LOVE LOVE LOVE. They totally SPOILED my pup.I was nervous to take my baby to a new place as it was urgent for him to get groomed. They were able to get me in same day since someone had previously canceled their appointment. When I walked in, the shop was clean, customer service was great and if I wanted to stay for 2 hours to watch my dog get groomed I would be able to since its all glass in there. I did leave to run errands and I was so amazed and relieved that my dog was being treated like a king he is, they sent me texts and pictures of my baby while he was getting the FREE VIP treatment upgrades since it was his first time there. The price for the groom was reasonable for the quality work they provided. I did leave a tip for them so out the door I paid around $140. I do have a large breed (golden retriever) so that's also a factor in the price as well :)) I do recommend this place and I will be returning!Thank you, Spoiled Pup LV!!!--

I scheduled an appointment with Tina and my dog looks great! I got a complimentary spa treatment for it being my first time and it took about 3 hours. My dog’s a pomeranian so I scheduled for the scissor cut under 10 lbs. Not only it being a salon but also a shop that’s sells a variety of dog item (and some cute puppies for sale) i got 2 items. For the cut being 75 it was a nice price for the service would recommend for those looking for a salon that will really take care of your dog.(I’ve got a before and after of my dog she’s really transformed!)

I am just thrilled with my experience here at Spoiled Pups!It was my first time here, and I absolutely will be back to see Tina the experienced groomer that did the most exceptional work taking care of Luna, my Shih Tzu.I have been looking for a new groomer, and I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found this place. Everyone was so professional they even provide text message, updates and pics of how things are going.If you are looking for a professional groomer, who is kind and experienced, that makes you feel like family this is the place to go!

Not at all satisfied with the service. They don’t care about your dog, just about how quickly they can finish. The cut itself on my shih-tzu was good, but they terrorized my dog. She is now afraid of the groomer and this was the only groomer she was shaking to go to. I should have known this when I came to drop my dog off, and the groomer immediately man handled my 10lb pup who was nervous. Didn’t take the time at all to be gentle or warm my dog up to the idea of being groomed. When you walk in they have a bunch of puppies for sale, and you can tell those pups are not taken care of either. They lay around in their kennels dirty and in their pee. If you care about your dogs and about animals in general I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

I took my two Miniature Pinschers for a nail trim, I had put it off and didn't feel comfortable doing it myself.They were seen as a walk-in. The trimming was done in front of me. The groomer was gentle and quickly did a professional trim without incident. The dogs showed no signs of being upset with the trimming process.Before the trims, their nails would click on the flooring. Afterward, there is only the gentle sound of the foot pads touching the floor.I will be coming back.

BY FAR THE BEST! At other groomers our dog Normally shakes and trembles and is clearly upset! But here at SPOILED PUP, she does none of that. They are very professional and send updates throughout session (check out photo of our pups facial 🙂 )! Seriously a great place to take your fur baby!

Great customer service and my pup gets well taken care of. She has been about five times now and every time I pick her up she looks amazing. I recommend adding on the fizzy water and avacado face mask for the pup. Will not go anywhere else.

You have to bring your fur baby here! They take such good care of my Pomeranian, you would think she belongs to them. She comes out smelling so good, and feeling so soft. The best part is they keep me updated with texts throughout the entire process. And not just any text, you get photos and memes! It’s like I’m talking to my best friend.

Great place to get your pup bathed and groomed. This place really prioritizes the pups and their owners. We have been here multiple times with our Maltipoo, Otter and they have always taken great care of her. The staff is very thorough with making sure that you have all your requests noted so that you can get your pup groomed exactly how you want them. Mindy is a wonderful groomer who is attentive and talented. We recommend spoiled pup to anyone needing a high quality groom and only want the best for their dog.

My first visit to spoiled pup was so amazing, the whole experience was great! Highly recommend for your doggie grooming, dog accessories or even adoption. They've an amazing grooming package including grooming, nail trimming, micro carbonated bubble bath, ayurveda face and body mask, Lavender aromatherapy and infrared therapy! The staffs are very informative and super sweet. Will definitely return back for more.

This right here is a lavish grooming place for your pup. I wouldn’t even call it groomers, it’s a spa for ur furbaby!! I took my baby here for a grooming sesh for the first time and left the place a satisfied regular customer and so did my pup 😁💖. The place looks sooo cute, it brought positive vibes. But most importantly their service tops everything, they took very good care of my baby and wonderfully groomed her. They give u updates on every step they do and send pictures along the way. The overall experience was amazing, I’d recommend this shop to every dog parent. Shoutout to every employee! We appreciate you! 🐶

I will never step foot in here again, as I genuinely feel scammed, and removed my good reviews and recommendations I put on Facebook and our Instagram. I’ve been coming here so far every 4-6 months for my one-and-a-half year old purebred Cavalier (so about 3-4 times) and I’ve lost any respect I had for this business, as I was to be a potential client for years. I am not a groomer and I do not know, nor was I concerned for the tools used and necessary to achieve our desired look. Use whatever tools you need to make him look his usual that we like when I come here. Not ONCE have I EVER asked how much the look I want costs when I come here. I ask for the look our groomer would normally do, with simple extra instructions like cutting his inner ear area and nails. I expect it to be done, and I pay for it. Boom. I want the best for my dog and don’t care if it’s $10 or $100. I called them to let them know they didn’t do what I asked; and they said the look I wanted required a certain shaver, yet proceeded to charge me in full anyway for something I did not ask for; an incomplete and choppy job. (The male cashier did even admit it was choppy and not the same look in our old photos, but that was it). The tools used to achieve the look are not my business, as I expected professionals to take that into their own discretion.Anyway, I unfortunately trusted and paid before noticing how now choppy and horrible this cut came out, (uneven back legs, choppy chest/paws, uncut long ears and uncut inner ear, and uncut around the belly + still very long barely trimmed butt hairs), along with it not being the clean precise look I even asked for. I unfortunately gave a $15 tip out of trust and kindness before getting home and noticing the errors and spent $111 in total today here. I lost respect for them when I got ignored for respectfully sending an example comparison photo to our old cut and additional concerns. Not even an apology for inconvenience and for not communicating with me. I was ignored. Will no longer refer anyone here and do not recommend anyone come here.

So caring and thoughtful. We adopted a senior dog and I let them know her age prior. I got a phone call because unfortunately she had a matt on her legs and they needed to cut a bit shorter but they called first to give options. Being a senior I agreed with the fastest option of shaving it off to cause less stress. I got a text about 15 min before she was ready and the cutest picture sent to me as well as a follow up text which I really appreciate. I will be using them for my other adopted pup as well going forward :)

This is the only place I have taken my dog to get groomed since he was born and I have no intentions of changing that any time soon! I love these people. Just had our first dog grooming ever and it was a fantastic experience thanks to the excellent staff at Spoiled Pup. ANGEL helped us out at the front, and she explained how the process will go so that everything was clear from the start. MAXY was our groomer and she turned our two Cavapoos into magazine-cover-worthy creatures. We could see that she enjoys her work and puts in her best effort for each job. Exceptional.

This place can’t keep an appointment! We’ve been going here for a couple years now with no issues but we Made a appointment 2 weeks ago for our 2 babies grooming, We get there today to drop them off and some guy in the front tells us we canceled the appointment and they already filled the spot. We told him we never canceled the appointment and that’s why we’re there, so he goes in the back to get more information and he comes back and tells us someone canceled from a phone number that we don’t even own and told us there is nothing they can do for us today. With attitude like that Good luck keeping your existing customers!

Scariest moment of my life-insane negligenceI dropped off my mini golden doodle at Spoiled Pup, physically handed her over to the worker and left. As we were leaving and turning onto Rainbow, I see my dog running freely in the parking lot. We quickly turned our car around in a panic, and luckily I was able catch and save my dog from running into traffic. It was the single most terrifying moment in my life. And, then when I return my dog to the business, the employee tells me it’s not their fault for our dog running away. I handed them my dog and left, and she got out while in their care, who’s fault is it that she wasn’t secure? Why aren’t there safety procedure and protocols to avoid situations like this. The workers on shift said they would let the owner know what happened and they would call me back, but they never did. Outside of even offering a discount, I couldn’t even get phone call or a written/email apology about what happened. There was genuinely no regard for my dogs life or the possibility of how badly she could have been injured because they didn’t secure her safely. Worst experience of my life. I use to bring both of my dogs, my moms dog, and would happily refer consistent business to Spoiled Pup. Not any more. Not with their blatant disregard for our dog’s safety. It’s unforgivable. I don’t mind paying high prices but Spoiled Pup doesn’t want to take any responsibility for what may happened to our dogs. Can not recommend a business run like this. 0/5

Stumbled upon this place on accident. Walked in and noticed the owners were Korean. Wanted to support Koreans and booked an appointment. Love that the business uses text messages. They'll send picture updates of your pup getting spoiled if you get the VIP treatment. I'll text them to book appointments. My pup comes out looking beautiful and I don't think she's mistreated there at all. They also sell pups there too.

Fantastic experience. Candace gave our little Pom a great haircut! And he came out super happy. I went to another groomers in Henderson but it wasn’t the best experience, mainly because of the customer service. Spoiled Pup did a great job all around! It’s far from where I live but I will be making the drive every time from now on! Thank you!

This place I found after my old groomer moved away. And I needed someplace close by to my house. I looked up many places but this one stood out to me the most. It caught my eye by how adorable it was but when I saw the work they do on toy breeds especially the furry ones, I said ”this is the place”! My pom/shihtzu is a challenge for some people. I have taken my pup elsewhere after her groomer left only to be dissatisfied with their work. This place was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The groomer is very knowledgeable and gentle with her clients. I loved the whole experience with them! I will definitely be back! ❤️🐶🐶❤️

Best groomer ever! Have owned poodles and been here since 1989. New state of the art equipment and so clean! Bought treats too for my 5 month old Ginger. She loved her spa treatment and haircut!!! I usually don’t don’t reviews, but I felt like I truly needed to this time. What a great experience both me and my husband had, they sent updates throughout their spa treatment which gave me a peace of mind. My 15 years old senior dog Kai, I could tell had a great experience, this dog is usually cranky but the moment we walked in he was surprisingly ok. My 2 year old French Bull dog DEKU is just always happy.Thank you all so much for an experience for us humans and our fur babes.

I have been taking my princess here for a few months and I’m in love. She always looks soo cute when I pick her up and smells so good!! I get compliments on how clean and how good she smells for WEEKS. They also send cute pictures and videos during the process which is so adorable. They also have really cute dog clothes and I’m always buying Cocoa something new, I just cant resist. They are a little bit more pricey than other places but sooo worth it!

Do not waste your time going here to buy a dog. Spent better part of an hr getting and paying for a dog. Jumped through hoops providing id's backup id's copies of card and basically life history. Getting ready to walk out the door and the owner is afraid it's fraud so refunded my money (tied up for three business days before receiving funds. And told my seven year old he couldn't have the dog. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. YOUR CHILD WILL GO HOME SAD AND ALONE.
