This store is much better then Petco. Better selection and prices. The store is pet friendly. Excellent for cats, dogs, snakes gerbils. I don't know enough about fish and tanks to comment. They sell tags, that you can personalize. Animal beds, cat trees and scratches. The staff are friendly. The store can get busy and crowded during peak hours.

I’ve been taking my dogs to this grooming and veterinary center for quite some time and have always had a wonderful experience. The groomers are not only skilled but also exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure my dogs are comfortable and look great every time. They consistently exceed my expectations with their attention to detail and care. On top of the grooming services, I highly recommend their veterinary services as well. The vets are knowledgeable and truly caring towards all animals. The staff’s professionalism and the top-notch care they provide really sets this place apart from others. Whether you need grooming or medical attention for your pets, this is definitely the place to go.

Great service, during our visit.they were out of stock on big bags. Had to purchase small bags. Which meant spent more money overall. Yet we don't deprive our fur babies.The cashier was helpful, told us about possible delivery with said item. Overall superior service

For 10 plus years, between 2 Dogs and countless Tropical fish and their supplies, I've gone to the PetSmart on Rainbow (Best of the West Shopping Center) and gotten pretty good service. Unfortunately, in the area of Customer service, they have been going downhill in the past year or so...Today, I showed up there for my dog's grooming and nail trim and we were told that our appointment was for yesterday. Again, for over 10 years, we've made our appt's, and not had issue. (Sidney?) the girl who made the appointment literally read back to my wife that the appointment was for MONDAY. She was not there when we arrived.To add insult to injury, the woman who was grooming and came to the counter to check us in, couldn't have been more condescending with her flippant attitude... almost mocking my wife. Intolerable. If I was her manager, I'd have fired her on the spot for talking to a customer this way.I asked to speak to a manager and he at least apologized for the mix up... something the groomer didn't do... but didn't offer anything to us in return for making the trip... Hell, $5.00 off our next visit would have been nice, something, anything... but no. Nada.So, for after 10+ years of shopping, spending and referring friends and family to Petsmart at 2140 Rainbow, I will be looking elsewhere for pet supplies.I'm retired from the Sales industry. I've had at times, over 75 salespeople working for me... The one thing I used to stress while training these individuals was that you SMILE... you EMPATHIZE... and APOLIGIZE if you cannot help. It's up to a Companies front line workers to present a view of how that company feels about it's customers. Today, the view I got is that PetSmart no longer wants me as a Customer.

Don't waste your time buying fish at this store. The workers do not know how to properly scoop out fish without injury and ontop of that the fish are sick with Ick. I bought 50 neon tetras and so far half of them have died as well as 2 angel fish and one cory cat. Overall this store is improperly managed. Guess you get what you pay for...

This store has two turfed areas outside for dogs to eliminate. Unfortunately they are VERY used and NEVER cleaned! Don't let your pet anywhere near them! No telling what disease they might get!

Staff is very helpful and the store very organized and clean. I happened to visit on a day that they were having some sort of doggy daycare or maybe a play date?!? It was so cute seeing all of the different dogs doing their own thing through the glass while an employee was just watching over them.

Literally just left after waiting and actively looking for help for twenty minutes in the aquarium area. Even went to the vet area where one worker wearing PetSmart uniform was just talking on her phone. I asked if we could get help and still nothing. We ended up just leaving.

The groomers here are really nice. Ashley did an amazing job on my dog, who seemed to really like her! She genuinely cared about my dog’s eye condition and I appreciated that. I will definitely be back, as long as Baylee can have Ashley as her groomer! 😆

This store has everything you need for your pets priced at 2x the cost of anywhere else. There were things there that I wanted, but the markup was so much higher that I couldn't justify spending the money for the convenience of finding it there. Specialty stores like this that take advantage of the consumer, usually find themselves out of business once customers realize that everything can be bought elsewhere for substantially lower costs.

I got the right order but, whoever delivered it left it at the bottom of our front steps. Anyone could have taken it. We order the dog food because we are seniors. My husband is in his 80's and I'm in my 70's, I fell & hurt my back trying to bring it up to the front door. I have never had a problem before. I absolutely do not want that person to make a delivery to us again.

This is a decent place to board your pet and is stocked well, like most petsmarts you will encounter nationwide. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a security guard at the front which is always slightly unnerving to me, but honestly is the norm for Las Vegas now, this is all stores/hotels etc. there.The reason I deducted a star is because of 2 reasons. 1) the primary reason I was here was for use of the pet hotel. This was located at the direct left after entering the store, and this was the ONLY way to access it. There was a barricade of fish tanks that prevented a customer from accessing it once shopping in the store. Therefore, if you are also shopping (which I was) and then go to pick up your dog, it genuinely makes it look like your stealing because you have to walk towards the front door triggering the automatic open. I explained to the security guard that I was picking up my dog and she had no issue, but it is still a poor design decision. 2) there was a level of just grime within, there were skid marks on the floor. It's what I call "Las Vegas Grime." Because everything in the town seems to just have a layer of soot or black or something (my white dogs paws turned grey during the stay in Vegas). The store wasn't repulsive and it wasnt disgusting, but I wish it were cleaner.Now unfortunately, there is no petsmart closer to the strip that can board dogs than this one, but thats not their fault and I'm not deducting stars. I will caution all traveling pet owners, probably best to keep your pet at home, Vegas may claim its pet friendly but it really is not. However, if you do decide to bring them, I would still recommend this Petsmart.

I loved this Petsmart. It was very well organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The adoptable cats there were adorable, and the volunteers were so sweet! I almost took home two kitties (and I'm allergic to cats!). Loved this store!

Closes PetSmart to me and they have everything I need every time I go there. Never that busy, so you get in and out fast. Just be careful going during December, every body seems to be there at the same time for pet gifts.. 😂😂 they have the best gifts for pets!! My baby loved her new bed with blanket gift!

UPDATE They credits back the one bow I didn't receive. So I'm elevating this to a two star; because other issues still exist.Not only did I not get the 17% online discount for today only, I only got 3 of the 4 pastel bows I ordered online. I went to the app to report the missing item, but the app doesn't allow for any interaction beyond purchasing. I spoke to the delivery person who said call the store. I called the Store and waited on the phone as it rang for over FOUR minutes. No one bothered to answer the phone! Then I was disconnected. I have a Pugapoo who has a lot of supply needs. I won't be giving PetSmart my business ever again. I hope the lost ten bucks was worth it. What a rip off!

Don’t trust the feeders at this PetSmart! I bought some mealworms, calciworms and night crawlers. They were all old rancid and moldy. I’m not sure what they did to it but it’s very concerning nobody has noticed all their feeders in the fridge went bad. Every time I come this PetSmart I’m greeted by rude security guards and rude employees. The only employees that are even somewhat nice and courteous are the cashiers. Was coming here for convenience but they lost a customer indefinitely when their negligence puts my pets well-being at risk. Enough is enough for me. I also tried to go to the PetSmart website to email them directly but if you check the link is broken and it just takes you back to the homepage. What an absolute joke of a pet store.

What used to be a great location is no longer. When I’m told by the manager on duty that you will not even match chewy‘s price, which is owned and partnered with Petsmart that’s just wrong. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I suggest others do the same.

Just adopted from A Home 4 Spot a second time 😊. If you are thinking about getting a dog you should rescue one. They take excellent care of these dogs in need. PetSmart has the best selection of pets products around. This PetSmart is always friendly and super clean.

Good spot, last time I came here there was a couple dogs and a couple of pets they were being sold right outside. A very nice thing to do. Especially when you barely see pets being sold that was really nice when they had it outside. The spot is very clean the place is very nice, also the storefront is pretty amazing and it’s pretty big store, already everybody knows around it and it is kind of like every single other common spot like this so I really suggest and I really recommend it this one is a really good one for you to stop by for your pet. Also the people are good the entrance are good not a lot of people are during the week, I came on a Tuesday and there was not a lot of people I was around night so there was an a lot of people there, but I would suggest just come in

One young lady th0at works there. I think I heard someone call her Dee, African American young lady. She was nice and pleasant to me when I visited this particular location and she smiled the whole time while she assist me. That means she likes her job. When helping others.
