Best groomer ever! Our three girls were SO dirty and they came out better than I’ve ever seen them! Kelsey’s team worked their magic and our girls were so happy when they got home. They were super gentle with our old lady, who is a 15 year old malamute.I can’t rave enough about how professional, prompt and talented the team is at Kelsey’s. We LOVE Kelsey’s Groomers! Our Bichon always looks fluffy and beautiful! He gets so excited to see Kelsey and her team! Our Maltese is always cut perfectly and they’re always happy to see everyone. Which is important. They don’t shake or get afraid to go there. I know I can rest assure they’re in good, kind, loving, caring hands. 🐶🐶🐶♥️

One of my dogs is not easy to deal with and the folks at Kelsey's handled him well. The staff was always super pleasant. Dogs were returned to me happy and healthy, and I arranged for one of them to get a bath once and he looked fluffier than I've ever seen him before in my life. Highly recommend them for grooming and boarding!

We are relatively new to town and were looking for a clean, safe, and loving environment to have our dogs groomed in. Kelsey's did a great job following my instructions for grooming our spaniel and they were sweet and patient with our shy Labrador. I am very happy with their grooming services and will definitely be using them again!

The staff at Kelsey's does a fantastic job. We have been clients for several years and they have consistently done a great job with our dog. You can tell they really like animals and are sensitive to individual needs. Also tremendous value for the price. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

This was my 4-year-old Siberian Husky's first grooming. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I don't think I was expecting such an awesome experience and fabulous result!! The staff were very helpful, communicated quickly, and professional. My dog came out a brand new puppy! Lovely haircut, trimmed nails, and smelling winderful!! She even got a bow ☺️. I will definitely be using Kelsey's services again, and highly recommend them!!

Kelsey and her team are amazing! I have been bringing my little dogs (Yorkie/Maltese) to her for a few years now. She washes and cuts/styles their hair, and does a great job on their nails as well. I highly recommended!!

I forgot to write a review when it happened because of how big this situation became and how stressful it was, you’ll see why…A few years ago I took my dog to get a bath and nail trim. The owner ended up taking over the grooming and shaved my dog because she had matted armpits and gave us her fur in a ziplock bag when we left. I remember being so disappointed I couldn’t stop laughing when I saw her even though I was upset, I figured there was nothing to do as the hair was already cut HOWEVER the person who cut my dog’s hair ended up cutting her in the chest and since we didn’t see it bleeding or anything we overlooked it. 8 hours later the cut was infected but the vet next door was closed until morning. They charged me full price for the grooming I didn’t ask for anddddd I paid for a vet bill to get her wound cleaned and to get her on antibiotics. 10/10 do not recommend this place!

We were in a crunch to find a dogsitter! We called, they said come on in. It was easy and convenient, plus it was very reasonable cost wise!They had regular walks scheduled for the dogs and they had experienced help. We felt extra comfortable because a vets office is adjacent to the property!

Horrible. Had a 1PM appointment, called at 3 for an update and no one would answer. We went there about 3:30 and they said that they were just starting the grooming process and it would be 4:30 or later. Hate to see our boy stuck in a cage that long for for no reason.

Even if you drop off in the afternoon, they still charge you for two whole days if you pick up the following afternoon. They never explain that to me. Not to mention all of the new staff since the old kennel was bought out have been super rude.
