I LOVE it here! I took home a GCC from Xtreme Mundial and I am so impressed with how clean and well kept everything is inside the store. The staff is so nice and sweet with their birds and it makes me really happy to have found this place. My sweet Mako is so social and doing so well I’m very happy about the experience!

These guys are awesome. I love coming here and seeing all the pretty birds. They always look very energetic and happy and I will be adopting my 2nd bird from them soon

These poor birds. Their cages have not been cleaned in months. There is no way the water looks like this after one day. I should have taken more photos. Does Nevada have the same sanitation standards as California? Can you report places like this? It was HORRIBLE. The guy tells us about the tucan "he's mean". Um yeah. I WONDER WHY?!?!

Excellent service. They were very helpful and nice. Answered all my questions. Gave me a lot of information on taking care of canaries. I bought two red canaries female and male. Male is already singing. I definitely would recommend them. Will go back in future

I bought a baby Cockatiel on Sep12... 13 days later she did not look well and of course it is a Sat and vet is closed. I kept my baby cockatiel warm and she did drink some water but I did feed her lunch... Very small amount. She also felt like she lost weight. The owners were so kind and offered to keep her to help her get better...I am praying She gets better!! I love this baby. !!Miss her tweets.. Never have I had a store help when trouble arise, I highly recommend this store. Because of this I am thinking of getting another Cockateil tomorrow So Daisy has a friend.

The owners of this shop are SO SWEET!! They offer plenty of knowledge about birds and are eager to help! They have a wide selection of birds to choose from and work hard to make sure you can bring home the feather baby of your dreams! I definitely recommend this place.

I came back here next tIme and it was so cool they had a parrot that I used to had( the one with the blanket was my parrot and he had passed)It made me feel very nice because I haven’t heard a noise from him in a while and this parrot made the noise my other parrot made and It made me sad I had so many memories with him.

M budgie Rosey died 2 days ago and my male budgie was so sad and non active. I found XtremeMundial Bird shop and fell in Love with 3 female budgies. The staff is absolutely amazing! It was super busy on a Sunday when I went..they Answered all my questions I had, gave me time to think and look around. I purchased 3 females and brought them home. My male budgie was immediately pleased he even puffed his chest out and was active and eating and chatting away with the girls! Im so happy I went to Xtreme. My heart is still broken since Rosey died, but Xtreme made this whole thing alot easier and my three girls and boy are all happy! God bless XtremeMundial Bird shop!!

Sadly didn’t want it to come to this but I want others to be aware of my experience with Mauricio and the store.Went in to buy a baby cockatiel for my wife. Lil one was amazing and instantly grew on us. Sadly the bird got sick and I reached out to Mauricio who told me I should took her in when I noticed it. I didn’t and I reached out to him multiple times to ask if I can come in the next day and even the following. Long story short he went MIA and I had to go about finding help on my own and after 3 days where he could have done something for us she passed away.He was really quick to have me sign a form to save him of the trouble but that’s what it came down to money. One thing that hurt the most was seeing my wife sad about the lil one and all I can say is be ready for alternative ways for emergencies. He told me when I met him he is about making relationships with his clients and till this day he has not even reached out to me for anything.

I bought my High Red, Yellow Sided Green Cheek Conure at 3 months old from this shop almost 2 years ago. He is a beautiful, healthy, happy and tame bird. He was obviously well cared for at the shop when he was a baby. I am so happy I found him and glad I purchased from this store. Only complaint is I wish I was given a hatch date and certificate for him.

Me and my daughter researched bird stores and found XetrmeMundial Birds. The ratings looked good but to my surprise the store was HORRIBLE! Many fake 5 star ratings have been made, showing no shame not even changing the names of the accounts. Birds looked like they had minimal brain cells, crammed and dwelling in their own filth. Many of the birds were large intelligent species that had no toys one twig to perch on, and feces piled up. Many of the cages had dust build up. PLEASE HELP THESE POOR SUFFERING ANIMALS!!!

Sore starts it opens at 10am. Arrived at opening time...closed waited a few minutes and called said they were on the way and be there in 20 minutes. I waited 1.50 hours.No show...guess not interested in making money...I was there to purchase a bird.Then why wouldn't u say that...and wouldn't pickup after I called 2 more time. I don't believe liars.

I love coming to this bird store. I have gotten both of my birds from here and they are always very well taken care of and the staff always tells me what I need to know to make sure my baby stays healthy and happy! The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This is definitely the store to go for any bird needs!

I was made to feel so welcomed and had a great time while shopping. We have two different birds from this store and always get their food etc. here as well. Great quality and care all around.

The young lady who helped us pick out our parakeet was so patient with us and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back and get out bird a new friend. They had an amazing selection of birds and the place was very clean.

I have gotten both my Green Cheek Conures from this store. I had some health problems and was not able to pick up my second GCC right away. Mauricio and his wife were very understanding and held onto him for me until I was able to make it in. They are both very patient, nice people who will take the time to talk to you and answer any questions. Both of my birds are happy and healthy. My girl (who I’ve had since March) is the absolute best bird and she had such a wonderful personality and is social with everyone. Thank You for such loving birds❤️

This location has helped me with so many things I needed with my birds. I have bought all my birds from Xtreme Mundial Birds the Nellis Location and they are very healthy! If I ever need assistance with my birds they help me with everything I need. This is the best bird store to go to if you need assistance with birds or wanting to buy any food or supplies. Very good customer service and the owners are awesome!

The turtles were all crammed into one corner. There were about 70 turtles in a single tank. They didn’t allow photography for a good reason because the animals there were all being mistreated. The overcrowding issue applied to all animals especially the bird section. There wasn’t enough room for the birds and it was so loud in there you couldn’t talk to someone standing a few feet away. There was no way any parakeets could sleep there. When we asked the employee basic bird questions(if they had Nutri berries, kabobs) she didn’t know what they were. Its very clear they don’t know much about the animals they are taking care of and abusing them by letting them live in unbearable conditions. Never shopping here again.

Extremely horrible living conditions for the animals. Parakeets were crammed in a cage that is WAYY too small for all those birds. Some of them were even fighting and as a bird owner or someone that has a bird store should know that that behavior can quickly turn deadly. The birds were all screeching and were noticeably uncomfortable. They had no personal space and the food they were given, which was seeds, was not healthy for them at all. They need vegetables, and a nutritious chop. If you are going to sell birds at LEAST give them the proper nutrition and care. The other animals they had such as fish and turtles were also in horrible living conditions as turtles were piled up on each other and fish were placed in cups! When I asked the worker about basic bird needs such as “Do you sell nutriberries, or kabobs”, you can clearly see that they had little to no knowledge of bird care. Overall, this place needs SERIOUS inspection and order. Will not be coming back but I pray for all those animals who are clearly suffering.

I was really excited to visit the store for my first time, terrible customer service, they said I only had 5 minutes to look around and I came in at 2pm to purchase a bird, when the store closes at 6 pm. The living conditions, for the animals, are clearly for profit.

These birds living conditions are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They are crammed into cages and are stress plucking, this means they are so stressed out they are plucking their own feathers! This is the equivalent of pulling your hair out in humans! This is ABUSE.

Some of the birds are stress plucking and I believe it's caused by the conditions they are living in. They need more space especially the more intelligent types of birds
