This store is very clean and just feels comfortable. Something about the lighting was just right. The employee that helped me in the cat adoption center made me feel very comfortable. I usually have horrible social anxiety but she had a super chill vibe that just made the interaction extremely easy for me. Would recommend this store to anyone! Thank you so much for your help!

I've been going here for years with my pug and poodle. They both require very different care and this place never disappoints. The groomers are friendly and my dogs always come out looking like a million bucks.

This was my 2nd visit to the grooming salon and I highly recommend Nicole. She did an amazing job on my mini poodle. The color was done by me before his app. The haircut is excellent. Happy Fall! Happy Halloween!

This star is for the grooming salon.I dropped my dog off at 9:30 am today. It is 3:58 pm and my dog is still there. I had to call to check if he was ready. This is unacceptable! How long it takes for a bath and grooming?Where do they keep our dogs while they are there?Now I understand why my dog started shaking as soon we walked in and why he didn’t want to go in. To complete my “happiness” they dragged my dog in (a 3lb Maltese). I left the place with a heavy heart but I tried to understand that this may be a policy or whatever but now thinking about it I believe that I was wrong and that I payed to have my dog mistreat and locked in a cage for hours.

I bought fish for my aquarium on two separate visiting mostly at night. Both times helped by the young ladies that work there. Always friendly and knowledgeable about aquarium fish.Nice store with products that I need.

I took my boy in for the first time to this PetSmart to get groomed and I definitely will be back HUGE SHOUT OUT TO DIANE D!!!!!!! Thank you so much you listened to me and what I asked for and went above and beyond my boy looks, feels, smells so good. Thank you so much. To any manager at this store reading this you got an awesome employee and a repeat customer because of her.

Got my two pit bull pups some winter sweaters!! There so cute!! They have such a good variety right now too. Christmas themed ones an then some some mire normal styles. They also have a more of a coat variety also. I chose these two that have little dog bones all over them. One in blue an one in pink!!

My dog was caught in her harness and Dr Sultan saw her right away. When I told my pup we were going to see her she got so excited! When the pet gets excited to see her Vet it says a lot! Thanks Dr Sultan for loving our fur babies.

I have both supper good and not so good options of them. People were going out of their way to help me, and people just so stuck on policy them were actually cold towards the pet. On, more than one occasion, I was turned down on food for my diabetic little dog. Someone stood my phone and I didn't have a copy of the perspiration and the Manger of the store would not sell me one. I told them I would bring a copy of it the next day from my vet . And they still would not sell me one can to hold my little one over to the following day. I think that is cold and cruel towards animals.

Kind of stinky today. Lots of holiday toys. Frisbee's on sale for 47 cents. An interesting ED toy. Several crinkle toys were $2.99 or less. Cute costumes!

We've been taking our dogs here for years they are amazing. So nice and professional. Our dogs love them. The hospital and store front are amazing, although I would not recommend the groomers here. I had a really horrible experience with them, and one of our dogs were not happy and looked petrified when we picked them up.

Save time and money by shopping at PetSmart first. Think about it like this. Having the right and best tool for a job. Not only will you have more money in your pocket after shopping at PetSmart, you will have happier pets that love you even more for getting the best for them every time and having more time to spend with them because you were able to get everything your pet needs under one roof.

The store is clean. The staff are friendly. I use the groomers and I'm very happy. The online payment is convenient since there is a long line at checkout sometimes. The prices seem high but there is a wide selection. Parking is free. I've never used the bathrooms.

We always go there to get our 2 fur baby's dry food an our tropical fish food too! But this time I don't have a good experience I want to buy some Angel fish, 🐠🐠 for my fish tank the employee was a African American woman, and she refused to sell the Angel fish, She say my fish tank was to small,! Sometimes it's not what you say it's how you say , and she was rude ,she it's there to work and do her job , not to be rude with the customers!🤷🏻‍♀️😯😡😠🐠🐠 and the end I get 4 fish but I really want the Angel fish !🐠

Was great! Found the right food for my fur baby with kidney problem, that her vet prescribed. Very nice and clean store all organized. People/workers are helpfully with finding the right items that I needed even though all isles are marked. Bandfield workers were so nice and helpful also.

If I could give a zero I would. I had recently move and transferred my pet service to this location. Had an appointment for a drop of at 10:15a at 10:40a still waiting for someone to come get the dog. What is the hold up. It’s a drop off! I had been with band field for many years and had never have to wait this long for a drop off. This location customer service needs to be improved. I guess I have to drive back to my previous Pestsmart location to get good service.

Horrible horrible horrible from Bre with the short hair and glasses. She was very rude to my elderly handicapped father. My father spent over $1200 at the store and Bre called my father dumb and when I called to complain the very rude and unprofessional Carmen the store manager smh 🤦‍♀️ is super rude to me trying to holler at me…. I asked her to please stop yelling so we could find a solution… she didn’t know what to do… horrible management and customer service agents. We will take our business elsewhere asI hope you all do too. If you’re elderly or disabled do NOT shop here. Save your fur baby and self from terrible treatment. My poor Father’s in tears because of this treatment… shame on you all!

They throw away live animals !!!!! Petsmart claims to care about animals, they have countless charities dedicated to helping pets and their overall well being and their customers put their trust in them as a company to have their best interest at heart but Petsmart is nothing but a greedy corporation just like the rest of them.. I will never shop there again and if I can help it, none of my friends and family will be either ! there are countless videos out there of dumpster divers finding live animals being thrown out like garbage and we’re not talking about insects or bugs…so if you’re reading this, please reconsider shopping here. If you don’t believe me, do your own research.
