I'm only giving a 1 because 0- stars is not an option. I was gifted this treadmill and put it together. Immediately I noticed a squeak. I followed all the instructions, lubricated according to directions etc.. Finally, I did some research and concluded that I wasn't the only person with this exact problem. I reached out to the company and finally, after several attempts, was told to email their "tech support" department. I received a reply a few days later stating that the company was aware of the DEFECT, and was trying to figure out why it was happening. I was then told that because I could not provide an order number, that there was nothing they could do. I've never in my life had a company acknowledge they were aware of a product defect and not willing to make things right. BEWARE!!!!!!

Bought a Pacer treadmill, unfortunately had to returned it. Been trining to get my refund for almost 2 months…not answering my phone calls, not returning calls, not replying to emails. Lucky for me i used PayPal, they’re going to handle it for me! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have a dog pacer 4.0 and the app is not working, been contacting them several times to get help and nobody responds. Awful company that doesn’t stand by their products.

Sold product with misleading description. I’ve never seen a dog bed that requires assembly! I’ve tried calling and emailing to return the dog bed but they just ignore me. Terrible customer service and poor quality products. Worst online Purchase I’ve ever made. Company will ignore you if you have any issues with their products.
