There was a white blonde haired lady working here today, March 2nd, that was extremely rude and racially profiling my girlfriends mother. She told her that she could not enter with her purse when there was multiple people in the store with bags, yet this employee did not tell them anything. This same woman then proceeded to yell at customers in the store for no apparent reason. This is very unprofessional, places like this wonder why they lose customers and go out of business when they have people like this working here. Give your employees the proper training needed in order to provide good customer service. If your really that concerned about people stealing call the police, instead of harassing your customers.

I'm not sure who's here working here, older lady with blonde hair 03/02 but she's rude and told my mom she couldn't couldn't enter with her purse when there was other people who had bags much bigger in the store, was very unnecessary to yell in a rude manner, not to mention she started yelling at other customers in the store and was pissing people off, it was pretty obvious nobody in the store liked her because when it came to the cash registers, nobody was lined up for hers and everyone was waiting in the other line, smh people like this are the reason one looses customers 👎🏻

i don’t know who was working there on december 23 but she was a meany weany, she was talking rudely to some guy and then me. She was yapping about how you didn’t read the sign that no bills close to 20 even though that sign was small. Then she talked silently saying some annoying stuff ☠️☠️🐧☠️🙈🤗😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not the cleanest store I've ever been in. Also had trouble at check-out being overcharged for soda. The sales sign said one thing but was not a current price. Poor management is usually the culprit in this situation. And the Cashier was equally frustrated and threatened to quit being tired of fielding complaints from customers with confusing sales signs out of date.

Be careful, if you have a purse with you. They will think your stealing something. It doesn't matter if you have 2 jobs and a college degree and never stole anything in your life! When you enter this store the employees will go to the back and look at the video to see if your stealing. If your African American sometimes you will see a worker trailing you down aisles as you shop, racial profiling you. The employees are not trained to act professional and provide you with great customer service. Lack of proper training dealing with customers is in this store. Why can't these employees call the police if they think all black people is stealing. Stop following black people down aisles and racially profiling them and let them shop.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately the day I was in there, some guys were shoplifting. The staff handled it professionally. The store is clean, well stocked and I had no trouble finding what I needed. Even with all of thecommotion, I was in and out quickly.

This dollar general in specific is very close to my home. And makes it for quick runs if I'm missing something for dinner or need something for work. The staff is typically friendly. But when the manager is not present some staff does tend to slack off. Which causes the shelves to be unstocked and lines start to form at the registers.

I love this store, nice people all of them and clean, but unfortunately I need to give 3 stars because in thisdays that is mandatory to use a mask they let it go insude a lot of people without the mask and that’s not right. I.m talking not for just one day bevause a go a lot to this store. Everytime I saw that and not in just one person , a bunch of them... please be carefull and follow the rules. Is our heatlh. Man the store closes at 10:00 if I’m correct.... I got there a few times around 9:20ish, most 9:30 and they’re always closed already. So is this location closed at 10 or 9? The workers here always look like they’re up to no good and very very bad customer service. Highly recommend just going to Walmart.

It's okie there I mean I go there for what I need fast and get out. The cashiers are nice at least. It's always stocked up. It's not in the best of neighborhood but it's fine.

The best convenient store in the neighborhood. You can find almost anything. Cheap prices. Very cute stuff for good price. I call it our Emergency Store, if we need something late night or forget something from big chain stores we go there to solve the problem until we can go to get the real stuff. Like I said "convenient". You can find grocery essentials, beauty products, hygiene products, crafts, home/office, toiletteries, gifts, baby products, toys, mexican products, kitchen, appliances, shoes, appearal, anything you name it. Its only 5 min away from home cant get more convenient than that. Great customer service although, I must say the only down side is that most of the time they only have one cash register open so there is waiting time on the line. Thats the only thing thats not convenient.

Has the best manager! I had a problem reloading my debit card and the manager spent 2 hours trying to solve the problem and would not give up until the problem was resolved. She gave me top priority over everything that night.

When do I need to pick up a couple of toys for kids I was surprised that there was so few in this area I've been to other Dollar Generals in other areas and it's a lot better selection. But the staff was very nice

I visit this place on the regular. The employees have no problem helping you find things. Its affordable. And theres cheap socks for the ppl who can never find their socks like me

My purse made the clerk feel away. I just came in to grab 1 thing but I was made to leave my purse at the register like I was a hoodlum. Very offensive to treat people like that. I worked in stores and stopped shoplifters. Grundgy as store.

I am becoming tired of the chain being unable to maintain a stock of the CloverValley products. These products are a great bargain and of good quality, but Dollar isn't up to snuff when when it comes to looking ahead and being prepaired. To bad.

On Lake Mead and Nellis always messy . Employees are a little rude, but I suppose is up to the customers. They could not have enough employees to clean after this entitled consumers .
