The workers there have amazing customer service! There is always someone there to answer phone calls in less then 3 minutes. I never had such great service in store either. Very helpful 😁

Service was good, lots of rules. Expect to protect your pet, but br sure to speak with groomer not just any jomoke that answers the phone.We were a walk in, but we're taken quickly.Just nail trim, but staff was helpful and caring

I have been taking my dog to this location for grooming for 3 years and have always left happy, last time they even sent my dog home with the cutest report card, snacks and my dog always leaves excited. This time the service was terrible. They called me for what I assumed is pickup, I called right back when they finally picked up the person who answered hung up on me. Assuming they were notifying that the service was complete, I went in. After waiting in the lobby for a half hour with 0 customer service representatives I used the buzzer for the 3rd time, then called the store I was standing in to hopefully get ahold of anybody who worked there. Upon pickup they told me they didn't cut her nails because "They had a hard time with the blow dryer and she seemed stressed from the blowdryer" but could ask their manager to do it if I wanted, then continued to explain it was a busy day. Irritated I have already waisted 45 minutes trying to get ahold of a human that works there I was not going to sit there for another hour for them to finish the service because they overbooked. I paid in full for the summer upgrade package with bandana and did not receive that either. They offered to do her nails later this week with no actual paperwork or anything to receive this nail trimming, not to mention my dog is an elderly Lab that has a hard time getting in and out of vehicles.Summary:Do not reccomend 👎

Your neighborhood pet supply store nothing extraordinary, the attendants are fairly pleasant. It's a better/ faster choice than the mega stores if all your looking for is pet supplies.

Este negocio debería mejorar en el trato con los clientes porque si ellos reciben un salario es porque los clientes de una manera u otra pagan esos salarios, fui a llevar a mi perrito para que le cortaran el pelo y el trato fue devastador, debería haber personal que sea bilingüe, hay clientes que no hablan el idioma, yo soy cliente de esta compañía, compro productos para peces tropicales y a veces los precios exceden del valor real y ya amazon venden productos que se pueden adquirir sin gastar gasolina y lo ponen en la puerta de la casa, gracias.
