They always have a great selection and great customer service at this location! I found my cat's food cheaper here compared to other stores and websites! The member discount I get is also very much appreciated! I even brought my furry baby with me after an appointment at the vet once, and she loved watching the parakeets!

The grooming center is amazing no complaints very very friendly people understanding the vet too but the staff inside the store I don't know they just give you a weird vibe and they act really weird towards you sometimes and they don't make it very comfortable going in there it's not my first time with that issue I had to spell corporate the first time

Terrible experience. Honestly the staff should just keep all the animals and only sell products. We asked to buy fish and the woman educated us on keeping the water stable first before buying and that was good to know but then it all went downhill when I asked if one of the products she offered to me was the most expensive one and she then became VERY rude, defensive and condescending because the item WASN’T the most expensive and she’s all about the animal NOT the price and she hates when people assume that!… Lady chill it was a sincere question because you showed me like three product lines and I got confused 😒 Geeze. You would have thought I personally attacked her or something.Then we went to look at a hamster for my other child and they wouldn’t even show us. It was 8:00pm (they close at 9pm) and the lady left us there waiting because she had “to see” if we can look at the hamster because their policy is a little shaky and she never came back. So we left. Seriously they should just keep all the animals to themselves. Horrible.…Or on second thought maybe she just didn’t want to sell to “us” I’ll never know.

10/2022 This is our first booking artef 3 yrs due to Covid restrictions. We had to go out of town on short notice and couldn't take our senior doggies. Theyhave maintained a neat and clean interior. Leigh Ana and Ariana at the check in desk were wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were very confident that our doggies were in good hands and they were. We selected the suite which is an eclosed room with walls instead of a cage. They had fun at play time. There were no issues. Wait time was minimal at pick up. We will definitely board them here.Very friendly front desk customer service. Check in was fast. They are attentive and take good care of our doggies during boarding and day camp. We have had no issues.

Dropped my shepherd off in past and had great service with two groomers working to keep my dog calm. On Christmas Eve, it appeared they wanted to leave early so didn’t want to deal with my dog. They usually take a few hours so wasn’t concerned they hadn’t contacted me for pick up. I received ONE call to pick him up and employee was rude and disrespectful basically accusing me of ignoring their “calls” that I never received. They stated they couldn’t groom him because apparently they are inept at dealing with dogs who aren’t super excited to see them. I would never recommend this place with the current staff. Manager has zero customer service /de-escalating skills.Complete waste of my time.

Jill and Robert from corporate are professional and helpful in resolving my distribution center complaint. Unfortunately, three products from two different stores were completely defected (broken plastic straps, missing pieces, and cracked glasses). I drove to two stores three times in one day to try and get this settled and I could not leave with the desired purchased product. Both managers Lex and Kelly and staff member Zach, were polite and professional thank goodness. But I feel upset that it falls on them when the distribution center needs to be severely addressed. PetSmart customers are no longer able to even be that with these discrepancies. It's rather frustrating. I now have to wait for my refund, purchase another order and essentially hope it is not broken upon retrieving. Please address this asap so I am able to purchase this much needed item. Ty very much.

This place is good for things needed. Yet I have had some bad experiences, sometimes they are completly out of mealworms or superworms, and the superworms are usally discounted because of multiple dead ones. When I got crickets from this petsmart they died in a few days even with water and food. They usally have sales here quite often aswell.

Took my 12 year old dog to be groomed and was up charged for "special handling" all because my OLD dog sits while being shaved.She's going blind, scared of heights and I'm being charged as if she's trying to bite?! 🙄

Forgot to write my review, petsmart has everything i needed however on 01/26/2024. My fiance and I had a horrible experience from a unfriendly cashier, Kaia checked us out. She seemed aggrevated or upset about something maybe work related but put her negative energy out on my fiance and I during checking out.

Tried to buy a couple of finch and parakeets. Unfortunately, a super-fat sales associate automatically refused service assuming instantly that I do not have a big cage to accommodate the birds at home without backing it up with facts. This store would go bankrupt without valued customers. I wonder if PetSmart can maintain her oiss poor salary?

Our local pet store. I go there all the time. Often they are out of the same dog food that I got the last time. Authority brand also keeps changing the dog on the cover so that makes it confusing. Nice staff. Only one register open so you wait in line.

My dog had a play day at doggie day camp here and she also goes to banfield pet hospital for her shots . She seems to like it and is always happy when we arrive to pick her up after her stay for the day.

Our favorite place to go! They know my dog by name now so she always gets a warm welcome lol the customer service, products, grooming...we've never been disappointed. I took my dog somewhere else for a bath one time, and never again. She will only get groomed here. Thanks, Petsmart!

Don’t go to this store at all !! I went the night before and they didn’t have my dog food on the shelf. Told me they just got a truck in and to come tomorrow and we will have it available. I come back 7pm the next day and still not on the shelf . Tells me the manager in the back said he didn’t see it . But the site shows clearly they had it in stock . Just lazy workers . I don’t need the sorry I needed the dog food . Smh

Went here after being treated like trash at Walmart and got all my needs and the lady helped me find good will so I could but underwear since the girl In walmart sold me the wrong pair and had the cashier laughing at me also. I cried about that and the lady here was super nice and helped me. Anyone black with autism Is definitely welcome here and treated well Idc about the prices when the service is this great

My fur baby had to stay at the pet hotel for 7 day while i went out of town. She was s bit scared and nervous as it was her 1st time. I was able to call and check on her which i liked but st pick up i wish there would have been some type of report on what she did daily or even behavior, just so i know if this is a option in the future. We used the grooming service as well and her cut looks great. They did have as paper report on how she was groomed and behaved, which i loved!

I always love going to PetSmart. That's where I got my one cat Ozzy and he's the most lovable cat I adopted him I love him to death. I had my other Chi adopted from an agency here and help Animal Shelter. And they're just great together. I get both of them their lion cuts there so they can keep themselves clean and helps them always done really nice. I get all my food there for them. I really love going there.

This was our 1st experience ever leaving our Fur Babies in an overnight setting and we couldn't be more overjoyed. Our dogs came home pooped!!! That tells me they were "busy" while at the Pet Hotel. We were able to call and the staff was so compassionate and patient with our questions when checking on our pets. They gave our dogs nicknames, and I'm sure gave them LOTS of attention! The Hotel offers lots of discounts. They were also groomed, which led to another discount. We couldn't be happier! When it comes to getting my dogs groomed the team at PetSmart has and will always be my go to place. Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable, but they take great care of both of my dogs and ensure that they always come out looking amazing. The most important thing to me is both of them are rescues and had a hard time adapting at first to the loud noises in the grooming experience and they did wonderful with them, and now my dogs love going to them. I'll take them no where else.

While the groomers were friendly, they seem uneducated and misinformed.I took my dog here to get groomed which is not our usual place. After 10 minutes of dropping him off, they called and said I had to come back and get him because he had a severe case of lice. My dog has never even had flees so I was alarmed. Upon pick up she said his case is severe and that only a vet could treat, which I found out is not true, there are over the counter options. Nevertheless, I took him to the vet and they found nothing. My dog never even displayed signs of lice - didn't scratch or bite at himself or anything.
