Excellent service! I called them and Don, the owner answered. I explained what I needed and he immediately understood. He personally came to my home to show me samples and provide an estimate. One this place has amazing prices on store but Abe and Marvin are the selling point for me they are literally the best for installing the wood. These young men were super fast and so knowledgeable. I was not only surprised on how fast they moved plus the quality is amazing. They explained everything in detail about what needed to be done to complete the job to make sure the floor was installed properly. You can definitely tell they take pride in their work for an affordable price it.

It’s nice to see that Integrity still exists. I went to budget flooring for an estimate on carpeting after not being able to have the laminate flooring repaired on my stairs.Previous estimates were more than double of what I was charged with budget flooring and that does not include the businesses that weren’t willing to even consider doing the repair work.Don came to give me an estimate on carpeting, took one look at what was needed with my stairs and offered to do that instead which was an economic disadvantage for him, but a HUGE money saver for me. He definitely kept the customer first in making this decision.The two guys arrived promptly at 8 AM and were done before noon. It was money well spent.

We had a wonderful experience with this business! McKenzie, in the store, was so patient and helpful! Don came out promptly and did our estimate. He was also incredibly kind! Our flooring installers were absolutely wonderful! Super nice, respectful and they did an amazing job. They took extra care with my many breakables around and finished on time. We are very pleased with our floors!!

We were sent to Budget Flooring by our parents and having our front two rooms done yesterday we are absolutely delighted with the results! Chris and Marco were courteous and efficient- the work took only 4 hours but they even took care of the clean up. We will continue to use their services for baseboards and the rest of the house floors when it’s time. Thank you !!

Budget Flooring in my opinion is easily the best business I’ve dealt with in Las Vegas. 30 years of living here. I would give them a strong 10+. I had my entire home tiled 2100 ft. Don the owner measured the home. Mario and his crew laid the tile. They removed all old tile and rugs and disposed of them. They moved furniture very carefully and put it back when done. McKenzie and Veronica in the store are awesome. They know their business. The pricing and installation was exceptional. Anyone looking for any type of flooring. Go to Budget Flooring first. It will save you a lot of time.

We had budget flooring come in earlier this year to remove the carpeting on our second level and replace it with vinyl. Chris was absolutely amazing and took his time and went out of his way to help us with issues with our subfloor. We were finally able to afford to do the rest of the house and are currently in the process of that and could not be happier with the results so far. This is an absolutely fantastic company and I cannot recommend them enough. They are very understanding of our needs and really go out of their way for their customers. They remove and dispose of the old flooring, remove and re-install the baseboards too. It takes out all of the worry with replacing flooring. Thank you for making our house feel like our dream home!

I had a terrible experience with this company. After spending nearly $9k I am having the flooring removed and new flooring installed. The work was started 2 weeks after it was supposed to be. I was supposed to take 2 weeks to complete but the floors were left partially done for 6 weeks with little communication with the office. The installed flooring has a woman’s name and phone number on it as well as multiple chipped and cracked planks installed. Multiple area have movement or bumps when it is walked on. The trim was destroyed! It all had to be replaced. Something was put on part of the flooring so it is permanently shadowed. None of the trim work was completed. So disappointed in this company. They refused to fix anything and I was just thankful to have them out of my house by the end of the ordeal.

My wife and I recently purchased an older home and wanted new flooring to replace the existing dirty white carpet. We had Budget Flooring install flooring in a previous home several years ago and we were pleased with the outcome, so we decided to use them again. We chose a water resistant laminate and new baseboards. The install turned out beautifully. Marvin and Daniel did a wonderful job and for a little extra even took out some old carpet that was glued down in the garage and removed glue off the porch and patio (there had been carpet there too). We kept the existing tile flooring that was in part of the house and Mario and Ugo came and replaced a few tiles that were chipped and scratched. They also did an excellent job. Mario was so nice. He replaced the air filter for us and took away some old paint that was left in the garage. The owner, Don, was very responsive and helpful. He coordinated the whole operation. He truly has an eye for design and gave us suggestions on baseboards and shutters (we have the shutters ordered). We were very happy with the whole experience.

My new plank flooring looks amazing! Don, the owner, came twice to make sure that the style/color selected would meet my needs. Installers Marvin and Abe were very professional, hard working, and paid particular attention to all the details from start to finish. I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to this time. I don't know what was better the price or the actual installation, they were professional took their time and very clean my new Mohawk floor from Budget Floors was half the price that was quoted to me by Floor and Decor. From now on all my floors will be purchased and installed by Budget Floors !!

I was at first skeptical but quickly realized I had picked the right vendor to do our flooring, baseboards and carpet. Don came to our home on time and listened to our ideas and made suggestions that enhansed our plans, did the measurements in a very unhurried fashion, and gave us a quote that was below our original budget. I needed to get rid of old icky carpet in my living room and upstairs (bedrooms, hallways, walk in closets...). I have kids and pets so after explaining my flooring needs, staff in the store was very helpful in explaining my best options and assisting me in choosing a few samples. The owner came to my home for the estimate. He was extremely nice and the price was awesome. When the guys showed up the do the install, they were super fast! I was assuming it would take them 3-5 days but they finished in 2 days. They were very friendly and did great work. I've had my floors for over a year now and still extremely happy with everything. When it's time for me to replace my kitchen/dining area, I will definitely use Budget Flooring again.

We had Don and his team do flooring throughout our home. We had tile and carpet done through them and we absolutely love it. Everybody involved did an awesome job starting with Natalie at the store who helped me with selecting everything. She was amazing and sent me home with several samples so we could make a final decision. Mario and his crew did an awesome job on the tile, and the carpet installers did a great job as well. We are very pleased with the final product. I would highly recommend Buget Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring at a very reasonable price. Kudos to everyone involved!

I was recommended to give Budget Flooring a chance. Don, his staff and the contractors were all very nice. I had laminate wood flooring, carpet and tile installed in my home. I am very pleased with the work that was done. My home looks great.My only complaint is that it took longer than expected for everything to be installed. Even though they did a great job I still had to have the contractors come back out to make some corrections.Besides that, I’m happy with the overall work performed.Thanks Desireé F.

Care, quality of work and customer service. That's what you get here. Prices and selection were great. Includes removal and installation, furniture moving and great crews that know how to work efficiently and still do great work. The big box home improvement stores kept adding extra charges for everything and gave us at least a 3 week wait to start the work. Budget Flooring asked us when we wanted it done and got the flooring we had picked out in just a few days. Best company we've dealt with in years . Your satisfaction is their top priority. Just got my carpets replaced. Don the owner came out to give the quote. Don was very nice. I did the bottom floor myself with laminate and Don took the time to give me pointers and answer any questions i had which had absolutely nothing to do with the carpet installation. I informed him i had other quotes from other floor companies as i searched around prior. Don matched the lowest price with no questions asked. I don't have too much experience getting carpet installed as this is my first house but i know i got a good deal here and a pleasant experience. I would definitely use Budget Flooring again! The floors look great all through my house now!!!

I went to this place looking for flooring. Not only did I get vinyl plank floors but I ended up also getting plantation shutters. My house looks brand new! The shutters are gorgeous! Installation in a few hours by Don. He was amazing! The flooring is equally beautiful! They did all the demo, moved the furniture and Installed perfectly!

Very pleased with Budget Flooring. I came into the store to look at tile. The girls in there were very helpful and gave me information I didn't know about. Couple days later, Don came out and gave me a reasonably good deal. Everything got installed within a week and it looks beautiful. I'm so happy and the floors look great. We love our new wood laminate floor from Budget Flooring! From the floor selection process (we took samples home multiple times) to the measuring and cost estimate (owner Don came to our house himself to do this) to the removal of our old floor and installation of our new floor and baseboards, they did a superb job. Our two installers, Cris and Cesar, were friendly, professional, and could not have been more accommodating. They moved our furniture from side to side as they removed old floor and installed the new, which saved us from having to move everything out of the house. Nichol and Jen in their showroom were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We highly recommend Budget Flooring!

We went to Budget Flooring to look at getting laminate flooring in our house. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with picking the color we wanted. They were very good about scheduling a time for Don to come over to the house and take measurements and give us a quote that was convenient for us. We were happy with the quote and arranged to have the floor installed, which they did in a very timely fashion, and we are very happy with the results, the floor is beautiful and we love it. We had a small problem but as soon as we called they sent someone out the very next day to fix it. Budget Flooring is a very good company that stands behind their products and service. We are planning on using them again to install porcelain tile in our bathrooms.

They brought out large samples to help me decide which to install, and they gave valuable advice on the type of floor to meet my needs.
