I don't eat at McDonald's very often. I happened to stop in at the McDonald's in Lovelock, NV. and was surprised at the service. The lady who took my order was friendly she seemed to be happy to help, and you rarely see that these days. On top of that, John, the manager, handed my food to me. He didn't call out a number he walked up and handed me my food. That never happens. Like I said, I don't eat a lot of McDonald's, but I will definitely stop here again.Suprised

This store seemed busy. Negatives. No receipts given when ordering on kiosk or when delivering food. Water pressure in bathroom sink was low. Food was overcooked and missing ingredients on sandwich.Positives. Staff was willing to make things right and seemed on top of things in general. They accept a wide array of credit cards

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's place I've been to! this is the second time Ive order food here and wow the lady that took my order was rude her tone was not very friendly. And when I got my food I was already heading into the highway, as I was checking my order I missed so much of the food I ordered. I'd rather not go back and deal with the rude service. Would not recommend going.

They never felt order correct, and the fries are always old. The chicken sandwiches are overcooked along with the nuggets. Don't bother if you are hungry. There are 2 sit down real restaurants or the gas station/truck stop on the main st. Exit, turn south from I80 has port of sub, worse comes to worse go to the Chevron they have fried chicken. Other than that go north from I80 on main Street Safeway charcoal and there is a park with BBQ pits across the street from Safeway or another park with BBQ Pits back toward I80 along the freeway make a right after McDonald's the park is on your left. Sorry that's all we got

Men restroom needs some attention. One urnil does work, problem is they only have one...also hand sink faucet barely works also the faucet is not secured to the counter top and water barely comes out. After the pandemic you would think business would take hand washing seriously and take sure the sink would function properly especially since one again they only have one in the restroom. The food and service was excellent thou....

Fantastic! Fish sandwiches were steamed correctly and have been fresh every time. Fries are hot, chicken nuggets are crisp, and not undercooked. Fries are not pulled 30 seconds early like some people think is ok at some McDonalds. Doubles and Big Macs were good. The ice cream was good when it worked, but last time the shake machine was broken. McDonalds is the only restaurant that has shake machine issues universally, but they substituted and that made me happy. Well done!

Despite of having 6-7 employees at the time, there was none to come out and damp the trash. It was overflowing. Flies everywhere. Wanted to sit outside in an open air, made a mistake. Nasty and sticky tables. No idea when it was cleaned last time. Won't be back to this place. When I informed the cashier about the overflowing trash he cares less.

Order with the app, and we were asked if we had rhe ice coffee when we went inside. We confirmed that's part of our orfer, then we were asked if it was to get cream and surgar. I told the young gentlemen 2 creams. It got the 2 cream but unfortunately also hac sugar. They fixed right away with the most sincere apologies.Parking: Handicapped stalls in the first 2 stall clearly marked.

The service was quick, I was there at 6:05am. Women at the window was clean and courteous. Food was warm enough to eat without getting burned, soda tasted good with correct carbonation.I had a sausage egg McMuffin meal with an extra hash brown and a large coke.Recipe #1502 Restaurant # 13348

Ordered my breakfast on screen and sat on table with number and girl came out with my food with no greetings, like literally thrown food on my table and went back, the way she gave an attitude was very rude & aggressive; totally opposite of customer service. Didn’t have a name tag on so I can’t say a name but she’s pretty healthy. Girl like these are Biggest enemy of biggest respected food chain. June10,2023 9:30am.

The store was clean and service was fast. They offer multiple ordering options including at the counter, kiosk, drive-thru, curbside pickup for online app purchase, and table delivery for app purchases. The only negative is there is very limited eat-in area. There are 3 inside tables and no outdoor seating. Great if you want to grab a bite on the go.Parking: There is a large dirt lot right next door that is great for parking if you are towing a trailer or are in an RV that doesn't fit in their small parking lot.
