Got to the door right before 7pm and this lady wouldn’t let me in. Very rude, didn’t even batt an eye. Walked up and just blurted out WERE CLOSE! And turned away. Holding the sliding door as if I’m gonna force my way in. I’m an avid shopper to this location and pet smart in general. Guess this location is done. And this lady needs an attitude adjustment. Someone please address this lady. As I sit here and watch her turn everyone away and just stare at the cashier as if she’s indicating for the cashier to hurry up and get these people out of here. Very unprofessional.

My daughter loves coming here and seeing all of the animals. They even have adoption events, which are pretty fun for children. We mainly come here for aquarium supplies and fish.

After having lost our two long time family cats ( 20 plus years ) we stop by during an adoption event and adopted to beautiful kittens. The day we stopped in a local celebrity was working the adoption center and helped us pick out the two kittens we wanted. I Was a little disappointed that the store did not have available the adoption coupon booklets for reduced prices on food, but it was a busy adoption weekend and they had run out.

This was my first visit to the store. It was clean and neat, and has wide selection of the products. I could buy all that I wanted to . I keep a very friendly cat and consider her a family member. Your store will surely make her happy from now. Keep up your fine work.

I'm really pleased with Petsmart's selection for bearded dragons. They always have a good variety of live feed like mealworms and superworms, plus quality food options. Their sales on bearded dragon cages offer great value, and the selection of lights and accessories is top-notch. Highly recommend for reptile owners!"

Caring, sweet and helpful staff. Always a wonderful experience! Pet lovers are the best! Anyone who works at a pet store are always friendly, warm and inviting.Also love the groomers. I understand petsmart making sure to take care of our pets by setting muzzle rules but they also need to protect their employees. If a customer says it’s ok to muzzle especially since the customer knows their dog is afraid of brushes and furminators, they should allow their employee to muzzle before potentially getting bit. They can still take 20 minute breaks. I know they will do everything to make sure my dog is just fine, I want to make sure they are safe too.Added some cute photos of their Halloween items they now have available.❤️

Update: I came to this Petsmart Store again yesterday and Kenny assisted me at the register and was absolutely fantastic! Kenny was extremely helpful answering all my questions related to various pet food and was just so much fun to talk to! Kenny is brilliant in all things pertaining to animals and I really appreciated her taking the time to help me in great detail while checking my items out at the same time! Kenny and Joey are both hard working employees of this Petsmart for sure!This is my absolute favorite Petsmart to shop at on this planet! Seriously the customer service is outstanding, the birds, fish and all the critters seem well cared for, it's clean and today there were 3 registers open to accommodate all the people shopping for the holidays! Joey checked our items out and she was OUTSTANDING! Joey's customer service as well as all the others we have encountered working at the register have ALWAYS been so friendly, upbeat, helpful and professional! 10+ Stars easily! Keep up the excellent job and thank you again Joey!!!

My one complaint is I asked for help to change the email on file as that is the only way to receive coupons to save money on the catfood I purchase and the person at the register either couldn't do it or wouldn't? I may choose to switch to Petco. I buy high end food for my cat and they only reward via email. Why not via my cell phone, that's the identifier when I'm at the register?

Won’t come back here. First they didn’t save my dogs vaccine info from 3 weeks ago when he had a bath. I was not greeted nicely at all. Jordan Y..The girl I worked with was a piece of trash and shouldnt be working with dogs. Doesn’t know methods of descalation when you can clearly see a dog getting stressed out. I was trying to remove the stress and she wouldn’t take the pup because she doesn’t know how to deal with dogs. Even the other employees were telling her how to get the dog away to calm him.The store was closed so I was stuck at front door for several minutes waiting for them to let me in… they threatened to cancel my appt cause I didn’t get to the grooming area until after 15mins of my appt but it was their fault.How about train your employees how to have personable skills. Maybe wait at the front door when store is not open so they can let their appt in. I was on a tight schedule with vet appointments and baths and other things to prepare for holiday travel so thanks a lot for ruining my weekend!!! Would not recommend to anybody.My dog had never had an issue with getting groomed. Dogs can read energy and clearly she isn’t a good person

There was this old lady that kept suspecting me and my friends only because we came in silly but then we acted very silent and walked around but she kept looking at us that made us uncomfortable although the store was cool there was some nice stuff

Every now and than I go here because it’s so close to office max and pier 1. I was super happy I found a Halloween costume for my son recently when I went how ever it kind of sucked I brought a bone too but I had to take it back it had something crawling around in it it look like ants. I returned the bone the Manager on duty was super nice she took them all off the shelve she was nervous it was inside of all of them.

Erandi is a grooming tech and needs to be singled out. My boy Gary just turned 14 and is losing sight and hearing, but comes home every single time ready to walk around the block to show off his haircut after his visits. Thank you guys so much

I always come to this location for our fish tank needs. The store is always clean and the staff is always ready to help out. Found exactly what I was looking for, a new heater for the tank. They have FUPI cats in the front sometimes that need homes. Will definitely be back.

A very nice pet store for my fur baby. It has everything we need. From excellent quality dog foods to natural treats and all the toys he needs. The are always nice and friendly. They thank you each time you shop. I live not far from this location and we love coming here. I highly recommend this pet store. They also have a free store membership which allows you to save more from your total purchase price.However, some of the products are pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Higher quality dog food and treats will cost now these days.

Took my dog to the groomers here for the second time and received quite the hack job. First they told me once again to bring his updated rabies vaccination documents when i had provided them in my last visit. Then they asked how i would like his hair cut, i asked them to shave his body and clean up his face, leaving the beard and eye brows for the traditional schnauzer face. His face came out fine but the rest was awful. They buzzed a stripe on each leg and left the rest of the hair. Did not clean up behind his ears and left a patch of longer hair on his shoulder. I didn’t realize much of this until i got him home, but i will not be returning for their services. Not sure why i paid $43 for something i could’ve done at home.

This is the worse PetSmart location. The groomer Christa S. has a terrible attitude and has cancelled my dog's grooming appointment twice for small miscellaneous reasons upon us arriving at our appointment. When I called in to speak with the store manager named Robin to make a complaint, she was just as rude and she hung up in my face when I caught her in a lie. She didn't care about my concerns, her goal was to take up for her employee Christina. She went as far as to lie and say she witnessed my dogs matted hair until I caught her in a lie. Once she was caught in a lie, she changed her story and told me that she had never said she saw it for herself. Then, she ended the call while I was speaking. Don't go to the Tropicana and Fort Apache location. I've never had a problem at any other location.

The staff was very helpful and patient when helping me learn how to set up my fish tank. The sales lady spent a lot of time with me giving me advice and helping me pick fish that go well together. Management was great too.

We brought our dog & he loved it. The store was clean & the staff was helpful & pleasant. All of the aisles were labeled, making it easy to find what we were looking for. When I got to the cashier, she was able to locate my rewards acct by phone # (very convenient). It was a great experience.

I really need a management to reply this .. we spend $80 and did not get a service for my Puppy - yourkypoo… and everyone was rude .. horrible service… didn’t get anything done to my puppy … I know there’s a bad and good day for everyone but seems like everyone in that store was a having a horrible day and attitude … is it because of the heat 🔥 🔥 ⁉️⁉️⁉️

The store was clean - pets were healthy. I purchased a Betta fish. Food options for my new Betta "Big Red 2" were limited. Omega One flake variety was my only option. When I opened the food - there were zero flakes - just an orange dust. Before I could return it to the store as defective, my youngest grandson tried to shake the container looking for the flakes. The orange dust flew everywhere. The only flake in the mess was me for not putting the container out of his reach. Three stars for having a limited supply of fish foods.

Went to look at the adoption center for a cat. Volunteer working at this location very friendly and helpful.Didn't see the type of cat I was looking for, but they have different cats/kittens come through each week.Store itself was well stocked with the various cat, dog, and other pet supply items. They also had fish, hamsters, birds and reptiles for sale. The grooming area was busy, however I didn't check out the fees when I was there.Will definitely go back if I end up adopting a cat.

I have 6 cats, so I'm a frequent customer. This store is tidy, the items I need are always in stock & the employees are friendly. I love this Petsmart!
