I went to bathe my Bella Grace, nice clean bathing area. They gave me towels, shampoo and conditioner. They even had grooming tools. Price was a little high for do it yourself considering I pd 45.00 for a full groom and I wasn’t tired after the groom because I was exhausted after giving Bella Grace a bath. I couldn’t go see my grandkids.

The staff were very loving and caring. Dexter is generally happy anyway, and this didn't seem to phase him. They were patient, even when other groomers stopped halfway through the cut because he was squirmy. He got a full cut, exactly as I wanted. Very happy and will go back!

Had my dog boarded here for a couple days with a grooming appointment scheduled for the day of pick up. She should have been ready around noon, with it almost at 3pm and no call, I called them and was told she had been ready for hours. When I started to sternly but calmly ask questions I was hung up on after being told to stop yelling (which I was not and can prove as I have my own business with video and audio monitoring.)Upon visiting the store and asking to speak with the manager all he had to say multiple times to my concerns were a monotone okay.How can I trust that my dog is being properly taken care of when this location has such a unconcerned (manager) or aggressive (grooming salon) attitude.

They took such good care of my dog and calmed her when she became a little nervous. They treated her like she was their dog. Their affection for dogs is genuine.

Payed for the bath with Furminator, pet was still shedding alot as soon as we took him home. Ill stick with bathing him myself or looking elsewhere.

I wasn't there for grooming I was there for a complete Choice dry cat food that they sell out and they refuse to put on the Shelf
