I had a prescription called in on Thursday evening it was close to them closing the app said it would be ready 11am on Friday. I tried to call around 1:30pm Friday i sat on hold for about an hour with no answer, figured it would be ready soon. Tried calling again at 6 sat on hold for 2 hours and 30 mins then was hung up on I drove down to the store. Suprise they were closed no message on the automated calling system saying they were closed. Called again Saturday morning spoke to a person said they closed at 4pm on Friday. If you are calling this place and are on hold for more than 20 mins I would recommend going to the store seeing as they might be closed. What a joke walgreens has become I will never use walgreens again. It is very obvious they do not care about their customers.

This is the worst experience I have received from Walgreens. Do you even care about the service you provide? Reading to most of the reviews you can see how this location lacks of customer service and professionalism.I been on hold with the pharmacy for over 15min and they just keep picking up and putting me on hold.

I had to make an appointment to do a COVID swab test for my job. They NEVER do walk-ins, it does not tell you it’s drive through, AND they don’t tell you which lane so instead of arriving on time for our appointment we were 45 minutes late to the actual time we picked. The pharmacy is a joke.

Don’t bother ordering through the app to pick up here. They’ll send the email saying your order is ready, charge you, and then claim it was canceled when you arrive to pick up because they were “out of stock” of razors, deodorant, and shampoo. Seriously?

Pharmacy is a joke. Won't be back to this location. Understaffed or just lazy. I can't tell but the attitude I dealt with was beyond frustrating. . Ashley was rude and no concern about the 20 min wait time in the drive thru.

Went into the store to deposit money on my Chime Card and I was told that I could only deposit amounts of 500.00 and 250.00 when I had visited the store twice the past few days depositing 500.00 and 500.00. When I let the on duty manager know, her response was because she was the manager on duty and wouldn’t do the transaction. I’ve already called corporate about this situation. This is not customer service.

I was put on hold with out anyone even answering the phone. After 30 mins of them picking up and puttin me back on hold with out saying anything i drove to the store. Got there no body in line 1 person n drive thru. Asked why they not asnwering and the ride lady said im not going to make ppl n the store wait while ppl at home watching tv and can wait smh what kind of mess is that? This pharmacy always has rude ppl working and they jus dont care that everyone cant go to the pharmacy if their prescriptions arent even ready. Changing pharmacies TOMORROW im fed up!

Short lady named Cristina at the photo desk is extremely lazy, unpleasant and unprofessional— she’s very unhappy to assist customer from the beginning. What a letdown.-photos not ready-says poster printer was “broken” at first until she realized I wasn’t buying her BS-she just let/watched my daughter’s 16X20 graduation poster slip out of the machine with the printed side falling directly to the floor (gave me anxiety)-had nothing to offer (not even a paper) to wrap the poster as protection for transportHowever, the Elderly lady at the cash register was very nice and pleasant. Offered me a bag for my poster and asked if it was my daughter in the picture and then proceeded with a genuine “congratulations”. We both thanked each other after checkout. She gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

Always have to wait up to 15 min for someone to come up to the register. Called to set up appointment for myself for covid-19 vaccine was put on hold which is normal but then a pharmacy tech picked up asking me if I tried online yes i did and if it would've worked i wouldn't have called. Then after that small discussion she keeps me on the phone while having a 10 min conversation with another associate about nothing to do with work

Asia, honey, u ain't gonna make it. Get a desk job far away from the general public. Learn to address customer concerns rather sending them to the 'photo' dept to wait once again for the 'manager'. I was right,yet told by every store employee that sale doesn't apply to my items. Asia thinks the Walgreens specials don't apply to her store. Sista, u have no business wearing a Queen necklace when u act like a soap opera stand in. Find a job that fits u & u won't have to 'deal' with the very people who pay ur salary. Thanks to the real young lady who assisted me in making my purchase. U were quite kind & patient. It's only business. Not personal.

Walgreens pharmacy at 5082 E. Lake Mead Blvd-Las Vegas, NV 89115 is the worst pharmacy that I've ever experienced. Most of the employees there are unfriendly and treat you as if they could care less about getting your business. Calling for pharmacy business such as refills is so unpleasant, especially when you get interrupted and talked over. It's difficult to get a word in "edge wise." I'm taking my business elsewhere. I understand why they get such low ratings. They deserve it.

Store is well organized and is a Walgreens location that usually has the correct prices in their computers.Other than that- if you enjoy being ignored by staff on the floor, watched like you are a 'potential criminal' instead of a valued customer, then this is your store. Pull up in a nice car and shop there nearly every day? Doesn't matter to them. The last couple months the edge of the parking lot has now become a homeless camp. No exaggeration- tents and everything and customers are being harassed outside for money. Apparently management doesn't care about its customers safety or comfort, as this location doesn't even have the guard by the door like some locations do. It's a shame, as it's a convenient location near a busy intersection. They close at 10pm rather that secure the store 24 hours. FAIL

Pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful. They spent so much time arguing with me about my insurance coverage rather than calling the number i was told by my insurance to give them that my insurance company closed by the time they decided to actually make said call. Apparently the staff, who doesn't know me felt they knew more about my health coverage that i , the holder, did. But of course, what would i know about my prescriptions? Im only the PATIENT TAKING THE MEDS. I couldn't possibly have any real knowledge of MY CONDITION. i finally came to the conclusion that the real problem was it was almost quitting time for the tech assisting me and he just didnt want some lady holding him up by suggesting that he do his job until then

I went there to have a much needed prescription filled, having just moving into the city only 2 months ago. I thought my insurance had been tranferred, but apparently it haden't. Instead of telling me to go home and get everything switched, they worked it through somehow on their system and changed the billing info. And since they didn't have one item on hand, they drove to get it for me that night. I was elated at their pleasant service and attitude.

It is the worst pharmacy I visited in Las Vegas. The doctor prescribed LISINOPRIL 20MG TABLETS. TAKE 1 DAILY TABLET. but they wanted to sell me too much and I had to stop buying it, I told an employee that it seemed of Hispanic origin and treated me badly. Fast friendly service. Store is clean and well stocked. Good customer service clean restrooms. Western Union machine was down. No excuse for THAT. If you advertise services, then you should have it.hat!

Waited 20 minutes on hold for the pharmacy, when I finally did speak to someone the lady was rude, and didnt seem to want to be helpful. She told me she didnt see my prescription. After telling her the phone system said it was processing, she suddenly found it. Said they would work on it, I told them I would be by to pick it up at 6 pm. Get there and the pharmacist says they dont have anything for me. Says it was just now called in. I tell her i talked to someone 45 minutes ago about it. Then she finds it, and says it was placed for pick up at 730 pm. Says she cant do it before.All this for one prescription. Other times they have not had my prescription that I filled thru the app. Place is awful, if u have a choice go some place else.

Every time I go over there they are really nice to me. They really care about what you are about to buy. One time I was about to put a stuffed animal in my cart but instead they showed me to the clearance isle so I could get the same one for five dollars cheaper.

Worst customer services here if I could give it a rating it would be a 0. The staff here is extremely rude, useless and non helpful to the customers and they don't do anything besides stand around or no one is on the floor. I would not recommend you going here at all. Find a better Walgreens to shop at instead of this one!!!

Worst help ive ever received in the pharmacy on top of being $80 from what i could of got for $15 at another pharmacy even though i showed them my good rx just like all the other pharmacies. Will never go to another walgreens for anything ever again.

Good service from Pharmacy. However, when you call for Customer Service, its next to impossible to speak to a person!! Hold time is much to long! I've attempted to call three times today, and still no answer!!
