After encountering a car accident, we checked into this hotel around 9 pm. The manager, showing genuine concern for our situation, ensured the room was warm and provided extra blankets, soaps, and towels. She even shared her meal with us, considering we had three toddlers. The rooms were impeccably clean, including beddings, floors, washrooms, and working appliances like the fridge and microwave. The TV, equipped with a remote control, functioned well.Despite some complaints about train sounds, it's important to note that the motel has no control over the train route. The reasonably priced accommodations exceeded expectations. The following morning, the manager checked in on us, demonstrating sincere care. When we faced challenges due to the accident, including losing our wallet, she promptly engaged social services and the general manager to address our needs. Thanks to their efforts, we had a clean room equipped with essential amenities, making our stay comfortable. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our well-being.

I was brought into this beautiful place after I had an accident on I 80 E. The manager 'Cammy' was absolutely amazing. I don't have words to tell how accommodating she was. She is a super doooper amazing lady. I can't express what she did for me and for my kids. She engaged sherif office and other people to help me find all kind of stuff from food to clothes. I am sooo lucky to know such a lovely soul. Also, the GM Davina (who lives in Reno) came to meet us, and helped us. What a lady she is, she is full of energy ♡♡♡The owner of this place is sooo lucky to have such an amazing people working for him.I owe you all the love you gave me.Rooms: Neat n clean roomsSafety: Small safe roomsFood & drinks: There is a general store (Safe Mart) and McDonald's here.

Don't know was trying to relocate to that area but had a problem with the apts I was trying to get rent advertised one price quoted me another price was going. To visit love lock with the possibility of trying to relocate there looks like a very good motel If I have a chance to I will try to make it a travel stop in the future .but never there.

No heat, toilet doesn’t flush, sink won’t drain NO BREAKFAST as posted on website. So stay at your own risk only leaving a 1 star because there is no 0.

We stayed two nights. Toilet ran both nights. We had to use the ice bucket to fill the tank with water so it could be flushed. Don't throw your paper cup for coffee away you won't get another one. The room was dirty. No working outlets in the room. Unable to get the manager, she is never available. We called her 9 times, and the mailbox on her phone is always full. She never returned the phone calls. TV in the room didn't work. Batteries in remote were dead. Asked to have it fixed, it was never addressed. At night there were no outside lights. Ice machine room was extremely dark. There was a broken light fixture, was told it would be fixed. That too was never addressed. We were also told we were not allowed to run the ac because it would freeze up. Don't recommend staying here. Ever.

This place is a complete dump. We have stayed here for Frontier Days for the last 14 years. It has gone under new management, and it has become terrible. We had bugs in our room, (dead ones) and they also knew we had 3 people staying in our room. We get a rude text from the manager saying we have to pay an extra $50 for a 3rd person! We had already stayed one night, and paid for the second the same day! The lights didn't work on the switch and no one came in to try and give us light. We tried to turn the tv down and completely lost all channels. Also there are no outlets in the room to charge your phone. Its a very run down and dirty place now. If you stay here you will be disappointed and frustrated.Rooms: Need to be updated and actually cleaned. They are terrible.

My wife and I stayed the night here and the room was very clean and price was cheaper then all the other motels. I noticed other complaints on here and there was no bugs the porches are clean outside as well. The night we stayed we heard the woman that complained about the bugs telling the manager that there was crickets in here room as she had her door open for hours that night, we were right next door. The manager had to send her husband over to get two dead crickets out of the room that this lady had killed, she was constantly talking loudly with two other women who were stayed in her room with her and drinking. The manager had to tell her to please keep it down and don't leave the door open because it will freeze the air-conditioning. Nice people and good place to stay if traveling.Food & drinks: The Pizza Place has really good pizza, barbecue chicken is delicious

Didn't stay the night, only stopped in for Pizza... The butter chicken pizza was unique and tasty.Service was adequate. There is one table inside, we ate thereSeems more geared towards dining in your hotel room.If I stay the night here, then I'll order pizza while I'm there.Food & drinks: Pizza and a couple cans of soda...

New owners. Room was dirty. TV not working, lights busted, no power outlets. Staff was rude and hateful. When we complained they decided to charge us extra for the room. No one asked how many people were staying. In town for a craft fair. Been staying here for years. New people are just horrible. No weather strip under door. There was bugs inside. Do NOT recommend it.

Stayed here earlier this year, randomly parked in the lot looking for a hotel on my phone, and I was right at one. What confused me, but turned out really good is the pizza shop inside the front desk room. They made a good bbq chicken pizza. The room was nice, smell free of both smoke and pets. Clean with a microwave and fridge. Will stay again.Edit: I've stayed here twice now. Good pizza & door delivery. Nice but old hotel.

They were updating rooms with new carpet and didn't have any of them available, but I didn't mind one of the rooms with the old carpet. We were exhausted and needed to stop driving. We were suprised to find they had an on-site pizza place and got a hot pastrami sandwich that was great, but the best thing was some cheesy garlic bread my husband ordered

The room is outdated and in desperate need of a springclean. Sheets were wrinkled, coffee machine dirty, floors dirty and in the fridge there were all the leftovers of the previous guests take-away food and drinks. The faucet in the shower was leaking nonstop. Towels very old and not white anymore. Not worth the amount of money I paid for the night.

We were there for one night and really liked the place. Nice big room, spacious, clean, and comfortable bed. There is even a pizza place in the same building so could had a nice dinner if we got there sooner. Nothing was missing and we had a really good stay.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This is an old-style motel from the 50's. It needs painted and looks rundown. The rooms were comfortable and clean.Good:The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.Old chairs from the rooms, were outside for relaxing when the temp is nice (morning).Bad:Breakfast was a joke. Might as well, not offer breakfast.Pool is closed and looks like it hasn't been open in years.A/C couldn't really keep up.Bonus, they have a pizzeria onsite, that makes great pizza.

This place is very run down. Very out of date. It was NOT clean. Our white towels were stained brown. The dust bunnies behind and around the bed weren't taken care of. The room smelled. The bathroom was awful and gross. I felt like I should use a toilet seat liner. I refused to even shower. The bed was so uncomfortable along with super flat pillows. The breakfast was cold cereal. There was a train that went by 4 times from midnight to 7:30 am. It's was close and loud it woke us up every time. The service was non-existent. It was so hard to get the guy off his phone long enough to ask questions. The "chair" outside our room was a bench that you would put in a shower for those who can't stand long enough to shower. It is not a place I would ever stay again.. so gross!

Room 32 dead bolt broken. Used walking cane under door knob to secure door. The regular door knob locked ok. For the price its not bad. Shower only, no tub. Smaller room with queen bed was clean. Mattress was good, not lumpy. The bathroom appeared to be clean, but we always bring Lysol and anti bacterial wipes anyway. The shower was small and the tile showed its age... but it was clean. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Free WiFi. A lot of freeway noise and the train woke us up twice. Type be honest, the train and freeway runs the length of the town so no matter where you stay this will probably be a issue. We ran the air conditioner and that masked the the traffic noise. The manager (I think also the owner) was pleasant and helpful. I'd give it another star if the dead bolt worked.

We stayed there several months ago as an emergency have to stop or I am going to fall asleep at the wheel kind of stop. It was quiet, pet friendly, but whatever you do, do not smoke in the rooms. If you don't mind being charges a $200 cleaning fee from a casino, please be my guest.

Casey Champion

If you are considering staying at this place, you are better off either just staying on the road for an hour to the town or falling asleep at the wheel and crashing your car.1. The front desk overcharged us $10 claiming there no $69 rooms available in spite of the place being empty.2. The rooms are run down and the beds are dirty, luckily we had camping gear and were able to avoid contact with the sheets.3. An active freight lane runs by about every few hours blasting its horn through the intersection just up the road.Regardless of how you ended up in lovelock do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

This place was awful. There were stains on the sheets and carpet. Only maybe 2 locks out of 4 worked. The heater, by morning, still wasn't able to produce enough heat. There was a blood stain under the glass on the night stand next to where you lay your head. I stayed for 5 hours to get some shut eye, and it cost $200. The television didn't work. Where they had placed a lamp between two beds there was no outlet so there wasn't any light besides ahead and above the tv.

There was pubic hair and animal hair in the beds of room #50. The sheets had something sticky on them. We had to spread jackets and blankets from the car over the bed to be able to sleep on something clean. The walls are also dirty and there was a nasty brown stain on the bathroom door. The room was $70 a night, ridiculously overpriced for such uncleanliness. We only had to stay here because we had no chains and it was snowing. Kept our shoes on the entire time and tried not to touch anything. Motel 6 is a luxury compared to this.

This was a quick overnight and hit the road stop, looking for a low price. The man at the desk was pleasant and got me checked in with a real key on the old room number fobs. The room was a 50's flash back that reminded me of my Grandparents home. Reasonably clean, just what you need not more. Time travel bathroom but everything worked. Breakfast was just below basic. Would stop again.

I could not sleep!!! Dogs barking, thundering noises of trains passing every hour near the place, neighbors with the TV on in the early hours. It was terrible, however, even though the Hotel is old style the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the price is good.

I stayed there for 3 weeks they cleaned the room once and I had to ask them to do it then. Then there was so many bug's they were all in my stuff when I got home. Then I paid for a week my job sent me somewhere else the next day, they said they would give me a refund but never did. I had 2 windows in my room that wouldn't shut so it stayed cold in there. It wouldn't make a good dog house

I would give a better review for OJ's penitentiary across the highway!Considering the price per night, I was terribly disappointed. Stained carpet, broken windows, poor Wifi, mysterious water on the bathroom floor, showerhead at chest height... the list (unfortunately) goes on and on. To top this off, the long-term resident next door was outside all night yelling about the current political situation while the freight train blasted its horn as it passed by - seemingly just to say hello. On a positive note, I was able to leave after one night and was given a full refund.Unless this hotel drastically updates its rooms and fixes all of the deficiencies, it is well worth driving another hour and stay at a hotel in Fernley or Winnemucca.

Nice quiet place to rest overnight with a breakfast table in the main area. Nice old fashion style making it look unique and different feeling. Showers can hold a tall person without bumping heads. And the beds are comfy and firm.
