I searched for a window treatment company on Google right after I closed on my home, and came across Pinnacle Decor LLC’s great reviews.Milko and his team did not disappoint! The installation was done within 2 weeks once they’ve received the order and placed with care.This motorized shade is an investment providing privacy and light control (energy efficient).I’ve also had cordless blinds installed for 3 other windows that also make the home look modern.I am a satisfied customer that HIGHLY recommends motorized shades for families with children, pet owners, and homeowners.If you want great results please don’t hesitate in contacting this company.

Recently purchased a new home and used the company that installed the front blinds(the house only came with blinds for the front windows). First they make it a hassle to pay, they REQUIRE you pay in full prior to ANY service. Should have been the first red flag! Then the scheduling was so off, the scheduler just called me and asked if I was home bc the installer was outside. (scheduled prior twice and they did not show.) The installer did not speak English. The price was too high for subpar blinds. I regret not going elsewhere in general. The only reason this is not a one star review is because although I barely understood the installer I could tell he tried his best to communicate and keep my house clean.

Bought a new home and wanted to use the same company the builder used. Felt it was overpriced . They make you pay up front no payment plan. Wasn’t the best communication either . Had to keep calling because it went past the schedule they gave me. installation was fine which is why they got a 3 instead of a complaint.

Pinnacle Decor LLC. did not disappoint!They were VERY professional, and installed nine blinds within 30 minutes (give or take). Very experienced & professional!I even joked and said that they could probably install these blinds with their eyes closed because of the great job they did in such a short period of time!10/10 would recommend and use again in the further!
