Family dollar, located on riverside drive in Mesquite. I had the opportunity to stop in there and was met by a nice woman who directed me to what i needed. Two bags(small ) of lays potato chips . I left there paying only 1 dollar. 🤷 it's a convenient store and it's located right on riverside. It' still there 🙃

I recently moved down the street from this store. Though I've been to other Family Dollar stores in the past I've never been impressed. However, this store seems better than the others I've visited. It is cleaner and always seems fairly well stocked. The prices are pretty good, and the cashier (so far it's always the same woman) is nice. With it being so close to my house it's a nice place to pick up a few groceries or some health or beauty supplies.

On July 14 this store was Closed. I believe it was because of lack of Staff. I hope they can find more employees. I know they had a lot of job opportunities available at this location.

I went to this location twice. First time everyone was really nice, but store a complete mess with overstock blocking pathways. Second time worker couldn't even be bothered to smile--some older lady on the phone on a personal call too busy to greet customers. Pallets of merchandise everywhere. Total fire hazzard. Merchandise on shelving with one price, then you get to the register and you are charged 35% more!!! I told the older lady that it says a different price and showed her the pricing. She said she didn't know why that was up there and ripped off the pricing. Then she had an attitude when I told her I didn't want the item.

Simple call to ask if they sold bread.. got hung up on, usually I go in here though and the vibe is always off literally there's one Hispanic woman there who's a total sweetheart but the rest of em keep attitudes like you personally know them. Hella wierd and hella funny. Couple places in this Town like this....

Friendly/helpful employees. Selection is better than other Family Dollar stores I have been to. Close to where I live and always has what I need when I need that little extra I may have forgotten while grocery shopping.

Family Dollar store in Mesquite on Riverside Rd. Is comparable to an dollar store anywhere. There is a good variety of household goods, canned, and packaged foods and a chip and candy aisle. I never food shop at dollar stores but most foods are marked as $1.00 or more up to $3.00 depending on what is purchased. I buy toiletries and some cleaning products. I like the tydbol and lysol products and sometimes I can go to Walmart to get the same things and pay less like 97 cents. But I usually still get the items I wanted when going. Overall, I would say price check at other stores and get the freshest food value, and pay less if the item can be found better priced for the very same thing. Thanks for reading.

Worst place you could ever work for, the staff there are some of the most unprofessional incompetent people you could encounter. Getting in trouble for requiring an ID is absolutely absurd to me and thats just one of the reason I could only make it two months before I had enough I absolutely do not recomend for future job seekers.

Nice store, great manager...but unruly children were loud and anxious loitering all over the place during our visit..these were young people and in great need of parental guidance...all were Spanish speaking...no white kids

I went to family dollar and the people there were being really rude and when it was 8:30ish I went and they foled there arms and yelled we are closed bad employees!
