Great. My baby Muppet has had some bad groomers. She came out happy. Smiled all the way home. She is a nervous little dog but had no anxiety going there. The staff was excellent and understood my concerns. This is my permanent groomer.

What a great find! I happened to be in the area and needed a nail grind for both of my dogs. Found this gem on my gps and it had pretty high ratings on google. So I went there and was so happy to find friendly people who were not busy at a place that charges an extremely reasonable $11/dog for this service. My smaller dog’s nails took maybe 3 min and only a few minutes more for the bigger one…but the groomer still apologized for the “wait”. 😲 I couldn’t be happier with all aspects of this experience. Definitely recommend!! 😃

They took me on a last minute notice. I couldn't be more thankful. They did a great job and I am super happy with their customer service and care of my babies. They are a little pricey compared to my last groomer, but I'm sure that's just inflation for ya. Nothing negative to say about this establishment.

Omg I love the way they groomed my Lhasa apso! They were able to fit him in within 2 days of me reaching out and had him ready to go within an hour and a half! Well worth the money!

Sometimes very professional and sometimes not. The problem is knowing when they are going to do a good job. or maybe it's the groomer who cut my dog's hair, they should have more quality control

My baby “Jackie” had her grooming this morning and the groomer did a great job on her… I know Jackie always freaking out whenever I bring her for grooming …but in Urban Mutts they gave her a sweet and caring treatment and the charged was worth, thanks to Michael for his awesome customer service… good luck to Urban Mutts

My poodle needed a really bad shave because it had been weeks and it was starting to get warmer. There wasn’t a long wait in between days from scheduling to her actual appointment. Communication from scheduling her appointment to picking her up was very easy by text. She came out of the shop looking like a beauty queen. I would recommend Urban Mutts!

Very nice place and got my baby done so fast! My dog is always very anxious when going to the groomers and this was our first time to Urban Mutts. When I got her back she was happy and didn’t seem anxious at all. She seemed to be very happy with this groomers and they were very sweet. Definitely will be coming back!

Looked at the average review for this place without realizing there hadn't been a review in legitimately 5-6 months. But, I Decided to use a local spot to take my puppy since others were booked for the holidays....... it was my puppy's first cut and they completely butchered his hair. His cut was completely uneven as if they were just rushing to get through him... I would legitimately only go to this spot if I was desperate. Goodluck with taking your pup here.

Last groomer was awful. Shaved his private area raw. Totally messed up his eyebrows and eyelashes. Recommend mobile dog grooming and make sure you watch your family member being groomed.

We had a great experience! Our dog has special needs (a pacemaker) that can make grooming trickier. We've had most groomers not even willing to try. Urban Mutts had no problems with the special instructions we had from our vet (no lead on the neck). They also got us in within just a couple days, and groomed our Shih Tzu just how we requested. We'll definitely take Jax here again! Thanks UM team!

I've taken my dogs to this place few times and three times in a row what i have asked for them to do, they DO NOT DO!!! And Michael up front is the rudest and the most condescending person ever!! we have take MANY of our entire family's dog to this place and never again.I have to give credit when it is due, the owner Amy, rectify the situation and refunded the money and has apologizes for their employee's behavior. But I wont be back!

I have been to many groomers, and this one was the BEST. My dog was not there for the entire day- in fact he was home in a few hours on a HOLIDAY! They don't over schedule. My dog is a tough one to groom- and they did a fantastic job. They charge appropriately and fairly. The staff was friendly and made me feel like he was in good hands. Definitely going back:)

I love this place and these people. So friendly and they take amazing care of my dogs. My German Shepherd has ear problems and when she comes home from them, her ears are way more clean than I can get them! I am so happy happy we found them when we moved. They’re better than any other groomer I’ve gone to.

I love this parlor ! The people here are very friendly and treat us and our dogs as if we are family. They are always accommodating and respectful. My 2 rottweilers love going to visit. They handle these 2 large dogs very well. Their prices are good. They offer military discounts. They always do a great job grooming our dogs. Additionally they have several girls that are very pleasing to the eye. That's a plus. We never have been disappointed. I have no reason to look for another groomer.

Good Service, Caring groomers, Good with special need pets , and good prices. Love their grooming card makes me feel they care enough to award the customer for being a loyal customer. Bring them decent clean used towels get a discount! When we lost our loving Nikki they cried with us that's how much they care and love your pet. They spent extra time with Suzi because she had just lost her sister and we were moving out of state thank you guys it helped destress her! Your the greatest!
