. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB to see if I can get my money back. You guys just lost a customer for life.

Worst pharmacy I’ve experienced in my life. Rude staff that is argumentative. Took 45 minutes to even get them to pickup the phone with “1 person ahead of you” then wait in a line for 45 minutes for them to say it’s going to take an hour to put 9 pills in a container. This place is a joke

Wait times at the pharmacy are often terrible. Very disorganized! This is also usually true at the registers as well. Kind of a ghetto store. Also, the pharmacy has TERRIBLE hours on weekends. Opening and closing times are very inconvenient. Well, convenient for them I guess! If you could use another pharmacy, I'd highly recommend you do. Really a dirty, poorly run Walgreens.

Very bad experience at the pharmacy I was asking questions about a medication temperature(since I have to carry it all the time) in summer time and the answer was don't you have ac on your car??? Said yes and all I got was then don't worry about it...Now I'm asking the recommended temperature for a medication that can save my daughters life not if I have ac in my car...

the pharmacy do not carry insuline y not, the pharmacist says if you find it at another store they will try an transfer it. y is it my responsbility to find meds fo the pharmacist. i moved my pascriptions to walmart. after 4 hours at walmart wallgreens still would not transfer the prescreptions ?

The worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The drive thru line is always 30+ mins. They lost my prescription and are asking me to figure out who I dropped off with. Still can’t find it and had me go to the back of the line. I’ve been on hold with the manager now for 30 mins and still am not back to the front on the line yet.

💥Just came in to get one item and saw the line and said “Im going to be here all day” but to my surprise Emelio had it all undercontrol and still had time to restock as he pushed the line out the door with a great customer service. I’ve had experience in the customer service industry for more then 5 years as a GM and I definitely see lot of more potential for him. I wouldn’t mind running a restaurant side by side with him, keep the spark and light a fire✊🏽

NEVER go here! Was waiting in line for over 45 minutes to do a covid test. I live over 30 minutes from the location and they refused to give me my test because their system closes at 5 and they let the guy in front of me hold up the line for 45 minutes to get his prescription 🤬 never coming here for anything because apparently they don't care about appointments! Also their bathroom inside was disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would.

Came to the store at 9:40 and employee locked doors and was refusing customers. The store closes at 10pm. Super unprofessional. Lost 4 potential customers within the 5 mins I spent waiting just to be turned down. Look for better employees.

The nastiest Walgreens I have ever been to EVER! ROACHES running across the floors, employees see them and don't care. This store in general is in horrible shape, very dirty. I'm talking no dusting, floors dirty even the doors, the counters are dirty. You can tell management doesn't cate

Why does the pharmacy have a phone number..They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE FOR PRESCRIPTION CALLS. WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS THE GHETTO, BUT THE SERVICE SHOULD BE THE SAME AS IT IT WERE SUMMERLIN.
