My girlfriend went into this store just to browse and ended up falling in love with a female Frenchie. She begged me to come and play with her. This store has a couple of private rooms where you can play and interact with the puppies. I was hesitant at first since I’ve heard horror stories about puppy mill pets. When I walked in, I was very impressed. This place is clean and all the puppies seemed healthy and active. Nico and Calvin spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable about their animals and they have all of their records. From birth, transport to arrival. I did not expect that at all! So, 3 weeks after the initial visit, I ended up walking out with not one but two Frenchies! I went by myself this time to buy them so I can surprise my girlfriend. The store manager, Kathleen, gave me an awesome deal for purchasing 2 puppies at the same time! They seemed very healthy and happy! They acclimated with our other pets immediately! I highly recommend this store. Everyone was helpful, friendly and not pushy! Thank you, PBLV!

Grooming services on point!! They did an amazing Job with my fussy 6 month old toy poodle. The groomer knows what she’s doing. This is the place to be for puppy grooming. She even took time to give us an advice and sometimes would give us free samples. The best in the city.

It's been over a year since I bought my french bulldog here, and I'm happy to report he has been in great health and has been the best addition to my family! The day we walked in, we must have spent a couple hours just playing with the puppy - never felt rushed, the employees answered all our questions and were happy to help. They made the process so easy, and I was thrilled that they had a vet lined up for the first check up after we brought him home (and already had him microchipped!).I stuck to what you're supposed to do with puppies, which is keeping them indoors and away from other non-vaccinated pets until he received all of his vaccinations. Clean bill of health!I moved out of state a year ago for work, but once I'm back in town, we plan to be back to add another frenchie to the family. Puppy Boutique will be our first and final stop! These guys are the BEST! They are so friendly and helpful, and didnt pressure us at all. We found a sweet, adorable pup that we fell in love with...they let my husband and I spend time in private playing with her and getting to know her. I adopted a rescue puppy two weeks prior to my appointment and his fur was matted. The lady treated my puppy like a new born baby. She held , cuddled and rubbed him. The appointment took approximately 1 1/2 hours but it was worth the wait. He was beautiful when they finished. They even cleaned his ears and put a bandanna on him. They only charged $65 for everything. This place treated my pet like a person and I couldn't of ask for better customer service!!UPDATE: Went back for another appointment with my puppy Hector and the service was still EXELLENT!!

The staff has been ext helpful and thoughtful during all of our puppy transactions. We feel very confident in their puppy selection and the breeders they use. Our dogs have been more than we could have hoped for in regards to their health and disposition. Puppy Boutique offers a great selection of puppies at a price that’s more in line with a consumers budget without giving up the same warranties and guarantees as its competitors. I have lived in Las Vegas for the last 30+ years and haven’t found a puppy store that even comes close to this store. The employees are all very friendly and willing to take the time to really find the puppy that fits our wants and needs.

As soon as we saw the puppy's eyes, they were ours. She had an adorable tummy and it only took playing with her for a little while before deciding that this would be our little girl! The associate who met us was also very nice, knowing everything about dogs makes all of your decisions easier when you're in such trouble over which pet to get because there are so many options available at any given moment.
