I love this place - have been coming for ages with my older dog that has since passed away, and now I get to come here with my puppy, Hugo. They are so kind and understanding, and make sure your dog has an stress-free experience. My groomer treated Hugo like a little prince, and I feel 100% confident that my dog is in the best hands!!

Have been a customer for many years .. seems things have changed and not for the better. Wasn't thrilled with their service today...wasn't offered any discount for services that are supposed to be included that I didn't receive...and the girl up front had the nerve to be rude when I didn't leave a tip...the tip is in the discount I didn't get. I will take my business someplace that treats my dog well and respects my hard earned dollar too. Find another place...this one has gone downhill

Horrible experience. Said they did the wash but couldn’t do the groom because my dog had lice. So I paid the $85 for the wash and when I got him his body only was washed they didn’t wash his face at all and it looks like to me they did start the groom and just didn’t want to finish it. Horrible experience I asked for a discount because they didn’t wash his face which was the main part that needed to be done.

They are a bit pricier than other places. But they do a fantastic job! ESPECIALLY with de-shedding!! Most place say they de-shed but truly don’t. If I let my dog and hair flys off them still- that’s NOT. A real De Shed.When Snooty Pets does a De-Shed, no hair flys off when I pet them. They truly get “All” the hair out!!!! 🤩

The guy at the counter is really friendly and despite of my dogs mess (throwing up when he's nervous) we still had a great service. Treats are very cheap compared to other store and it's all organic.

Not really sure what I paid for. I called ahead to see if they did nail trims for large dogs, because their website seems to cater to small breeds. They said yes, for $20, and you don't need an appointment. We went in, waited, I was asked if I wanted my dog's nails trimmed and filed, I said yes please.I was charged $25, told the quoted price (from an hour ago), as well as the prices on the website were wrong, with no discussion. Even worse, my dog's nails were in terrible shape. They had been trimmed, but definitely not filed. My dog's nails seemed to have been trimmed with dull clippers, and they caught in the carpet when we got home. It was not a good experience, and I won't be going back.

Awesome place they refer to your puppy as “baby” they are alway friendly and they do great cuts. My baby always looks beautiful after getting her cut done there. They have an express wash and cut in case your baby doesn’t likes kennels and or cage dryers 😊

I took my baby there for his very first grooming. He was a little matted so they had to cut his hair all the way down which I didn't mind. When I got home I noticed he had some cuts on him near both underarms and his nails weren't trimmed. Now he has issues with being groomed.

*** 2022 EDIT ***With a heavy heart, I need to downgrade my previous positive review to a negative one.After using this groomer for over a year, I continued to receive good customer service and the dogs looked really good.However, that's where it ends. Repeatedly they cut one of my dogs ears which takes ages to heal. Once or twice I put down to an accident but this was every time, even after raising it with them.Next is the claw trimming. As one of my Schnauzers has long hair on her paws, it's not always easy to spot if the claws are trimmed correctly. Again, repeatedly they were not and even after raising it with them.I took my dog back when I noticed how long her claws were and she was really bothered by them and locking her paw until it was sore, this was only 2 or 3 days after the groom. They charged me for trimming them, that was literally the job they should have done. No apology. No "it's on us and here's some treats for your pup who we've caused distress to"Won't be going back, despite the friendly staff and the convenience.End of edit!The BEST groomers I've been to.Snooty Pets took great care of my two miniature Schnauzers who weren't that easy to handle.I've never known such care and amazing customer service. They will definitely be going back, if they're welcome.Thank you!

I bought my little Auzzy a birthday cupcake at this spot and he loved it! It was carrot cake flavor and it was nice and soft for him to consume easily. They have a lot of great products here but they're pretty pricey. The front desk lady with a dermal was really nice and helpful. This was my first impression and I plan to get my Yorkie groomed here the next time I visit.

I was able to walk my 60lb, 14yr old Husky mix, Bella Girl, in for a nail clipping and was back out in a flash. She has two extra dew claws on each rear leg that they did a great job on, her nails weren't too short, and no discomfort which has happened before at another local groomer. Very happy!

Only the best care for my dogs and this place is the best. I tried a lot of groomers and Snooty Pets I found had the nicest staff. My dogs always look and smell great. They can be a little slow but I'd prefer they take their time then rush and do a crappy job. Their homemade chicken and sweet potatoe jerky is my dogs favorite.

Our first time here and I was very pleased !! It took longer then I expected but LeAire was over due for a haircut. She was a little matted but they gave her a summer cut and she looks adorable ! 💘 I will definitely come back ☺️ Thank you 💓

Been takingy hard to groom Yorkie here for 10 years . Natasha ALWAYS takes care of my fur baby . I used to live in Summerlin but now I drive all the way from Henderson to get my Yorkie groomed . It's worth it. Thank you snooty pets keep up the great work !

This was my first visit to Snooty Pets, because they were recommended. The cut looked good, but when I got home the dogs eye was running and very inflamed. I wrote an email and told them that the dog got infected eye, and I was not going to pay. She also had several clipper burns on her tail and underside. The owner said it was due to allergy. She did offer for me to take the dog to her vet, but since this experience was bad I took her to my vet. He stated that the eye infection was probably due to soap not being washed out properly, and the sores were probably from clipper burn. I emailed the doctors notes, which she said she could not read and wanted typed notes and then she would take them to her vet. I intend to dispute the charge on my American Express, and because of their attitude to constantly ask for more proof of illness when the dog came in with no problems, is unacceptable. DON'T USE THIS GROOMER.

This is a small dog salon with awesome doggy clothes, accessories and a fresh bakery. My dog LOVES their baked salmon cakes- imagine a mini quality crab cake but salmon, only .90 cents!They groom gently, sweetly, individually and perfectly. My 3# 🐕 always looks like a movie star.

First time costumer, they did a good job. Took about 3 hours, but my dog can be hard to handle sometimes. They did exactly what I asked. Staff seemed a little off not super friendly but they were busy too. All in all, good service.

These people are rude. I took my pet there to have her matted hair shaved and my cat was scared and tried to bite the groomer, so they threw a towel over her head, and when we paid for the service the lady at the counter said to never come back to their facility. They don't care about your pet.

Went there to get my dog Fs nails trimmed and they did his back paws amazingly and then did one nail on his front paws. We then went back to try out their CBD treats to help our dog out and they didn’t do anything. Didn’t work at all. Don’t recommend them.

Absolutely loved the services! My pooch has never looked better and the atmosphere is super friendly! The homemade chicken jerky they have was a nice plus, as well. 5 stars!!!!

It took 15 minutes to get 3 cupcakes iced. Place looked dirty & smelled of strong chemical solutions.Treats looked cute. I recommend you call ahead if expecting treats.
