Booked a morning appointment with Litzy (I’m hoping that’s her name! Sorry), who was the groomer responsible for my pup. This was his first time and he did well with her.My only grievance is the clarity of the process was very confusing. You leave your pup “in queue” and depending on how long each pooch’s appointment takes is when yours will be seen. The clerk wasn’t very proactively informative. Tiny check in area and had to wait inside the store to keep all the fur babies from getting too riled up and excited 😊. His wash and nail clipping was immaculate! Thank you LITZY!!!! ♥️

Take my dog for nail grinds. Been taking her for almost 8 yrs. The last year or so it's been hit or miss if her nails are done correctly. Sometimes some nails are barely touched. Some have nail stuff hanging off of them. Sharp edges that tear my pants or will cut you. I have to go back & demand my money back or have the manger redo. A couple times I just left angry. Kevin is excellent at it. But I don't have his schedule memorized.

We moved here recently from out of state. Our Cavalier King Charles is 7 years old, and had been seeing her Groomer since she was a baby. We took her to PetSmart a month ago and again today. The Groomer, Josh, did a good job both times. however, she will never go back. I asked for the Summer Special add on of $35. This included special smelling shampoo & conditioner, nail grinding teeth brushing, a bandana, cookie and coupon book. We asked for a lightening shampoo and expected to be charged for that à la carte. We walked out with a bill for $91.00, $56 for their regular bundle (which must have included more add ons) and $35 for the Special. I was told she was shampoo ed twice, once regular and once with Special shampoo. Some of the services were in both packages, so we were billed twice. My husband signed a page long fine print paper which told us what they were doing. This is a sneaky way of taking total advantage of the customer ~ paying for services twice. Caution: beware, read the paper you have to sign closely and know EXACTLY what you’re paying for. There were two dogs behind us in a very small space. They are baiting and switching. Had to shampoo my dog twice, once for the regular package and the second time with the sweet smelling shampoo indeed! We will not be back. They say they will text you, but they don’t. If you do decide to go here, know EXACTLY what they are doing, and EXACTLY what you’ll be charged!

I went in to get my pomeranian's nails clipped and a trim 💚 They were absolutely amazing with him and his trim came out perfect. I'll definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend

My chihuahua gets the Pawdicure Plus. They trim and grind his claws, pad shave and trim if needed, clean his ears and teeth. All for $26 plus Gen tip, no appointment needed.

Well I don't frequent this retailer often But they do grind my fur baby's nails and it's quite affordable $20.00 can't beat that with a Stick considering I have a vet facility close to my home and they wanted $31.00 just to grind the Fur Baby's nails I asked them what the hell are you doing but grinding for $31.00 I can get my nails done for that price I'll be reviewing that Vet soon on here there way to pricey

They charge over $60 for cat bath and trim... my vet charges $35 for both... you do the math.
