IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOGS DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE , I took mines for a grooming appointment they told me they will have her ready after 1 hour max , after one hour pass I called them they say 30 min after 30min I called again long story short they took like 3 hours “because they where busy” to give me my dog back, we know when we have the feeling something is not right!!! She comes back home sad didn’t wanna eat for a whole day took her to the vet and pay like 2k to literally save her life , they give her a tranquilizer pill or liquid , she is not aggressive she is not a dangerous dog !! I called them to make a complaint and ask them why they would do that without the permission of the owner!!! They never pick up the phone , THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN, or they going to ended up killing and causing damages to our pets !!!

Long time ago my 2 large dogs were there for grooming, was good… 10years later I took my little dog for grooming…. no way I will leave my baby with them. Place was so dirty, smell so bad.

I do not recommend! The smell is offensive and the place is so dirty. I made the appointment without reading reviews. I did leave my dog which I felt uneasy the whole time.I'm praying he dies not get sick. He was clean but the cut was un even.My mistake for not reading the reviews it's very shady . A homeless guy was outside waiting for his girlfriend who was inside working. Smelt like a mixture of bad dog poop cat poop drugs and whatever else.I try to support small business but I'm afraid this was not a good choice I made.

It's a family owned business, and the couple who own it are very very sweet and do an amazing job with the animals. My malamute was badly matted, because I failed to brush him a few months when my depression was at its worst, and they fixed him right up. They have a passion for animals and I highly recommend them.

This place needs to get shut down. I was given a tour prior to boarding my dog here and it was the worst place I’ve seen in my life. The place is not only dirty but unsafe for anyone to leave any type of animal under their care. This facility is run poorly. Everything inside is old and falling apart. I am so glad I was able to take the tour. Just ask them to give you a tour and you will understand what I mean. The grooming is also the worst and that’s because the people who work here are not groomers. The owner simply hires people that feel they are capable of shaving a dog. Lots of concerning issues happen here with grooming and lots of pets end up severely injured due to the groomers not having any experience at all.

Post from Kristina watts was again misleading because she left her dog with us she tipped at the end I don't see how a bad business experience would give that kind of return actions from the customer and she said that she smelled dog poop and cat poop that's what they'd do if you can't clean up immediately it does linger I apologize for that we try our best to get everything picked up as soon as possible. And I'm sorry I can't really respond on the other one about smelling drugs I don't know what those smell like I'm kind of concerned that she does and either she works for the DEA and sniffs out kilos of Coke or she has a better nose than her dog either one is fine with us we're not judgemental here.

I have taken my furry babies, Oreo & Mister to a couple of different salons but only satisfied so far with Puppy Love. Their employees provide a great & impressive grooming and boarding service from other pet salons I’ve been to. The full dog grooming service I get includes a hygienic bath, nail clipping & specialty haircut for my dog's breed and I’m pleased every time. I did have a bad experience with an unpleasant groomer a few months ago, but the manager made things right ASAP. That groomer no longer works there to my great relief. I am very impressed with their service & quality of the staff so I highly recommend Puppy Love to all my friends. Thanks guys.....

I really wish I would have listened to the bad reviews for this place! I will not be taking my dog here ever again! While the groomer was nice as a person, I don't think she was very experienced. I dropped my dog off for a 2 p.m. appointment and then waited and waited finally at 8 p.m. I just drove to the dog groomer and asked if my dog was ready and he was only half done if that. Then I had to help the groomer groom my own dog basically, getting covered in fur. The whole point of taking your dog to a groomer is so you don't have to deal with doing it yourself! I'm extremely disappointed and will not bring my dog there again and would not recommend anyone else do so! I didn't even get his nails clipped because it was too much of a hassle for her and I was already there for over an hour! Worst groomer experience ever and my dog doesn't even look that great!

Honestly if I had the choice to put no stars I would but this place stinks super bad I don’t even think they clean they really need to be shut down and I don’t think they disinfect their tools that they use to cut the dogs hair I was going to leave my dog, but I couldn’t stand the smell. Don’t even buy the Groupon because you will regret it. The place looks old, and falling apart. somebody needs to call the health district on them. They will get shut down immediately.

Decent service. Very patient with rescheduling. Inside seemed a bit dirty/dusty and smelled - products on display were messy and didn't have much there Seemed outdated as well.The cost display board seemed messy and rushed. Another board with information seemed to be erased. Definitely got a small business vibe but more effort could of be utilized for organization and looks. Its hard to find out costs.Took a while for someone to come to the counter several times but was pleasant and patient when she arrived. Good atmosphere but don't like the smell and the one dog that just comes out whenever he pleases. Nice dog but a bit unprofessional esp since I brought my kids in and the dog barks and then jumps up on us to be petted or to have a staring contest... Can be discouraging for some people esp with timid children.Overall I would consider returning because of the price and location. However the smell is a bit strong and the response to the door opening can be quicker even if its not a physical response...just a verbal is good to have if you can't leave your area.

My dear furry friend had his first professional grooming here and it couldn't have gone any better! It actually seemed like he had a good time and so did the groomer. My furry friend doesn't usually trust new people but our dear groomer at Puppy Love Pet Grooming had his trust in a heartbeat. I love how happy and clean he came out and I love the experience and care our favorite groomer brings to the table! Thank you so much!! We'll definitely be back.

I had a great grooming experience at Puppy Love from day one. Now I always bring my dog here because he looks happy when I leave him at this grooming shop. The staff seems very caring and loving too. This place provides full care pet services now, so it’s also a 1 stop pet facility where you can even buy food. The pets look very happy together, probably because they get to interact with other furry friends. The staff’s great. Plus, my dog looks super cute in a reasonable amount of time. I like that they always consult me on my choice of groom for my dog, as they make suggestions so I can make informed decisions. Because my dog has thick long hair, they recommend I leave a bit more hair during the winter and do a shorter puppy cut in the summer and I feel my dog is benefiting from their expert suggestions. Lastly, I recommend this place because my dog’s hair is always well groomed, he feels cuddly soft and looks happy when he’s back in my arms. I recommend this place as a satisfied, happy, return customer.....

I will never return to this business. Long story short, I picked up my dog 5 hours after her grooming appointment in which I dropped her off 10 minutes before schedule. I call 2 hours after her appointment to get a estimate on time, she was then only getting out of her bath and into the dryer. Meaning my dog waited around for 2 hours to begin her services? I understand if things come up and maybe your short staffed for the day but you should be considerate of your customers and say these things. If you would’ve let me know you were running 2 hours behind schedule I would’ve rescheduled, no problem. The person on the phone reassured me she wasn’t being caged in the meantime. She tells me she will be done by 4:30, if not sooner so I ask her to PLEASE call me as soon as she is ready. I arrive there at 4:23 with no call and there are no groomers there, only the front desk clerk. Now I’m very upset because I have no idea how long my dog has been finished? I ask to pay and take my dog home because she had already been there 5 hours which is absolutely crazy. I then had to wait 10 minutes in order for someone to respond to the mans text because he didn’t know how much to charge me. You can imagine at this point I am extremely aggravated and just want to pay and take my dog home. I ask him if there’s anyone else that can help and he says that he can only get a price from this particular person. Once he gets a response the price is over what I was quoted when I made the appointment. I asked what the reason for the up charge was and he then said to me he would have to send another message for an answer. I told him I would just pay the price because I just wanted to take my dog home. I asked him what the set up was like behind the wall where they kept the dogs. The lady on the phone said she wouldn’t be caged. Where is she? When I asked if she was caged he nodded. This is exactly why I like to pick up my dog as soon as she’s finished with her grooming appointments. It really bothers me to leave my dog caged for any longer then is needed. Then come to find out I have to either pay cash or by a particular cash app, something that should’ve been mentioned when I booked the appointment. Not being able to pay by card in a business is very unusual and unexpected. I am giving 2 stars because the haircut was fair .. the place smelled like urine when I came back to pick her up. I would never take her back there.

I was pleased to be on standby for a Sunday 5pm wash n light trim of my Maltese. The service was completed about 8pm. The service included some matted hair removal, combing, light triming, and a nice wash n fluff.My Maltese gets dirty quickly, but enjoyed a seemingly longer clean time. He was happier with the refreshed coat. I did get a blue puppy bandana. Overall I was pleased for the $50 combo price$35 for wash, and not the full additional $50 for trimming...not GREAT, but pretty well done. A dollar-tree puppy place..

My dog looked stunning after his haircut. I don't understand how I see a couple bad reviews, they trimmed my puppy, a maltepoo, flawlessly. Gave him excellent care and even a ribbon for being behaved. The price was very affordable and I'll be sure to return when his hair gets longer. They're not only informative and helpful but they make an excellent point that they're sure to make your pet feel safe while they groom it. I really enjoyed the experience and it was great having them cut my dogs hair for the first time.

A couple of points before my review: the no debit/credit payments and only digital wallet (venmo/zelle etc) I am not fond of.I understand it's a mom and pops style place, but there's a very strong animal smell. It could do with a deep clean.Brought my dog in while I was traveling because I needed him cleaned up.When I called, I explained he had already mostly been shaved, just his feet/legs and neck needed to be evened out. I was quoted one price but charged another on site. But at least she ended up letting me have the original rate after I questioned it.The main thing I asked for was his paw pads being shaved and cleaned up, and it was sadly *not* done.His right ear was over an inch longer than his left when I got him back, his mustache had a huge chunk missing on the right side, his legs were still patchy..I feel like there were too many dogs taken on that day for one person, which was unfortunate because quality takes time. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that - but I would have been happier if I didn't have to now take him somewhere else to fix this job :(2 stars for the job, but an extra star for the friendliness.

My puppy loves this place so I love this place. It’s been remodeled and looks great. I’m not the dog groomer type, but the groomers here are so patient and the staff so pleasant that they’ve made a believer out of me. I take him for a groom every month and he comes out looking cute, perfect and very happy. Prices are very good and reasonable for the services, and my dog is always happy and calm. I’ve started bringing him for day care every week and boarding when I have to go out of town, and he’s always happy and wagging his tail when I pick him up so I know he’s well taken care of. I wish I could give 10 stars. Very happy with Puppy Love Grooming staff. Will be back next month.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. I had to bring my dog in short notice on Sunday and I have to say it was the biggest mistake ever. I’ve should’ve waited even weeks.Place absolutely stinks, and I’m pretty sure Lady groomer lives in there with some guy seating in the back. I paid $45 on Groupon and it said Macy grooming but when I got there she asked for additional $15 because she said that Groupon deal is old, something that “previous” owners has established. IF you love your pets, please, I’m begging you please do not take them there. In fact, animal rights activist should shut that plays down immediately. I am attaching pictures just to show you how uneven and terrible haircut She gives for $60. Their concern about hygiene is at the bottom level. Didn’t bother to ask me about my pet’s vaccine. That woman should not be anywhere near pets. If you are reading this, please don’t ever go there.

Like most caring pet parents my little babies have become the most important part of my life. We pet owners bond very strongly with our babies. When I have to take time away from my babies, Puppy Love Pet Pet Salon is important in helping me provide smooth and loving supervision for my pets. Of all pet stores I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many pet stores, I heartily recommend Puppy Love because of the wonderful staff, fair prices, and fabulous care provided by these fellow caring and loving pet caregivers who work at Puppy Love. My pets get plenty of exercise, many healthy walks, healthy treats, lots of hugs & great care. It shows because they’re so happy when I pick them up from their day care and grooming spa vacay. After playing with other dogs, they get a nice bath & pretty hair cuts topped off with fine little bows, and look so cute. They look, feel and smell very fresh too. Even their breath smells nice. I couldn’t be happier after I pick them up. I rarely recommend these pet service places, as something is always missing. But this place is different. Since the first time I used this location I’ve been completely satisfied. They pamper my dogs. I watch them wash my dogs’ hair very gently. I was so impressed with the awesome care provided to my dogs that I have recommended to many of my friends who are also impressed with their services. Puppy Love does an amazing job. The staff is friendly, and always aiming to please. They go above and beyond. I am an extremely happy repeat customer. Looking forward to our next visit in the next 3 weeks. I highly recommend Puppy Love. It is truly about love here..........

This place is horrible. I took my dog there just to have him wait 2 hrs before getting attended and to my surprise I find out 2 days later by the vet that he got a virus in there. When I say this place is so unsanitary… i mean it’s UNSANITARY. As soon as you walk in, it smells absolutely horrible. I have never been to a grooming place that smelled that bad. It looks absolutely dirty. I was really disappointed with experience and frankly i’m a little mad but I hope dog owners are aware of the future consequences of choosing a place like this.

G Puppy Love provide the most loving & affordable daycare in town. It was really good for my dog Tazzy who usually gets stressed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff too. They know my dog well and update me on how his day went while I’m away. I never feel worried during the day because I know he is in good hands. Fun daycare and great boarding services too. Best prices around town too. We both love coming here.

I work extended hours since starting my own business last year. So, I just don’t have the time that I want to take care of my puppy like I want to. I adore my little Oreo, but I am unable to take care of him properly which breaks my heart. I hate living him alone all day, then at night I’m too tired to walk him and give him the attention my little baby needs. Luckily while complaining about this to my friend, she recommended this local boarding, grooming place to me.She said she takes her dogs there and they’re always happy and look good. She told me the place was called Puppy Love Grooming. She said her dogs always enjoyed their time grooming and boarding there due to the welcoming environment there for pets. The dogs get nice, long walks, great service & loving care because the people who love there are crazy about dogs & cats too. This place is ideal for a fun pet stay for your baby while you’re away from them. My friend calls it the ultimate staycation destination for all furry babies. I highly recommend this place for puppy, dog, cat lovers and lovers of our trusting animals. Your dog will grow strong, learn positive behavior while getting plenty of exercise, lots of love, play time, happiness & joy like my Oreo has. They’ll also do grooming. I get a discount on grooming for my many repeat boarding stays. Oreo and I are very satisfied with Puppy Love..........
