Took my dog there for grooming. Asked the groomer what she would recommend for a hair cut. She said she didn't care because it's not her dog. I thought she was being funny at first. But she wasn't. She cut his private parts so bad. They are bright red and swollen. He's acting scared and hiding. I wouldn't even give one stair.

Took my cat today for the first time. The lady at reception was curt boarding on rude. He's unfortunately not very dry however that can be difficult with cats so i dont blame the groomer. Nails so short he struggled climbing his cat tree. It's challenging to find groomers that truly "get" cats. As there isn't many cat grooming options in Mesquite I may try again but not likely as st george has options. I understand everyone can have a bad day but I asked her right before we left " how did he do?" She said "ok" as she showed me the door. So if you don't mind all busines and zero customer service I'd say this place is "ok". Perhaps they prefer pooches to felines? The first thing she said to me upon check in when I asked if his nails could be trimmed? was "yes, well do that first and I'd cut their teeth if I could" such a inappropriate strange comment! Obviously not a cat person. Still I'm at a loss to understand the no feedback on my cat and absolutely no manners from the staff member. He's been groomed many many times and always done well. It's important to me to know how he did. I paid in cash and left a tip for the groomer I hope she got it, as I never got to meet her. Very cold unfriendly experience.

This is the best place in Mesquite for boarding, daycare, and grooming. They love your pets!! They are professionals with lots of experience and knowledge. I feel very comfortable leaving my doggie with them. Thanks, Pampered Pooches. We love you 💙 🐕 💙.

I was impressed by how clean everything is. My 2 cats were boarded in a very large floor-to-ceiling kennel with 2 cat trees and a nice, big window. One needs meds twice a day and they were happy to take care of that. The other is a very long haired Persian. I asked if they could clip her since it's shedding season and I was having trouble keeping her groomed. She looks so cute. They really did a nice job. Everyone I've come in contact with is friendly. I was comfortable leaving my cats there. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bill. Very reasonable. They have all my business from now on.

Best place in town for your pets needs including boarding. We got a tour and the boarding are is amazing! There is always someone on property so I feel even more at ease when my babies are there.

Took our cocker spaniel in for a groom. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and even though they had no time available, they squeezed us in. They did a great job and was very pleased. Really nice people!

My dog looked great when we got her back and they did what we asked, however I found multiple spots where it looked like she was cut and bled a little. I know she is a hard dog to cut, but they did not inform me of this when I picked her up. I will not be going back.

We took out American eskimo here about a week go and we were beyond nervous of getting her groomed again due to having a horrible experience in the past. We explained what we wanted they told us they'd call when she was done. I was expecting a few hours but they finished under 2 hours! We arrived to pick up Cola and she was so happy (not normal for her when she is around new people) and looked AMAZING! they treat you with repect and fulfill your requests! I know that they take time and treat your babies with care! Thank you guys for getting us on the schedule quick and doing an amazing job! Next time we're in town we know where we'll be stopping! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AWESOME PLACE!!!

can't say enough about these girls. They are awesome. I only need nails done with my Papillon Jake, and he is not a fan, but they take care of it immediately, which helps with his stress level. I so appreciate them!

Awesome staff that took really good care of our Freduccine when we had a number of soccer games to attend while in Mesquite for the weekend. Fairly priced for great service. I highly recommend!!

Very disappointed, i feel like i was lied to. I explained that our dog was great with people but didnt get along with other dogs. They said no problem we will put him in a run by himself. Come to pick my dog up after 4 hrs and hes locked in a small cage, exactly what i didnt want to happen. False advertisement, will never use again and will spread the word.

Our dog has to have his nails grinded, the girls always take the extra effort to make him comfortable (he's nervous), one holds him while the other does the grinding. This is the only place we will take our dog.
