They have the best dogs ever, when we walked in we weren’t really looking for a pet when a dog caught our eye. He looked so well taken care of and was very social. I could see that they really cared a lot for their dogs. They were also really nice and tried finding the best dogs for us. 10/10 service! So happy with my new fur baby, would buy again.

My review is honest and sincere. If I could give Puppy town 1000 star review… I would. This family owned business have exceeded my expectations. They have taken excellent care of every puppy in there including the one I bought. I was not able to bring my puppy home in the beginning because she had just received her shots. I was able to visit whenever I wanted, Jennifer accommodated visits around MY schedule. She is amazing at returning my every text and phone call in the most reasonable amount of time, in my case it was just a few minutes every time. While on one of my many visits to see my pup, I saw firsthand how they took care of other puppies with affection and attention, even nail trims. The kennels are always clean, and Jennifer follows through with Puppy needs after purchase if need be. I cannot say enough nice things about this family owned business regarding the quality care they give, and the quality puppies they sell. If EVER we are in the market to buy another puppy, I would never, ever, go anywhere else including a breeder! I even got to come home with a surprise little package with my puppy purchase!

This is a family owned pet shop. What wonderful and caring people. I bought a sweet shih tzu puppy from Puppy Town and was so impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store we were warmly greeted. I knew exactly what breed I wanted and they had two available. I had such a hard time deciding between the two I must have played with both puppies for a very long time. The owners were patient and understanding. They answered all my questions about temperament, feeding, vaccinations, and caring for my puppy. I am so excited to be a new mommy to "Jazmine" I forgot to mention, my sister and brother have adopted puppies from Puppy Town too.

I purchased Kody from Puppy Town in May of 2022. He's a mini Bernedoodle. Kody is my first and best little dog. I'd had Rhodesian Ridgebacks before. I was told he'd probably be 30 pounds. He's 22 pounds and he'll be 2 years old, in March. His size is manageable for me. We moved east from Vegas when he was nine months old. He enjoyed the car ride. This year, he experienced his first snow. He learned to love it. My experience with Puppy Town was excellent. They even held my Puppy until the next day. I was given supplies for him. Kody did well in my home initially. He had a "brother," a 13 year old Poodle/Terrier mix, that helped to train him.

We bought our mini golden doodle from puppy town about three month ago. We love him so much 💕 he so sweet, smart and cute. The service was great they help out with everything . Jennifer was so nice and really showed she cared help take Ollie to my car and everything

I have had my mini Goldendoodle for 2.5 weeks. He is sooo cute, smart, happy and healthy! Very happy to have found Puppy Town. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pup. It's been a few weeks with my new pup now and I'm incredibly happy with her.I made an appointment and arrived at the appropriate time. I was given as much time as I wanted to hang out with the pups I was considering. After speaking with the lady, I let her know I had another dog at home and she recommended the dog I purchased. I actually appreciated this because the other dog was not exactly what I was looking for and also a bit more expensive. I was able to leave the dog there until the weekend so I could pick up supplies and get my place and frame of mind ready to care for a puppy.It's been a few weeks and my new pup is a dream. She's intelligent, understands a lot of words already, especially "go potty". We've had very few accidents in the house. She is getting along with my other dog, chases the cat, loves her humans, and is such a bundle of joy. I'm so impressed and happy that I want to recommend this place to anyone thinking of adding a pupper to their family.

We got our 3 month old baby Shih tzu today, Ariella Jade. She is beautiful, healthy, and lively. I cannot speak for those who may have not had a good experience but ours was nice. All of the puppies were happy and playful. Very clean place, and the dogs were just bathed. We were given a puppy pad for the ride home and Jennifer told us she may puke because of car sickness and she did, but being told that was important. Otherwise I would have freaked out thinking something was wrong. She has been home resting, drinking water and playing and we are absolutely in love.

Bought a toy poodle for $3400 from them. Obviously expensive for a dog, but he is 7 pounds which is what he should be! Adorable happy dog w no issues!

Snuggled into a little shop off Rainbow and Spring Mountain you will find this wonderful place. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and his relationship with the puppies. They are well handled, cuddled and loved. Nothing like what I have seen at other places around town. No inexperienced kids working off of commission here. We did adopt a wonderful English Bull for a very reasonable price. The process was very easy and smooth. The owner even sent a text that night to see if everything was well. And amazingly was available after hours a few days later when we had questions! Very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommended!

We bought our Yorkie Terrier on 11/22/19 at 2 months old. Got it for a reasonable price. Very reasonable & very competative in the price department. Jennifer is awesome! As first time pet owners, she guided us throughout the process and is accessible to any questions after the sale. We do give her calls from time to time when in doubt, and always gives us sound advice and reassurance. Our Yorkie already has been vaccinated initially and we would only need to do the boosters and neutering. She also does boarding of the puppy for our future traveling needs. This place allows you to play with the puppies to your hearts content which was nice (use alchogel 1st). They have a nice selection of breeds. It is a family owned business and their culture resonates throughout: very welcoming to customers and caring for our little friends. Interior is nice and clean place. Recommended 100% to everyone, especially for those who 1st time pet owners who are in doubt. Check this place to find the right puppy for you! 10/10

I don't recommend because they have small cages and at least 2 or more in a cage and they just puppies I think they should run around and also very over priced I think you should adopt it's way better and it' cheaper and your also saving a dog life!

I financed a puppy through Puppy Town and had my dog 3 weeks and had to rush her to the hospital with a severe upper respitory infection. She's had antibiotics and still has the infection. The hospital charged me $2,500 bc my Puppy had to be admitted. These dogs are very sick. I paid double for this Puppy.

Puppy Town definitely is the place to find your future puppy. They have great selections on puppies with reasonable pricing. Everybody there is always nice and always welcomes their guests. They always make sure you feel welcomed and they let you take your time playing with their pets. I finally found my perfect puppy and they have been so helpful to me whenever I had questions. Jennifer always answers to all my questions and concerns even during her busy schedule she still finds the time to make sure that my questions get answered. Her mother is Awesome as well she found me my perfect little pup and I am forever grateful to her!! I have a healthy and beautiful puppy that I love. I will definitely return back to Puppy Town, Jennifer thank you for everything.

Just bought my new fur-baby at Puppy Town! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. Jennifer was knowledgeable about all the breeds there. The dogs appeared happy and well cared for. My family has been wanting to add a fur baby for quite awhile. Based on the recommendation from a friend, we were told to check out Puppy Town. We went to the website and we immediately fell in love with the Maltipoo. We weren't looking for a big dog, but we wanted a small and playful dog. Needless to say, we found it and the staff at Puppy Town accommodated us.The owner was extremely welcoming and inviting. She will bring your future pet and allow you take as much time as you need to try and bond with the pet. She answered every question we had and you can rest assure what you get is well worth the price you'll be paying.Our newest family will be given a loving home and will be well taken care of. We can't thank Puppy Town enough for their professionalism.Five Stars isn't enough to rate it. Ten +! All the way!

We went to puppy town with 2 dogs in mind and left with our little Eskimo/Pomeranian mix. First I would like to start out with the customer service. Jennifer was outstanding. We got to see every dog we wanted and we never felt like we were being rushed. At other pet stores we were hesitant to ask for Dogs because of the attitude of the employees. We spent the time we needed to pick our little buddy and we couldn’t be happier. The best part about this is. After looking around other pet stores and seeing their pricing, you’ll want to buy 2 pets here. This place is reasonable and they are family owned which makes buying from here so comfortable. And a huge upside to this place was the happiness of the dogs. They had so much energy you can feel that the dogs were healthy. They even go to the grate to go to the bathroom! They are already on their way to being potty trained. This was a huge upside to picking our pup. I won’t even look anywhere else when picking our next fur buddies. If your looking for a place with amazing customer service, healthy and happy pups, at prices that don’t make you feel like your buying a 2010 Honda Civic, check out Puppy Town. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience here! The store had a lot of different breeds that the workers were all knowledgeable about. Jennifer helped us pick out a puppy that would fit our family’s lifestyle and gave us tips on basic puppy care! We went to Puppy Town yesterday looking for a female Maltese and came home with a toy female Maltese. OMG love her❤️❤️❤️. They were so nice, best Customer Service Ever. Puppy town is a fantastic puppy place. Before I found Puppy town I visited other puppy stores and did not find the same caring, happy, healthy staff and puppies. Jennifer and her Mom are fantastic care givers to these puppies. They answered all my questions and let me spend time with 3 puppies that I liked. I was able to see the puppy I wanted by spending the time and seeing if his personality would fit into my household. Quite frankly I wanted to bring home all three puppies but I already have 2 at home.i ended up buying a shihtzu mix who is adorable, healthy and happy. I can say that Puppy town is a happy town with the cutest, reasonably priced pups. Thanks Jennifer and Mom for my new cutie.

These guys were GREAT!!! We were so lucky to find this family owned store after doing just a little bit of research online. Mom (owner) and daughter (Jennifer) were excellent to work with. Puppies are well cared for and when we asked questions about where their dogs came from, how they were cared for and next steps after purchase - they were so accommodating and also very good at explaining the fine details. Their knowledge and obvious caring hearts for these dogs made this an easy choice. Would definitely reccomend and return for business if we were ever looking for a sibling for our new addition :)

My boyfriend and I had been looking for about a week for a cute little puppy! that was within our price range. We looked at other puppy stores but puppies were upwards of 5,000 (petland). We found our pure French bulldog here for 2,800. The staff was super friendly the puppies are adorable and well looked after and the best thing is that they are affordable. We love our new puppy.
