They provide a number of financing options and for everything you get with the purchase, I didn’t feel like I was overcharged. Wonderful experience!

We adopted our new baby girl Nyt. Melanie helped with texting us information about our interests in any dog we asked about. Throughout the whole adoption process and picking out our little puppy they were all helpful and explained everything we needed for our new little pup. I recommend their store to anyone who wants a healthy happy puppy.

Omg I’ve been looking for a puppy for the longest time…today my husband asked if I wanted to go look at puppies and of course I do! And of course I fell in love with a mini golden doodle and had to take him home! The girls were super nice and welcomed us as we walked in. They let us explore and allowed us to play with the dog for a while. I never had a dog before so I asked a lot of basic questions and Kensie was sweet answering them all. All around a great experience.

The girl who works here was so sweet and knowledgeable about the puppies. They have so many cute little floppy eared babies, it’s hard not to take them all. I brought my son here after a lunch date “just for fun”! LOL…We came back two weeks later, “just for fun” and the puppy we fell in love with was still there so we took him home and named him Danger! He is almost 1 years old now. Healthy and happy pup!!

I swore I’d never buy a puppy from a store. But this one won our hearts! My husband fell in love with a puppy from a Utah location. Amanda and the rest of the staff helped aid me in getting this puppy to surprise my husband with. They were super friendly and helpful. You can tell that these employees love the puppies that they sell and care a great deal for them. With them being a family based business they do everything in their power that the dogs are well cared for and go to a good home. And to make whatever issues or problems may occur right. I can’t thank all of them enough.

Walked in just out of curiosity....walked out with a little guy! Everyone is so friendly, very encouraging though so be careful!!! They have some amazing perks too, like microchip, spay/neuter and health guarantees!!! So sweet! They even send puppy training videos every week!

Horrible Place. Firing employees for no reason. A friend bought a dog from there who has kennel cough. Puppy’s are super expensive and what they say they offer, they really don’t. I bought a dog that supposedly came with “benefits”, really didn’t. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend

We got the sweetest Shizapoo puppy here last week and we're already in love with him! Very nice staff and willing to answer any and all questions, very knowledgeable! We've been looking for a furry friend for a while now. After reading the amazing reviews we decided to drive down from California. Little did we know we would be going home with our new best friend!

I had the one of the BEST experiences here, all thanks to Jamie!! I will definitely be coming back to get my puppy a sibling! Jamie was so patient and very informative! She was very helpful and gave us one hell of a deal, you don’t just get the puppy here, you literally get a bundle of things that come with him/her for their forever home!! She is also very honest and just by far one of the best sales person! My husband and I have wanted to add a little furry animal into our life’s for a very long time & she was able to get through to us and we couldn’t be happier! She was so reassuring and looked out for our puppies need! She also made sure to check in on us, with a follow up call and just went out of her way to make sure this baby had a forever home! I will definitely come back to see Jamie and get another fur baby. If your coming into this store to get a fue baby I HIGHLY recommend Jamie! She will not disappoint!!

I was absolutely blown away by both the hospitality, cleanliness of all the cages, and legitimate love for all the dogs there. The payment options are BEYOND reasonable, and I was able to get my $1000 dollar sweetheart at a steal for $200 a month! Would recommend them to anyone I knew searching for a little pup.

Puppies don’t belong in stores. They get these puppies from puppy mills that neglect and abuse females to breed puppies for profit. Please stop and think before you support this cruel practice and contact a puppy rescue.

Who doesn't love puppies? Super fun and cute. You can meet a puppy and pet them at best times. I personally feel this is evil because it is to hard to resist. Nothing but cuteness here.

Puppies from places like this are prone to separation anxiety being kept in kennels all day. We have rescued two dogs bought from here that ended up having extreme anxiety. Be warned.

Amazing place. Went in whilst on vacation to look at puppies and there were quite a few. The store assistant was such a friendly and down to earth guy. He let us take some of the puppies that had arrived that day into the playroom.The puppies are well looked after.

Great retail puppy buying experience in Las Vegas!!!! We first went to Henderson location to find a doodle to take home, but the doodles they had did not doodle us, but we found a super cute "Teddy Bear" pup that swayed our family to take the plunge, and bought him. We were staying another night in Vegas and asked the manager, Amanda, if we could leave "Teddy" overnight and come pick him up at noon the following day. She casually responded, "Of course." That night my youngest daughter had second thoughts and reminded all of us that we really wanted a dang doodle, not the breed we actually bought. The following morning I called Amanda and explained what happened and asked if we could go to the other "the Puppy Store" location in Ft. Apache, where there were three doodles, and maybe pick one out. I asked Amanda, "If we liked a doddle there, can we please "ska-doodle" the "Teddy Bear" we just bought from your store, and use the credit for our replacement puppy, please? Again, without missing a beat, she said "Sure!" We found our doodle, such a cute little noodle, a super sweet Mini AusiDoodle, now named Lola. All the puppies we saw at both locations were healthy and clean. The process was super easy and all my questions were asked. Thank you "The Puppy Store"! Thank you Amanda and Rachel for making buying a puppy super easy and fun. Puppy Lola and her new family are forever grateful. XXOOXX!!!!
