Good service, they do a great job. They need some customer loyalty rewards, prices seem to rise frequently. My dogs are never stressed when they come home from there. I was disappointed with much Huskys "hair thinning " he was supposed to get, but they rock my Golden Doodles grooming.

I had been here about 5 times prior. But today I dropped my dog off for a simple hair cut. When I picked him up I noticed he had a very significant limp and could almost not stand. I called back to see what happened and they told me nothing and that he was fine. I asked to see video and of course they have no cctv in the grooming area. If you care about your dog keep them far away from this place.

IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PETS HEALTH PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I recently brought my baby here for a routine grooming and the groomers were WAY TOO ROUGH and injured my dogs anal glands. They tore my dog’s insides and due to their unsanitary practices caused a bacterial infection. My baby has been and still is in so much pain and my veterinarian as well as myself am absolutely appalled by what was done to her. I can understand that mistakes happen but the worst part of this was the lack of accountability by the staff. I called to tell them that this happened and they not only did not apologize but had the audacity to accuse me of lying! PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! It is not worth the risk to your baby’s health. I’m so distraught 😭I wish I never went here.

Clip n tales takes very good care of my fur babies. My old English sheepdog is high maintenance but he comes out of grooming looking like a show dog! They treat my babies so good and you can tell they are all animal lovers.

They do a great job and the groomers don’t take forever. You can often get a same day appointment and their prices are reasonable. They even post your animal on Facebook. My only complaint is the check-in process can take a few minutes.

this place is bad my dog got hurts after get a groom here. He can't even walk now I asked them to show me the cctv but they said no . Really what the hell and they didn't say sorry . You guys have a serious problem

I just got my GSD. She is 5 months old. I Spent 55.00 for a bath, undercoat, nails, and ears. 3 hours later, I came back. She was good as new. Good people 👍. She was knocked out at home. I'm coming back.

Clip n Tails took great care of our pup Wepa and left her perfectly groomed & feeling very pampered! Called before going in, literally the only places that wasn't completely booked, they were life savers! The lady that answered phone was very kind and said the owner could get us in if we arrived within 20 minutes. When we got there we signed in outside and were greeted by the receptionist. There were several other dogs you could see behind the glass at reception being groomed and taken well care of. We were told it would be about 2 hours and that they would call us when our pup was ready. When we picked Wepa up, she had a huge smile and the cutest little bows and bandana, looked like the fourth of July! We were extremely pleased with how soft her fur felt, she was very clean and shinny! Her nails & coat were trimmed to our exact directions. First time comers, we'll definitely return !

The lady that always groomed our two golden retrievers always did an excellent job! She trimmed the goldens exactly how we liked it and the dogs always felt so soft snd clean once we picked them up! Thank you for treating our golden retrievers so well!

It was Nola's first haircut and Ella did a great job with her. I couldn't be happier with her grooming experience.. she looked so cute when I picked her up... however an hour later she took the bows out lol! I have to get her used to being a girly girl💅. Prices were reasonable and service was good. It took longer than what was told to me but it was not a deal breaker. We will be back to see Ella

I really cannot stress enough how wonderful they are here. My cavalier always, ALWAYS looks and smells amazing after his spa day. They know a proper cav cut, know I hate baby powder smells so they use a spicer scent for him. Oliver isn't afraid there at all. Their check in process is still COVID friendly but no longer outside (win!). Plus, when they call for pickup it's always "Your baby is ready!" I moved from the Aliante area to Centinnial Hills and happily make the 20 minute drive for them. 10 stars!UPDATE 1/7/24:Took my 2 Cavs into Clip n Tails for a new years bath. Was warmly greeted by staff. They keep great notes on what you have done so check in is a breeze. They give great advice on home grooming if you ask. When I got the call that my babies were done they were super sweet on the phone. My babies were in the doggy room, TV on for them while they waited for me. Both of my babies were groomed exactly how I like, no grinch feet, ears and tail brushed out. Smelling amazing. Check out was super easy, the lovely front desk woman was fast, friendly and wrangled my babies into their harnesses for me. We adore this place. It's ran by the sweetest woman. She only hires the best groomers.

Outstanding professional and compassionate place. I have a nervous cat who needed claws clipped. Tim clipped front and back claws in approx 5 min. No stress to the cat and price was very affordable.

We had a situation where we were in an accident and were unable to arrive in time to pick up our dog. These folks were extremely gracious, to the point where they were willing to let our dog stay the night with them if needed.I was speechless at their kindness and understanding, nevermind the fact that the actual grooming job was phenomenal! We will be returning for the foreseeable future!

I really like that it was a walking basis since I didn't have a whole lot to do for my dog I just wanted to sanitary trim and a little trim around her face and a bath but I didn't like how her face turned out turned . they cut the hair on the top of her eyes really short . so now it's going to take a long time for that to grow back and the ears were really choppy i don't like that either they did clean up her paws pretty good so I was happy with that and the price was okay but I don't think I'll be going back there unless I have to

This was my fur baby 1st visit he looks very handsome. I just don't understand why he had to be there from 10:15a until almost 3:30p and all they did was an all over short cut nothing fancy.

I had just moved back here from Florida, n the Groomer there was awesome. So I was hesitant in trying places for my Yorkie. Tried Clip-N-Tails based on a family members recommendation and I'm so HAPPY. They had a book you could look at for ideas, which I did. Andrew my baby's groomer did an excellent job. And their prices are great. Would recommend.

The staff is outstanding with pets. My Wife & I took our baby cat for his first grooming experience. They were very gentle with him and went above & beyond. We will definitely keep bringing our baby cat again.

Took dog in for grooming and apparently the groomer cut a fatty tumor that she had for years. When I informed the groomer of cut I was told she came in like that which was untrue. It was still bleeding when I picked her up which was obvious it was a fresh cut. I would never have taken my dog in with a fresh wound. No apology and continued to deny any wrongdoing. Will not be back!!

I gave a great review in the past but my opinion of this establishment has changed since then. The service is nowhere near as good as it used to be. The quality of their work is lacking and they will attempt to charge for services that have not been rendered. The past two visits they did not trim my dogs nails and when I brought it to their attention I was treated as if I had no right to inquire about it. For this reason and also due to their lack of skills in properly grooming dogs as of lstely I will no longer be bringing my pet to this establishment. I'm sure I can do a far better job than the amateurs with nasty attitudes working at this grooming salon who acted as if they were doing me a favor.

They poisoned my dog!My dog was deathly ill after visiting this horrid place for a grooming. Diarrhea for many days following his cut.Steer clear of these petulant children poisoning our dogs.
