I recently started going to this DG because my closest one has really rude and miserable employees, including the manager (store #13303). However, at this location, the cashier and workers' stocking are so kind and helpful when you need products or have a question. I love the store! The management is absolutely wonderful.(Employees too)In particular,💥🤩"Red,"🤩💥 ...I have experienced,EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service, from her each & every time I am there❣️(nearly 3 years now) I have also observed, other patrons who absolutely adore her ,as well! 😍I hope ⚠️UPPER MANAGEMENT⚠️, gives her the recognition, SHE SO DESERVES💯%! Not very happy with this store. Poorly placed sign advertising 4 for $10 lead to what I personally feel was a bait and switch. Intentional or not after pointing out the likely confusion of the price difference they did not correct it. They also did not honor the advertised priced. Photo attachment should show what I was referring to. 4 for $10 they said was for the 6 pack of 24 oz bottles not the 12 pack of 12 oz cans. But the cans had no price listed. Employees I talked to where extremely rude about the matter. I did not push the issue. I cannot recommend a store that I feel is dishonest.

I was so happy with this store and the customer service offered. I am from out of town and came to this location for some toiletries. My mother and I are both sick individuals and really needed to use the restroom. After being denied at their neighbor store (family dollar) it felt like such a relief to get thee okay to use their restroom. The store was clean and the employees were super nice and attentive. We purchased our things and were on our way. Thank you team for making a horrible experience next door a better experience at your store.

I only gave it a star to write the review. So here goes! Very poor service I wasn’t expecting more from dollar general but I am a regular at this location #13600 today was top tier disrespect, from a old African American lady whom I’ve never seen work there before as I say I’m a regular, was a regular because after today I’ll be going to another location ok. But as I approached cart full and start to put my groceries up, she looked me in my face and stated in her words I won’t be lifting those bottles (lemonade) keep them in your cart, with attitude! Because she have her own issues. She’s a cashier do your job! I’m off work shouldn’t have to do yours too No Thank you!!! It was not a nice greet nothing! It was by far the worst interaction I’ve had ever!!! So after she scanned the lemonade she proceeds to say leave the others in the cart ok, but she double rung an item (which I had to come back into the store) and also forgot to ring the items in the cart. Like what was wrong with me handing her the item to scan it always worked but she failed!!! She could Learn from Walmart! She was not nice at all and that should not be acceptable dealing with customer issues she is not it!! She proceeded to make smart remarks so unprofessional!! I will be following up with actions regarding this employee. What a joke and unprofessional! If she is a cashier she needs to learn how to great and smile. I am in the review business and I do not tolerate rude customer service ANYWHERE! A smile goes a long way! Let’s avoid the negative reviews because the reviews do matter!!!

It says they open at 7am yet no opens, you call the phone it says its busy. Some people come here before work since they are open but how are you supposed to get to work on time if they can't open on time!!!!

Dollar General is the greatest place. Here is one of the nicest, cleanest and most friendly.The place was spotless, from the Parking Lot to the back of the Store. Shelves were clean, well organized and of course the prices are the best. If they don't have something the employees are so eager to help out. They even put me on a call list so when they get the item in they'll call me and even sometimes pull the item off the shelf and hold it for you. Dollar General is definitely the General of the cheap items stores. even though their prices are cheap their items are not. From driving on to driving off the place is five stars.

The air conditioning wasn't working too well, but it was still comfortable. The store is larger and has better selection than I thought.We only had two items, so the gentleman in front of us with a full basket was kind enough to let us go first.

The cashier's and manager don't fall far from the same tree when it comes to blatant disrespect and rudeness. There is ALWAYS a huge line to wait to check out, and this location is the WORST for not giving you all the bags of stuff that you buy. And they hardly ever have carts available for customers to do their shopping, it's crazy and chaotic every time I go.

Food was overpriced for men, like myself, who have large appetites... they assured me a $20 plate of shrimp scampi was plentiful... turned out to be an ordinary $10-$15(tops) plate at other places I been. The drink selection was decent, they looked at me like a little kid and asked if I was over 21 and still ID'd me(I'm 38 years old)... This is definitely a place for much older people who won't have to be looked at and questioned about their age and don't need an extra large serving of food for the insanely priced items that are mediocre and so-so as far as the quality... if they would've made a good size plate of food I'd be nicer about this 2 star rating I'll give them(which is still half a star too much) after my dissatisfaction with trying this place.

It is a very pretty good store. But i believe they need to up the security or loss prevention. Because everytime I go in there. There is always someone I catch stealing. Sometimes it isn't the adults, it's the kids too. They need to find some better staffing. There is like one older woman who is always rude to the customers and screams across the store. There is another girl who seems like she still can't the hang of the register. She needs another position that fits her. But other than that it's well put together so far. But it does get confusing on where things are.

Great selection of items in this store.First time at this location. Very impressed with what they had compared to my home store.However, they did have some items low on stock, but they had some sort of order backup. I do understand that, but perhaps they should order a few days earlier.

This store has just about everything you might need. Somethings are a little bit more and some are cheaper. Bought one steak it was awesome made two meals both big thick sandwiches w/ mushrooms and onions broiled in butter&Worcestershire sauce. Good eating! I'll go back.

The brand that is sold at DG is Clover Valley. It is generally quite good. The problem is the they can't keep up with the demand. I love the root beer 12 packs. It is very affordable at $2.75 but it is almost always out of stock. So if you get to liking one of their products you may find it hard to get. The larger stores that have produce is a fairly complete market and capable of supplying all your food needs at a good value.

Not a bad store, limited stock of things you need, but overall, of you just need to stop someone where to pick up a couple of staple items, your all set. They don't have a huge selection of items, but they have what you "need," even it if that "Clover Valley" brand. I don't recommend their products, as they aren't for me, but they are cheap so that's the benefit. They also have some name brand items you won't find in other stores - probably items that didn't sell well in a full lines store. This is also one of the few places that sells Mrs. Goose potato chips - the brand commonly associated with Capriotti's sandwich shop. So if you like Mrs. Goose chips, you are all set to go!

For the most part this store is good because they have fairly low prices. But, this store always runs out of sale products, and there aren't a lot of brands to choose from. Produce has fruit flies everywhere, and for some reason the fresh meat always goes bad soon after it's bought. You will save money shopping here, but you won't eat as well. And you won't find organic options either.

The store was clean and fully stocked, however the customer service was lacking. 7 associates in the store and no one greeted me, even the Cashier didnt say hello. Just scanned my items and gave me the total. She didnt even say have a good day.

I went in on Saturday around 4pm normally I'm in and out thats the purpose of going to a smaller store it's faster. But today I and 5 other customers stood by the check out and nobody in site to check us out I called for someone several times if I was a thief I could imagine how much would go out the door and already did then when the woman finally came she was rude making it clear she comes when she is ready...wrong person to have working with the public Dollar General!!!

I would rate this store a 5 star but because of my last few trips there I'm only giving them a 1 star! One of the employees and the employee manager were very rude and very unprofessional. I dont want to go into details with what happened just know I had to call the district manager on them.

Not much variety for meat, generic bread sold here had that old smell. Some staff are extremely helpful and have awesome customer service, theres a caucasian cashier here unprofessional spoke to customers rudely could use retraining or may be the manager not sure.

Although smaller than your local Wallyworld, Smith's or Albertsons, I found the items on my list and took advantage of the in-store sales. The check-out staff was very pleasant and asked if I needed anything else. NO long lines :)

The two employees at night run the show like it was their own. One employee sits on a chair while ringing cusyomers.The same employee then accused a customer that has been shopping there since that Dollar General opened up, of stealing.Very unprofessional, I will not be going back.

The cashier asked me was I using EBT. .i said why are you asking me that? She said we need to Touch the button before you put your card in or it won't work . I said you didn't ask the white lady that was in front of me. She said oh I could see the card she was using . I said you lie she just paid in cash.Every black woman is not on welfare you need to be careful of your profiling by. The color of a person's skin I walked out of the store I didn't want anything from there.

Don't shop.there. there young employees are not fare or perfonal one nite I shop therenow the young and I were handling my stuff and one of the females came over and start coming on to him he do I h his job and told her to go do hers instead she starts passing me bags I told her I do t need her to do that we have it the first.half of them was payed for the second half I had to come back get. So when I bring basket in she go tell me to bring them all in I told her I wasn't go do all that extra work I have my receipt I told the young man I be right back to get the reast I just had to go home and get more money than she told me don't ever come to store again I said no problem and main you I was a regale and spend lots of money in that store it there lost not miane

Good sales, the place is well kept, though sometimes the lines are slow. Overall I give it a 4/5 review. Also,the workers are pretty nice
