The woman employees of morning shift made us aware to come back after the setup of the snake was complete, they showed knowledge and comfort for the snake; thus the 2 stars. The night shift employee who attended us the day after didn’t bother looking at the setup, and after getting the box for it he grabbed the snake with tongs (used for food) that were not suitable for handling it. He did not grab the snake properly. He pinched it and grabbed it so fast it was hit against the habitat as it went out; therefore it suffered damage. Please ensure that your employees take extra care when handling a snake. If you are not fully trained, please refer to another employee.

I went to take my sons dog to the pet groomer. They are really great here. The guys doing the grooming couldn't be nicer. They had an opening because someone couldn't keep their appointment and they immediately placed me in the spot. I was so impressed that they took him. My dog was greeted with such love from the groomers. I would highly recommend them. The store is stocked well and had plenty of items to choose from. I bought a new leash and a couple of toys. Nice atmosphere great employees. My dog had a great time and he was all clean and slept when we got home.

Nice people at the grooming area:) this guy got destroyed in less than 10 mins. And it's "durable" for "tough chewers" It was so cute:( second return was this indestructible flying ring.

The vet and his staff were very accomodative and professional, took adequate time to listen, did not rush us and and paid attention to every detail. My little chihuahua was happy and well taken care off. Strongly recommend, thanks again.

Went to drop off my dog at 7am for grooming just like two previous occasion but apparently there is a weight restriction for this employee. So we had to reschedule for a more convenient time for the employee and not us. Not sure why she would let hold onto the dog and get help when the next person would show up.

No crickets no big deal, Manager Nicole without customer service skills, that's a big deal. Don't want to offer compensation, fine. But at least offer assistance. Let me know where is your next closest location. Call around to find out where they have crickets. Don't just be a bad represent and tell me nope, "we don't have them" then not even inclued when you will.

Beware of the card readers in this store!!!I was an instacart shopper and it sends the chip in my debit card from approximately a foot away and wiped it off. By the time I realized it was too late and cut customer had gotten the groceries delivered.Nobody has been much help in getting my money back and that happened on December 4th.I have yet to be reimbursed by any of the parties involved.I'm not saying that this is a bad store I'm just saying that make sure your cars are protected.

I find what I need but don't like the prices. In about 2 years my dry cat food went from $24 to$39 That is the wrong kind of inflation and faster than people's wages grow. It contributes to draining consumers/pet lovers of their money faster than they can make it. Pet owners generally are not rich, they have compassion, often take in rescues and spay them, pay for medical care - and then they are confronted with skyrocketing prices.Accessories like bowls or litter boxes are equally high prices.

Very rude service. Just traveled here from Texas, and Jessica B. was super rude. Showed no enthusiasm about cutting the dogs hair, seemed like she didn’t even want to be at work. Suggested I take my dog somewhere else if I didn’t agree with her, and that’s exactly what I did. If she was talking rudely while I was there, I can only imagine how she would treat the fur baby. Very unprofessional behavior. Definitely would not trust her.

I needed to exchange my deceased rubberlip pleco and was helped by Evelyn who was remarkably knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She knew exactly the answers to my questions and didn't attempt to rush me (which was great because I'm a new aquarium owner and had been rushed in the past). I ended up buying more fish for my tank!!! Very happy😀😁

Veterinary Services were excellent! Doctor, assistant & the whole team were very friendly and knowledgeable. They looked over my fur baby carefully. She had a wonderful experience with the new people she met, during her wellness check. We were happy with our results & that we were able to get an appointment so quickly. Plus she loved smelling the store ;) LOL

Went into the store about an hour before closing. Needed a few items but I am older, disabled and having difficulty walking. Lauren and Nicole were just wonderful! They got the items I needed so I wouldn't have to walk through the store and even helped me to my car with my items. Many blessings Lauren & Nicole and THANK YOU!!!

Shannon helped me get everything I needed and rang me up as fast as I could have received it through the app.. She provided phenomenal customer service. This is my favorite PetSmart to come to the staff are all so friendly and helpful when we come in and have any questions. The selection is great they have everything my veterinarian recommends for my husky puppy and then some! The animals look well cared for and they always have awesome adoption events!

I just go to see other people's pet. Well, I also have to buy 10 different brands of pate for my finicky cat. They did a good job on her lioness shave. My cat hates it there, and everywhere else other than home, but I enjoy myself immensely.

My 2 year old chameleon looks like he's dying after eating crickets bought at this PetSmart.... I went to buy crickets from this PetSmart about a month ago when the reptile store close to my house ran out of them. I noticed my chameleon was looking sick after consuming some. At first I assumed it was the cricket food I gave the crickets before feeding my chameleon. This week I had to buy crickets from PetSmart again and like before my chameleon is looking sick except this time he's way worst. He appears to no longer have use of his lower body and has been laying in the same position all day. His body is folded over and he won't move. I'm sure he's dying. I'm not sure if anybody else has had issues with there reptile after eating crickets from this location but it's obvious the crickets he consumed is the root cause.

Usually this stores customer service is great! But we today we got a more serious rep. We were buying fish and she knew her stuff, but she made us feel like we shouldn't be buying fish. We will be back though because this is our favorite store!

I was charged improperly for the whimzee treats. There's 3 of two different shaped smalls then a single large. Why was I charged for 6 different sizes?! Very disappointing and couldn't go back in as they were closing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked in looking to get 2 items that I had screenshots of on my phone that was off their website. The manager lady treated me like the plague because I was wearing a doordash shirt and she wanted nothing to do with me based on my shirt. I finally got her to help me find my item and when she did she said “next time you’re going to have to scan them all to figure out which one you need” 😮😮😮…. I’ll never give this petsmart my business ever again and worst part is she is training everyone else in the store to act like her. The girl at the register was 3 weeks into her job there and she told me that “doordash customers come in all the time and want us to shop for them!” WOW I never asked them to shop for me I just wanted 30 seconds of help which I finally got from the manager and then a snarky comment thereafter from her. Don’t shop here, give your business to a store that actually cares.

I recommend this place, they let us hang out there w/ cats till we could get into our next hotel. That was 2 hrs just for the health of our kittens. The gave us water and food for them as well.
