I ordered flowers for my in laws and they were delighted with them, though they arrived early. However, the florist called me because they had accidentally been delivered too early and had sat out for a few days. They were calling to let me know they’d be sending fresh flowers to fix the mistake. I’m so delighted with the flowers and even more so with the service. I highly recommend this florist.

I have to give Summerlin Florist a 5 start rating. One small glitch but it was handled in the most professional way and no way comprised the quality of the most beautiful flower arrangement. The owner Hileah has excellent customer service skills and was on top of my order. I would recommend Summerlin Florist to anyone in the Summerlin, NV area. I am out of state and my order was fulfilled, if I lived in Summerlin, NV this would be my go to florist! Hileah will not disappoint for all your floral arrangements. This is my go-to flower shop! The flowers they always prepare for my orders are always so beautiful! They truly do care about their arrangements and customer satisfaction. It gets hot in Vegas so they even redelivered them rather than leaving the flowers at the doorstep to die in the heat when no one answered. 10/10 would recommend

I have to admit, I can be quite a stickler when it comes to organizing specific floral arrangements but every single time that I’ve called to use their services the staff have been so patient, informative and nothing short of absolutely stellar! Super disappointed with the substitutions that were made on my flower order. In no way should a carnation replace roses!! I have shown what I ordered and your first delivery was NO WHERE near what I ordered. My mother called to complain and you replaced the arrangement, but still looks nothing like the original. She is happy with the arrangement. I won't use florists that think it is OK to replace roses with carnations. I pay for roses, I expect roses or a refund.

Sending flowers to a male friend can be tricky as floral arrangements tend to be designed with women in mind. I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend from Sun City and all I can say is Wow! The arrangement was not only amazing, it was very masculine....he loved it! I would highly recommend Sun City for all of your floral needs!

Beautiful arrangement BUT it didn’t even last a day- the very next day all the roses started to droop and turn brown by day 3 we had to toss it. They cut the stems SO short that if even though we watered it every morning the water would evaporate and they stems would be without water by the evening. So this is why it didn’t last. They should have left the stems longer and it would have lasted longer. A good florist would have never cut stems that short.

Excellent quality, service and price. Very good communication! I purchased flowers for my friend’s birthday. I live out of state. I requested that certain flowers be added to the arrangement. However, the specific flowers were unavailable so the florist called me to ask if I would like a substitution or a later delivery. I asked that they choose a substitution. The flowers were delivered on time. The arrangement was perfect and much larger than I expected! My friend said that they were beautiful and smelled wonderful! I also received a delivery confirmation e-mail. I will definitely recommend and use Sun-City Summerlin Florist again!

I was in a pinch and needed flowers for an event the next day. I remembered that my mom had used Sun City Summerlin Florist for her wedding five years earlier. I called and spoke to the owner Halea (im not sure if I spelled her name right ) She was immediately helpful and accommodating. I gave her my set budget that I needed to stick within and she told me that they could work with that. She went above and beyond for me, and had the flowers ready for me by the next day at 9 AM. She created a beautiful arrangement and gave me more than what I paid for.She was a delight to work with. We will definitely be recommending her shop to all of our brides that need flowers. Absolutely outstanding. I contacted Sun City Summerlin Florist while on deployment in Afghanistan to send custom flower arrangements to my wife and daughter. They were extremely helpful despite my limited means of communication. Response times were quick and the process was easy working directly with them. We live in CA, so when we wanted to send flowers to our aunt who lives in Vegas, I started reading reviews. Summerlin florist had excellent reviews so we ordered with the hopes the flowers would be delivered the same day. I requested same day delivery as well as a picture to be sent to me and they made it happen! A beautiful arrangement was delivered and our aunt loved them!
