Our baby boy arrived last night and he is sooo precious. This was a seamless process. We contacted Puppy Heaven sharing what type of dog we were desiring. They were patient with us as we selected our little guy. There was ongoing communication regarding his travel plans etc. They called upon his arrival and continued to check in with us. Got to look at multiple doggies to see what their personalities are like.Some were new arrivals so they were a bit shy and nervous which is understandable. Stay away from this place they claim they are selling tea cup and toy yorkies and it’s not true. We purchased what they claimed was a toy yorkie and they said parents were not more than 4.5 pounds our dog has doubled that. We called and they said they do their best. I get 1 pound or less but double the size? Straight scam!!!

I had an idea of the kind of dog I wanted and she answered all my questions regarding the breeds, their temperament, size, etc to help me make an informed decision. It’s almost been a month now since I brought home my baby from here, my husband and I were just browsing when I found out that this place was right next door and we decided to browse their website and I fell in love we had called them to ask if he was still available and sure enough he was they let us come down that same evening to meet him and we got to hold him due to all his vaccines were up to date I was so happy and I got to go home with the puppy I wanted!How can you not want all those cute little faces apart of your family hehe the staff were all so sweet no pressure at all they made sure we had everything we needed from his vaccine records to all other information including his breed they do state that based off their knowledge what kind of breed they are and that he is a havashu but he does have that Maltese hair but his breed doesn’t matter to me he is just too cute and we all adore him! They made sure we understood what to do when bringing him home for the first time. It’s best to understand different breeds especially if you have never owned a certain one because their all unique in their own way but it helps to be prepared..He’s adjusted quite well and is very healthy and playful so full of energy thank you puppy heaven :)

Sales service was pretty good except the two doggies presented were adorable, playful happy dogs. But when I looked back at the stock, of perhaps 30 dogs they seemed lethargic and the opposite of the dogs in brought out to the play area in front. Ridiculously overpriced as they are actually just runts of a litter prone to health issues. I am totally against the sale of animals when our pounds are overflowing with cats and dogs. I did seven years ago purchase a 10 pound "throwback" Pom from them for $400, after searching for a rescue. I guess she wasn't the Teacup that they expected. She was up to date on her shots and healthy and was adorable. But I would never pay $5000 for a dog, even if I would by a dog. Seriously?

Unfortunately I believe this store sells puppies from puppy mills. I walked in excited to see the cute little puppies and almost immediately had to walk back out due to the inhumane conditions and sick appearance of several puppies. Many had diarrhea, one even with worms, and one with blood in its poop that smelled extremely bad. Another puppy appeared to have some sort of congenital deformity as its head was extremely big and it just seemed a little off and acted weird. Overall a really sad situation, do not support this store.

After long research into different pet shops we decided on puppy heaven. We look at a few different dogs. My daughter fell in love with the first one but I told her we have to discuss it first as this is a big investment. What impressed me the most is at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase and all my endless questions were answered. I appreciate and recommend puppy Heaven a 100 percent.

After searching for a Pomeranian puppy locally, I adopted a beautiful all white little girl from here last week. I've seen some mixed reviews for this place, but my experience was wonderful. They even text me the following day to make sure she was doing well. My new fur baby, who I renamed Bianca, is happy and healthy. I took her to my vet on Monday for her initial check up, and they confirmed she is perfectly fine. She is so sweet, affectionate and playful. I'm very grateful to have found her.
