Few months ago got a baby leopard gecko, looked good and happy, she was thriving in her new tank and set up, recently she started loosing weight and looks sick. we took her to the vet turns out she was born with parasites and metabolic bone disease, not to mention a almost 600$ check from veterinary just to help her get better. Vet said its better to not purchase exotic animals from pet stores like this due to how they treat them.

The employees at this store are all super helpful and friendly. They respond fast when you need assistance on an aisle, and from my experience, they are all very knowledgeable. The selection was pretty good, and they'll often have some good deals when you go inside. My most recent visit I was able to pretty much get 50% off everything from the sale items they usually put on display when you walk-in. I had a coupon and didn't even need to use it so I just left it for someone else who may be able to and the cashier was super helpful and patient forgot his name but he was super cool! I definitely prefer this location over the one on Stephanie st. there's a few nice people in there too but this green valley location never misses for me.

Summer was such a great help!! I was needing a particular brand of dog food and sadly they didn't have it but she helped me search for something very very similar in ingredients! Long story short, we worked it out for my baby. Thanks!!

Everyone is super helpful and of course pets are welcome. Bella had an accident while we were in the store and they even have little cleanup stations. The staff are always amazing and knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to help out. We love it here for all of our toy, food, and grooming needs!

Always a decent selection, the prices are acceptable parking's good, people are nice. However sometimes it's a little bit tough to find help when you're looking for something that's not mainstream. Other than that, all good.

The store was clean, picked up my dad's dog from the groomers area he was so happy and looked so good after they took care of him. The ladies there were all super nice and friendly. The price was good as well.

Found the water additive for Bella's breath & apparently it has stuff in it for skin health too. Great place to get your pup's nails clipped/grinded as well, they are very gentle & nurturing.

My friend was buying a bird and one of the employees grabbed the bird incorrectly by grabbing the tail. They don't check to see if the animals have been sick, like they don't care. When we told the cashier who checked us out, about the employee, she didn't care what we said. Totally ignored what we said.

This was a nice and clean Petsmart. I was in the store a good 30 min before anyone asked me if I needed help. I didn't need help but it's so hard to find associates sometimes. Everything was good though, they had everything I was looking for.
