I just had 3 windows replaced by Window World and the process was so smooth. It was less than a month from the time I called for a quote to have the windows installed today. Kevin the salesman might have a straight face but he’s so honest and friendly. I had worked with Renewal by Anderson before and the price you get(which is literally triple the price from Window World) is quite confusing. With Window World you’ll get a paper work with the price and it’s straight forward. You can price all your windows yourself from that paper, no measurements needed in most cases. Abraham and Nalu were pretty quick and clean. The 3 windows were installed in 2.5hrs. They vacuumed and cleaned before they left. Abraham made sure I know how to use the windows and take off the screens before he left. Overall I’m so happy and will definitely be replacing my other windows with Window World.

We had all 20 of our windows replaced by Window World. We enjoyed working with the entire team and are happy with our new windows. Our installers, Abraham and his son did a great job and finished in 2 days (even worked through sporadic rain and wind) and left our as clean (probably cleaner) than when they arrived. This is our second time using Window World and we are very pleased, yet again! Blake was our installer this time, and he did a wonderful job putting in a new door and window in our backyard shed. He communicated really well about what was needed and was patient and persistent during the entire install. Blake had to reframe the opening area, because our shed was so misaligned in the jam and flooring. Recently bought our first home built in the late 50s. The windows were single pane old crank style and painted over and would not open.Was referred by friend never heard of window world they came out measured and i Got quotes from a few companies over the next few months. Window world at almost half the price of the next most affordable company was looking good went back to the store (2nd time)on sunset to compare the samples the other ones brought to show one last time. Looked and functioned identical if side by side couldn’t tell a difference. Saw and spoke to the same sells men who was happy to help he came out a second time for a final measurement answered all my questions didn’t try to upsell me on anything. The install was fast and went better than I expected, every time i fix something it turns into a huge project old house problems lol. The installers Abraham and Nalu were professional fast and very clean. I waited a few days to write this review wanted to use all the windows i don’t think someone could do a better install. Very happy to have working windows who would’ve thought fresh air would be so nice. Overall great experience with Window World and the best installer’s I’ve worked with Abraham and Nalu thank you.

Abraham had worked on a house in my neighborhood so I got his business information while walking by one day. Thank gosh I did because Window World gave us the best estimate! Abraham ended up installing the windows of our house with his son. Abraham is awesome; just an all-around nice guy and seems like a really great Dad. We are so happy we selected Window World and nobody else. The quality, the price and their employees are what make Window World "Best of Las Vegas"!!From start to finish we were treated by friendly professionals. Kevin, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable of the various products WW offers. He even made suggestions we didn't think of. He told us there would be a wait, 8 to 10 wks., on installation, (we replaced all our doors and windows) but once they had all our windows and doors ready they would be installed in two days.Our day of installation arrived Tuesday and was finished Wednesday. All our windows were installed Tuesday and our doors on Wednesday.Virgil and Juan are the perfect installation team. They work together very well and happily explained things when we had questions. I made sure to have our dogs in an area so they wouldn't escape but I forgot about our tortoise until Juan came carrying him back into the backyard. We could tell they take pride in their work and it shows all around our home. This is my second time using Window World, they replaced all my front windows in one day and they did an excellent job. Kevin came out the second time to give me a quote on a new slider for our primary bedroom, it was a custom size so it was going to take 4-8 weeks to be manufactured, they called within 3 weeks to say it’s ready and came out the next day to install, Blake and Jose did outstanding installation work, when they were done you would never know construction work was done in my home. I had had 9 windows installed on my home and I must say I am extremely happy with the overall experience from Window World. Keven was my sales rep and he was very honest and straightforward, which I appreciated. I called for a couple of other quotes and Window World was lower than those, but aside from this, when I started reading reviews, I didn't want to waste anymore time calling around as some others have very poor reviews. So, I went with Window World.Brandon, Will and Tamas came out to do the installation and everything was great. They worked through my house seamlessly, protected my floors, cleaned up and the end result is better than I expected! Going from old aluminum windows to the new vinyl, I knew was going to look good, but they look better than I even expected!Thanks Window World and all of the above mentioned names that made this a great experience.
