We went into the store looking for a Bearded Dragon. Knowing little about them and what they needed, Sierra was quick to offer help. From the beginning to the end, not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the pet, but she was all smiles and extremely patient. We had my two kids, their two friends and all are younger over excited kids. Sierra helped us find our next friend, plus she helped us with what we needed to have in its cage, eating schedules, etc… from beginning to end (about an hour) she was there helping us. Sierra, thanks again for making our experience one to remember. While we have had bad experiences at this store, Sierra helped to make this one great. Store owners, if y’all are listening, she deserves a raise, a bonus and the employee of the month award. What a terrific individual. Clearly she loves her job and that goes a long way when helping others. A+++!!

It's clean I've never had stock issues and it's great for pet adoptions. I've not used the grooming, vet or boarding and am not really shopping. I buy 2 things and jet 😏. The fish look a little unhealthy...

Decided to make my “pond” natural and the recommended amount of dirt turned my fishes water to what looked like coffee and it never settled. Jackie and Abcdee and one other manager whose name I didn’t get did an amazing job at helping me get my pond to where it needed to be! It was a chore but they were so incredibly kind and understanding and now my Koi pond (large planting pot and feeder fish lol) are so happy!! Thanks guys!!!

Good location. It has the food we need, clean and it's nice to see the cute kitties that are up for adoption even though it makes me want to adopt them all.

The location and selection is great, the staff are friendly but they are very undermanned. Lines reach down the main aisle regularly. One serious issue is the feline adoption program that shows up on the weekend has discriminatory practices as I was asked private questions about my life and lifestyle in order to adopt a kitten. I don't believe a life questionnaire is required to adopt a pet.

This place is amazing for cat,dog,bird, and fish owners. There is everything from food and toys, to tanks and rocks with PetSmart. Their prices are actually really decent and they always have really cute cats that you can adopt. They also have little shops where you can get your dogs hair cut and cleaned.

The manager, Bree, is fantastic and always helps me with whatever I need. Customer service from her is top notch. Inventory for crickets is always low or out, but other than that I always feel taken care of by Bree. I bought my Chinese Water Dragon, Bossk, there a year ago and he is an amazing pet.

Needs more dog clothes and I went to 3 PetSmart's , 2 in Las Vegas and 1 in El Cajon, all out of Royal Caine adult extra small hard dog food, they said it was back ordered, never had that happen before.

This trip I went to go check out what kitties they had for adoption. They had a bunch of these really cute kittens all around 4 to 5 months old and there $100 each. Me and my boyfriend are thinking about getting one soon. It always feels good knowing you're giving an animal a good home. And of course I would buy all the accessories and stuff that I would need to go with the kitty. Like a litter box litter and of course Kitty toys!! I just love kittens they're so playful and just fun to be around. Can't wait to have one myself!

Lily did a great job bathing my puppy! When I went in to pick up my pup, all the other ladies were giving her so much attention and she was just eating it up. Needless to say, I think my pup had a great time and we will definitely be back!

I shop there all the time for supplies for my cat. Customer service is more hit than miss but I do get some misses occasionally. I hate that they have a wall full of beta fish just dying in their containers. That bothers me as an animal lover.

We bought a lemon fish from there and some gravel they were very helpful. One of our fish died a couple of days later and they stuck by their 14-day return policy so we did pick out another one would definitely go there again

We went in for a trip for our Remi’s gotcha day. The set up, and supplies were like all other Petsmarts, but the employees were not! We interacted with 2 different associates and they were both very rude. If you hate your job, get a new one-everyone is hiring. I’ll drive a bit farther next time to Petco where the employees are friendly and kind.
